Do NOT go to this Cricket store. Cricket is NOT the problem, these owners, workers, whatever are the issue. They will over charge you if you even think about getting an iphone (husband paid a whole $100 less online and that included an activation fee) also she added a whole $60 bucks to my plan that I have no clue where that came from, she didnt get my account unlocked I HAD TO WHILE I WAS THERE, through the online cricket customer service, AND they did NOT add insurance to the phone as I was supposed to have, and now i have no insurance, no time to go back up there to add it back like I was told I had to do!!

Beware of thefree case scam they are running.They will tell you the cases are free then when you get home and look at your receipt you are charged 30.00 per case.When you try to return them they say they cant.I got taken for 90.00 as I purchased 3 phones.

The staff were very nice and friendly. All my questions were answered without any hesitation. I was very pleased with the cleanliness of the store and how fast I was out of the door with my new device.

The employees here were so very friendly. The only reason Im giving 4/5 stars is because they did not have my phone in stock (a Galaxy S9) and were telling me I could go to a store about 40 minutes from there to get one; they were very kind though and did apologize for not having the phone. Its a clean business with good phones. I do recommend shopping here.

Smoothiesare terrific and I love the Chibatta sandwich. However the receipt does not have the store # and the staff dont know it either. You need the # to fill out the online survey.

I like to retract my 5 stars from earlier the 2 girls that assisted me at the story they didnt tell me specifically that I was on a limited plan I thought I was on an unlimited plan and I happened to use half of my data a lot sooner than I expected I do door dash for a living. They should have specifically told me I was on a limited plan otherwise I wouldnt of used so much data!
