Cashier was rude from the moment we asked any questions until checkout. Practically nothing in stock at store even though shown in stock online. Much better service at game exchange

Staff are very knowledgeable and will help in any way they can. Prices, especially used can be good, if you do some digging some great deals await you. Big selection and the pro membership gets you extra off on used games and more on trade ins. My only complaints are they need a PC section and if you bring in a bunch of used games that have been out a while you might want to call ahead first and save yourself some trouble. Other that that great store

This was my place of choice when it came to buying gear and games for some time now. These days if you give them a call expect long sighs and them figuring out a way to not serve you. Theyre not all unprofessional though. You may get lucky and find someone willing to sell you a product.

Just giving this location a 3star because it was later in the night during our visit and they did have plenty of staff but they werent very inviting (not once asked if we needed help with anything) and it wasnt stocked with hardly anything except Nintendo switch and newest xbox/ps games

I called them to ask them about some stuff on Xbox the dude who answers said he was a PlayStation player through and through but he was really chill and kind. Even though he did not have the answers I needed he was really respect full and I am very satisfied with that and GameStop you have earned me as a permanent customer for as long as I still game.

I love this store. You hear the horror stories of how gamestop does business, but this local store doesnt give off that vibe at all. All their employees are always great to work with and help out in ways that never fail. Ive been to some bad gamestops but this one is definitely not one of them.

Ive visited this locale three times in the last two months and each time their service is top notch. They take the time to answer any and all questions to make sure you have all the information you need to make the best decisions when choosing to make a purchase. I have had zero issues with any purchase I have made there and I could not recommend them enough.

Only reason i will return to this store is to use my coupon i currently have on powerup rewards, the last guy i spoke to on the phone which was yesterday around 1pm, was very rude, unprofessional, and the lack of not taking orders with a debit card even ran as credit, was pure ignorance, he said we cant do anything without you ordering online? Really, ok, just gonna go to target/walmart etc to spend the money i was going to spend here, lost that $100 quickly enough, not to mention this was the only place i bought games/systems, but i can easily go somewhere else, and there is absolutely no telling how much money i have spent here over the past 2.5 years, not to mention before then, I have accumulated over 60k points in that time frame alone, but their prices really arent any different than anywhere else, and headsets are almost always cheaper somewhere else. When the last store manager left, this place went down the tube, the one guy that drives the older Lincoln is very rude, the new store manager isnt to bad, but has a bit of im to busy for you type of attitude.

Always spend way too much here. Employee was on the phone the whole time even during my checkout. I understand its a business call perhaps but maybe let them know you have a customer and put them on hold?

This Gamestop location is pretty solid. Good service, place is clean and well organized, and its usually pretty easy to get in and out quickly.

This GameStop is the best in central Arkansas. Everyone who works in there is awesome and remembers you. I feel like several years ago, GameStops atmosphere became less of a hangout and became more of a buy-your-crap-and-get-out kind of store, but this location didnt get that corporate memo. And Im so glad, because I miss that.

Cant even go in store only online shopping even though Walmart is open

I went up there and they gave me the wrong discs so I had to drive all the way back to get the right disc

I feel that I find better deals on the console than in the store. Plus this store kind of always smells bad. Save some time and buy online especially when you have to download anyways.

Man Ill miss Scott. Dont get me wrong, it is a great place, but Gamestop Corp needs to understand that grown folks, (30-48 y/o demo) who still game, have a desire to work in this industry!!! Some of these folks have a passion to provide the consumer, the core gamer, a level of customer service that they expect. Face with a name. A brotherhood. Whatever you wish. Grown folks need a living wage. These managers who out in 70 hour weeks who might make 34K a year? Are you serious?!You ever stopped to wonder what happier employees MIGHT do for your stock price? Maybe you could hold a baseline of 20/share instead of flopping up and down. Give your employees a reason to want to push your brand. Make them quit caring about what shift their working and more about how awesome work is, how much better the pay is, and most importantly, how happy they are.I just left a great job in the energy sector working for a public company for a similar reason. You cant keep riding your employees like work mules and not expect them to not ask for decent feed.Alot of corporations are taking the stance of cheap labor/high turnover. And bet money that Amazon is picking up the slack. 😉Remember Blockbuster? 🤔

The staff is great, but its never fun to take in $500 of lightly used retail product and get $20 for it. You cant blame the employees for that though.

Staff are nice and cheerful, and they tell you how you can save on a game your buying. Overall, the store is clean and is kept up, nicely stocked and is an overall great experience.

Bought Destiny 2 annual pass digital code, redeemed it and it didnt give me the DLC instead gave me $35 microsoft store credit. Went to purchase the DLC from microsoft store with credit and it wasnt enough so had to go back to buy $3 microsoft store credit to cover the taxes.

Store associates open customers pre-ordered copies of new games, play them then sell it to customer as new game. store associate jesse is unhelpful every-time he is in. Ive been shopping at this store over 20 years and customer service is worse here then other nearby stores.

Will not give me my money back for an item that purchase. I have the receipt. The item stop working after 20 minutes of purchasing it. Before all of this it took 7 hours to receive my item from their Delivery @ door.
