I am grateful to have found help with an incorrect billing issue from Direct TV. After several hours of trying to talk with reps from Direct TV, I made a visit to a Saline County AT&T store. Sadly, the manager of the store would not offer to open my account to see if any help could be offered. I visited the Bryant AT &T store and visited with Lance and the store manager, Jeff.Jeff went the distance and contacted the Direct TV folks and settled the matter for me. “Hats off!” to Jeff, Lance, and the Direct TV rep, Chrystal. They saw through the avalanche of errors and helped me. I am grateful and will be moving business to the Bryant store.It’s good to know that there are good folks out there who are interested in truly serving.

My experience at AT&T with Jeff at the Bryant,AR, was great!Jeff is knowledgeable, professional, courteous & very patient!I would highly recommend AT&T at Bryant, AR because of Jeff.He knew how to explain AT&T’s bill, Jeff knew about AT&T service plans/ equipment and promotions!We purchased additional equipment based upon Jeff’s knowledge of equipment and his salesmanship!Thank you for allowing me this opportunity to share my experience!!!

Aaron and Jeff were EXTREMELY helpful and went above and beyond! I will be coming back to this store for all my future AT&T needs. They definitely put customer service first and took time to answer all the questions I had. They laid out all of the options, but I never felt pressured to spend even more money. I was treated like a priority and was welcomed back in the future if I decide to change anything on my plan. As a loyal AT&T customer for many years this was the best experience I have ever had in a store.

I was having a technical issue with my account that I wasnt able to resolve. I went in to this store and met Jeff the manager of this location. He went above and beyond to help me with this issue. He worked with me for over a week contacting AT&T services and was extremely polite and understanding. If I have any issues in the future or need to purchase anything from AT&T I will definitely go to this location and ask for Jeff. Thank you.

Worker with long hair tried to make us stand outside because we can’t wear masks. It’s 40 degrees and raining. But yet we were in there just last weekend without masks and had a good experience. Just shows the employees think they have too much power but all it’s doing is hurting business. $800 they could have gotten today that will be taken elsewhere.

Went to get a new iPhone at the store in Bryant, AR (the one by Walmart!!). Jeff was AWESOME!! I’m giving this visit a 5, even after waiting approximately 30 min. (I expect to wait a little bit at certain places and ATT is one of them) It was only Jeff and one other associate waiting on three different parties before I got there and made 4.They were busy but still welcomed me to the store and got some info while I was waiting in order to speed up the process. A very unpleasant lady came in for all of five minutes and was somewhat rude, then left because it was “too busy”. Had she waited 5 more minutes (or less!) they would’ve gotten to her next.Jeff was quick and helpful. Minus a little bit of a wait (which is unusual for this store), he had my new phone + all the needed extras and allll of my old phone info transferred in less than an hour. Maybe even 30 min. That’s quick compared to my past experiences.Ps. The store bags (reusable) are AWESOME!!!!!! THANK YOU (it’s the small things for me)

Wonderful staff at the store. they really take care of you. I am not sure what the previous person is talking about. I have always purchased my screen protectors from this location and have had many of them replaced through the lifetime warranty. its a simple as going to the website and submitting a claim. but these guys are truly great Randy, Jeff and Aaron thank you for taking care of us!!!

I want to give the group of guys in this store a shout out, they are truly amazing they make the entire process of switching from one carrier to another with not pushy sales tactics I walked out with a new phone and lots of accessories and I still playing less than I was with Verizon.The manager Randy is amazing he made it where I was able to get almost two hundred dollars worth of accessories And added them on to my bill so I wouldn’t pay a lot out of pocket today. Randy truly is a amazing person he is so approachable and he really takes the time to explain everything he is doing. I wish every store everywhere had a person like Randy in their store. Can someone from AT&T give him a kudos.

The staff was great and very knowledgeable. Came in closer to closing time and was not rushed at all. Very patient and the focus was on making sure we were satisfied. They didn’t have the phone we wanted in stock and were willing to give up the sale by telling us other stores that had them. Couldn’t do that because of how helpful they were and got the phone the next day!

Randy is absolutely the best! we are traveling from Louisiana visiting family, and we had trouble with our phones, first we went to the store by target and honestly we were treated so poorly that my wife wanted to leave AT&T entirely. after leaving there we saw another AT&T store and i said lets just try it. and upon arriving in the store the atmosphere was completely different Randy the store manager greeted us as soon as we walked into the door and throughout the entire interaction he gave us his complete undivided attention, and completely resolved all our issues i honestly i offered to take him back home with me.AT&T you need to invest in more people like Randy

For the most part theyre awesome! But the one time we went was enough to steer us away. The staff are awesome! But there was a manager who was super impatient and was micromanaging lots of stuff even to the point it made the employee look bad. Other than that its clean and the staff are friendly and kind.

Dont ever go to them I spent $50 on a piece of tempered glass for my Samsung Galaxy note 10 plus and it came off a month later and now they wont do anything about it I was better off spending $10 on a piece of plastic film to protect my phone dont ever trust these guys! A phone repair store gave me a free one and applied it at no extra cost!!!! No response from the owner. Yeah that figures!!!!

Dont bother folks. Go to the one down by the Target Shopping center. I went in on a Sunday morning probably thirty minutes after they opened. There was one employee working and no one else there to be waited on but you would think with the way we were treated we were bothering her. She kept telling us we could do this online or through the app or by calling 411. Lady seriously do you not want to have a job anymore? All I wanted to do was to change phone plans to an unlimited one. She musters up enough will power to get us on an unlimited plan and we go about our way. The next day I go to look up my account online and she put my wife on a plan without me and it would have basically doubled my bill by not grouping me with her. Yeah I think Ill stick to the chat support guys in another country. At the very least they sound friendly online.

Jeff wood has been nothing but awesome I had been to Alcoa store in benton and and was treated like horrible and I came to the bryant store and Jeff has always taken care of me amazing I can not say enough about their kindness clean and courteous i have been in customer service for a long time and this store and Jeff are what is needed people will find out and then the store in bryant will have people out the door and they will b so glad they came here close the Alcoa store or spend a lot of money on customer services classes to see if you can help them because at some point it will close bryant store and Jeff the best

He took the time to walk me through step-by-step on how it was going to transition from my deceased husband‘s account to my name and even gave me his work number so that way if I had any questions or concerns I could contact him I really wish I could send a message to his bosses because he is amazing

For several months I have experienced consistently above and beyond, phenomenal customer service with Tonya Smith at your new Bryant, AR location. She has truly made the time to thoroughly address my family’s needs on many glitches with AT&T’s websites, handsets, and billing messes. She has done her level best to address every concern, of which many had extreme complexity and need of a consummate knowledge and skill with AT&T’s systems.If it weren’t for Tonya, I would have canceled my service with AT&T a half a dozen times over. I have never received such good service at any cell phone or wifi company in 20 years.

I just purchased the Galaxy watch active 2 and needed help with getting it synched to my Note 9.I walked into the store and told the associate what I needed and he told me he knew nothing about those watches and he would Google it.Well. I for one dont want anyone working on my watch that doesnt know anything about it.AT&T needs to invest in training their staff cause everybody doesnt have what it takes to help their customers. This makes the 2nd store I have visited and couldnt get the help I neededwhich is a shame.

According to this they close at 9. We arrived at 758pm. Only to discover they close at 8. The worker locked the door as we were getting out. Then came back and asked what we needed. After we told him he said oh yeah our system is down. As we watched as three other customers were being helped. The worker was very rude. When asked to come back to the door to get his name to file a complaint for his rude behavior towards customers of over 15 years he very rudely waved us away and began to smile. This was a rude way to treat someone who needed help.

Good customer service and the team seems not only knowledgeable about the products, but work well as a team to make sure any questions, problems or concerns are handled and resolved before you leave. Also, as others have mentioned, there was no pressure for the sale, which makes the experience much better.

Worst experience I have ever received. Went into the store and their were three young men working who didn’t even seam to care that I wanted a new phone all their eyes were bloodshot and the entire store smelled like marijuana. I have reported this to AT&T corporate and turns out that this store isn’t even operated by AT&T. Save a trip everyone go to the Corporate store that is actually owned by AT&T up the road.
