I have had 4 screens replaced for my teenagers. They are amazing! Very friendly and always willing to assist anyway they can. Highly recommend!!!

Great people the sales person explained how he would fix my Galaxy Note 10 phone, for insurance and it had a little extra damage, he charged me for to fix but it was less than if I would have had to send it in to AT&T told me that when he fixed the screen the back glass since It had a small chip would break and gave me the option to fix it so it wouldnt shatter which was great. Made my wife a very happy camper. He was very courteous and professional the work seems very solid. The phone went in barely functioning and came out like brand new. The service was fast and professional and the courteous staff explaining the process. Was very organized locating my insurance claim and processed it with the greatest of ease. This made this a five star experience for me really more like a ten star one if it was option for that.

Not to sound cliche but the technicians really exceeded my expectations. When a rep from my insurance said they wouldnt cover the repair, uBreakiFix got on the phone and questioned why they couldnt. They repaired my device in a timely manner and I definitely recommend them.

This place is oustanding on their customer service. Insurance claim for a screen replacement took less than 30 minutes and the guys were very professional.

I was out of town and cracked my screen on my Google Pixel 4a 5g. I filed a claim with Google Fi and UBreakiFix got to work to work the next morning. They were fairly busy and I had a 3 hour drive ahead of me. They asked for additional time when I dropped it off, but had it done in two hours. Great quality work and great service!!!

Got my s10+ repaired today, best service Ive ever had at unbreak it i fix it. Ive had my phone repaired once before at another u break it I fix it & even after the screen was replaced I was having issues with water getting stuck inside my cameras. Well brought it back to the first u break it I fix it and the guys were giving me a run around. Saying everything was done completely right with the screen replacement. But this time when I had to get it replaced again, the young man told me that when he opened my phone some screws were actually missing and because it WAS NOT repaired correctly the first time, corrosion started to build up around the motherboard and other spots inside of the phone. So he repaired it correctly this time. And I can already see the difference. My s10+ is running as if I just walked out of best buy with a brand new phone...By any chance you live in New Orleans and visit u break it I fix it. Do not let them touch your devices. I paid $360 for the guy to come out and repair my phone and was having more issues with it after the first repair then before I even called to get it fixed. This time I paid $296 and got better service.

Wish I could give negative stars!! Brought my phone in for a simple screen fix and was given my phone back with a chunk missing out of my screen and was told they couldnt fix it. My phone was in good working condition minus the screen until they got their hands on it. The screen would only flash bright green stripes and was not workable anymore. Will never use this place again. Took it to gadget pros and they fixed me up when these people didnt

Its a Samsung certified repair place but they didnt put my back glass on all the way in the past and my phone fell in water and immediately broke to water damage (after being told it was back to the original water resistant rating) the repair shop was just like oh well, (cuz the person who did my repair was fired) but they werent allowed to do water damage repair on Samsung devices cuz Samsung told them no. So i wasted alot of money with them and had to get my phone fixed again (due to broken screen) and had to have them atempt to push it together better but I currently fear water. (PS. I got the cell helmet screen protector and claimed and got the phone fixed and bought it again but it wont let me register the product and says my first one is still active or something)

They were very quick to help diagnose my battery issue with my phone and promptly assisted me in a timely matter. Absolutely love this store. Would highly recommend anyday.

Great place to go get your phone fixed

Just wanted to say these guys (Ken & Akeem) helped me with my smashed Samsung screen right after Christmas and did an amazing job. The new LCD display was actually better than the previous one on my Samsung Galaxy S9. The color, clarity, SO much better!! Then they actually helped me fix my laptop touchscreen on my HP Envy.

I completely shattered my Samsung S10+ over the weekend and needed it fixed ASAP. The guys at the store were knowledgeable in what they were doing, very professional and friendly. They were able to squeeze in my repair and had my phone ready to go within 2 hours!Additionally, their pricing was the cheapest compared to two other local repair shops. The store is also Samsung certified which gave me a piece of mind that they would know how to fix my phone! Overall very satisfied and will be back for sure!

Staff not knowledgeable. Didn’t even try to fix the issue or open up my system. Just said they “turned it on and left it at 99% for an hour” and then stopped trying and looked it up online. I could’ve done that. There was not a single thing done that I hadn’t already tried. 0/5 stars.

I got home one day from rotation and my PS4 wasn’t working I tried everything I could till I found out that it was the back of my hdmi port on my PS4 I called up there worried that I would have to pay a arm and a leg to get it fix it they gave me a deal I couldn’t beat and fixed it in a reasonable time thanks to the guy’s at ubreakifix
