I can not say enough good things about Clayton Homes in Bryant!! From the first visit to the last, everyone was great!! From buying our home to delivery to setup to finishing every detail, they were top notch!! We shopped around at other local dealers and so glad we went with Steve, Steven, Fernando, Joe and everyone else at Clayton. They bent over backwards to make sure we were happy!! If you are in the market for a beautiful home at a good price and want a great experience, give them a shout!!

Me and the wife started out searching for our first hometogether back in June. We stopped by Clayton and met Steve K. This young man was the most understanding and patient man I’ve met in my life. He, Mr Steve and Ms Alex have gone above and beyond making this happen for us. They say buying a home is a headache and these great people make it so much less of a headache. No words can describe just really how caring and awesome these folks really are. Too bad google only allows 5 stars cause I would give them 1000000 stars if they’d let me.

I will never again purchase a home from Clayton of Alexander. Absolutely awful service! 0 professionalism and absolutely terrible with working on issues with you. Busted water lines, dry wall falling out. Water under our floors, water behind the wall panels. The best part is that we have no where else to go with our two children (5yrs and 1yr) and the general manager Steven cannot be bothered to help. It’s a shame 0 stars isn’t an option.

Ive bought a home from this company before and things lasted. Pretty solid for a mobile home so I was expecting the same when I bought this one. Wrong. Weve had trouble from day 1of moving in with the smoke detectors going off 2-3 HOURS AFTER cooking. The wall joints are not snug; light comes through @ night if someoneneeds to use bathroom or wash clothes. Moving our couch which has solid block feet and the floor ripped up.On my old home I was always moving furniture around and it had round metal feet but never cut into floor.Took them over a yr and half to get correct screen on sliding door and it still doesnt work that great.Even after supposedly fixing in warranty time frame; everything is still messed up.Dont bother to buy from them. Only one person tried to help and her hands were tied and she couldnt do too much but she tried. Not wasting my time on them again.

Not only showing us the home and going through the paperwork with us, but even after it was sold he stayed in contact with us and answered all our questions. The Trim team was great and reliable. We were very pleased with the entire process!

I normally don’t take time to write reviews but I feel I need too Steven and all his employees showed extraordinary professionalism in the purchasing of my new home they made me feel right at home every time I visited while looking for my home and answered all my questions even on off hours since my work schedule was interfering and the loan companies they offer as finance options went way out of there way for me as well due to work schedule. So moral of all this is I would highly recommend Clayton of Bryant and Steven and his staff while looking for you home.

Please read this if you are thinking about purchasing or in the process of buying from Clayton homes Yes I excepted my house back in August when we went to the lot to see it for the first time I started complaining about the carpet the sink the cabinet doors the fireplace it was not what we ordered he never Lance never showed us the second half of the house I finally did not get to see the second half of the house until it was put on and given the keys to us on the 23rd so I had to except the house at that time but it took a year and a half they took my acre of land as collateral at the end I had to pay $4000 out to Clayton Homes for what I do not know they put it together so fast so bad that they pinched my lines up in my vent system in my ceiling and my electric bill was $200 over every month in the winter who’s going to pay me back my $900 for that mess up I have my drip guards sitting in my kitchen floor they’ve been there for seven months my front door won’t stay open it shuts my back door won’t stay closed it blows open with the wind I have a punch out list that are three pages long they’ve never started recessed lights are half and half out of my ceiling my drain stops in my bathrooms are broke my island in the kitchen where my dishwasher was leaking from the very beginning my bathroom door was put in upside down and then backwards took him eight months to fix that I went there was a floor plan from hawk homes told him this is the house I wanted can they make it they told me yes. Come to find out they cannot duplicate that home and they should’ve told me that from the very beginning as things are starting to go wrong. It looks like it was more of a model home that they tried to make into something that we wanted, not necessarily a house built for us. Shouldn’t have tack strips but I was told my carpet would be changed out five years anyway. Cabinet doors were not supposed to have handles, I was told they don’t make them anymore. I was supposed to have a vent over my oven. I have to call once a week to find out if they’re even coming out to do anything, and if I don’t you don’t hear from them. Heed the warning, if you are now looking out of Clayton Homes I would get a copy of every piece of paper you sign or take a picture on your camera or take a lawyer with you. But as far as I’m concern right now they have not completed anything that was told to us that they would do and it takes them forever to do. All is being ordered, oh is being broken in shipping. My house has settled more than an inch and that’s what they keep saying oh it’s settling that’s because they didn’t do the ground right. So please, if you can avoid them at all possible. Like I said Clayton Homes owns every manufacture out there that does modular homes and mobile homes. I wish I would’ve went back and went to Hawk. They should’ve been honest with us and told us he could’ve never built us the house we wanted. We had to take $10,000 out of it to make the changes so it wouldn’t look like theirIs. I will never refer somebody to them. Thank you and have a good day and there is still more but is too long to list.

They sold my husband and I the model home even after I said I wanted the new home. The amount of repairs that had to be done was ridiculous and it took forever for anything to get done. They didnt hook up the bathroom sink so when the water got turned on water went everywhere. They also had to replace the toilet because it was leaking and they missed where water got into the installation under the home. We had a nasty sewer smell in our home and they sent a guy who claimed to be a plumber and he replaced some valves but said he couldnt get under the house because he didnt know how to remove the skirting. Well the smell came back and we had to call our own plumber to fix it. We went through hell getting this home through FHA! The salesman told us we had 30 days to have everything done well we had money and weather issues when trying to install the septic. The salesman got pushy and rude. He threatened wed have to apply for an extension and reapply for the home if we didnt hurry up and the issues werent nothing we could help. Not to mention the plumber Clayton sent out was rude to my Mother. I had to work so my Mother had to be at my home when the plumber came. We went through pure hell with Clayton Homes. I dont recommend anyone to buy from these people. If I had it to do over I would save up some money and go elsewhere. I should have listened when other people told me not to buy from them.

Amazing people Mrs. Jo was awesome i had started my home search in arkansas and moved to georgia. Had kinda forgotten about the whole thing. Mrs. Jo called me and asked me if i was still interested and i had informed her that i moved. Even though states away she assisted me on the phone with homes in my area. An amazing person all around. Definately talk to Jo with your home needs!!

The whole Clayton’s team was UNBELIEVABLE!!! They made my home buying experience easy when I thought it was impossible! Special thanks to Steven for paving the way to “YES”!

We had problems with the home when we moved in. We had plumbing that didnt work right, and we had door jambs that fell off. They fixed some, but not all. They started some repairs, but never finished. After a year, we were told we are out of warranty. The repairs we asked for were reported well before the warranty expired. We have had at least three repairmen out from Clayton. They seem to have fired them or lost three of them in that time. The repairmen would look at the problem, then never come back to make any repairs or finish what they had started.

Super great selection. Lance Hatcher was the gentleman that showed us home, he was knowledgable honest and cared about our needs, both in a home and financial. I wouldnt use anyone else. Thanks Lance you are awesome

If you want to buy a nice double wide or modular home this is the best place to go!! We just loved the guy and found they had the best floor plans and service!

Good looking house really like the new location!!

Sales rep was EXTREMELY unprofessional. He was continuously foul mouthed, & when I called him out on it, he didnt apologize. On the contrary, he defended himself & mocked that I would be offended. In addition, from the time we met to the time we left, he never stopped talking, leaving you no room to look around the home comfortably. We could not leave fast enough. Clayton Homes needs more professional, kind staff.

I cant say enough about how much I respect and appreciate Steven Laliberte - GM! If he says he will do something, he will do it. Buy with confidence!
