Home was delivered with factory defects, setup did even more damage. It has been over a year and my home has not been fixed. The Arkansas mobile home commission is now involved. Freedom nor Clayton stand behind their product after the sale! Luvs mobile homes are the same. The people that sold me my home have moved to that location.

I didnt purchase a home from this company, but myself and others have been victimized by them for several days. One of our neighbors is having a home set up on their property by Freedom Homes and its been terrible. On two different occasions, they somehow dropped trees across the powerline, causing the power to go out for 10 hours the first time, and then two days later they knocked out the power again, this time it lasted for four hours. For people that work from home, this means money, but not to Freedom Homes. I have had important deliveries go undelivered because Freedom Homes continually blocks our road. There is only one way in, so when its blocked everything comes to a stop. Cant go to the store, to the post office or to Dr. appointments. If youre planning to buy a manufactured home, I recommend shopping around. These people have cost me time and money and I havent even done business with them. It doesnt seem they have anyone in mind but themselves when going about their day.

I highly recommend you purchasing your home from Jimmy Pickett at Freedom Home. He went above and beyond getting my son in his house and kept us updated on the delivery and set up process. Also, they have come out and fixed any issues with the home And gave him an awesome house warming gift. Stopped in at another mobile home dealership expecting the same treatment, but was shocked when the wife and I were greeted at the door with a warm greeting. This person (Dylan) wanted to hear all about what we were looking for and wanted. No place else in the area acted like they cared. Ive been working for 10 years to purchase my first home. When my wife and I felt we were ready we visited Freedom Homes in Alexander which is where we met our seller Wes. From the moment we shook hands Wed was upfront, honest and the most hard working person Ive ever seen attempting to put me in a home. When things seemed bleak he dug deep and found a way. While my wife and I didnt get the first home we looked at Wes found us another home within our budget for exactly what we needed. Im sure I made some days harder for him than most but Wes kept me calm and assured me that everything would be fine, and guess what? It has been fine. Everything worked out exactly as he stated months ago. Tomorrow I sign the papers on my first home purchase and if I ever feel the need to purchase another years from now, Wes and Freedom Homes is the only place ill choose to do business. Because of them my family will no longer rent or have to move. For that I am grateful.

Worst place Ive ever been told me it would b 6-8 weeks and then had us come in to pick out what we wanted for our house and then the next week tell us o sorry but we have to stop this whole process and start over in April and because they wanted to wait till then they took my deposit after promising us the 3000 furniture voucher they offered when we came in. and all this other stuff and wont give me my money back this place is a joke. then when they told us they were keeping our deposit and I asked about the voucher he said we would still get they told us no u wouldnt get that bc legally they cant and to not tell anyone that they were still goin to give it to us way to do business not. total joke

I got the chance to work with Wes from Freedom Homes while buying my first house. He definitely helped me through the whole process and made it super easy. He was able to answer any questions I had, and was always available anytime I needed something. He also found us a more affordable insurance which lowered our down payment and monthly home payment.

I was lured to Freedom Homes by their general manager after having some dealings with her across the street at Luv Homes, I guess she switched positions. I think they are all owned by the same person though. I am a single mother working two jobs while attending college. At her advice I paid money down on a home for them to hold for me while the financing took place. On multiple occasions I asked for all of the information on the home so I could finance through my own bank, instead of accepting the terrible offer made to me by their own finance company. I did not receive the info on the home. However, it was not of utmost importance until I was ready to finalize with my bank. On Friday of last week I called for the last of the information the bank needed to finalize the loan and was told to call back tomorrow. The next day I was unable to reach who I had been dealing with, but a man whom I had never spoke with called me back and was very rude and loud and told me they sold the home I had put money down on. They sold it out from under me and basically told me to just deal with it. The stranger claimed they had multiple attempts to reach me with no success. I, however had no missed calls, no text messages, and no emails that I had failed to respond to. They never sent my money back that I put down on that home, and as far as I know they aren’t going to. The GM there that I was dealing with will not even have the common decency to come to the phone and speak to me when I call to find out where is my money? Are you going to make this right? They have treated my family and I like trash. Greed is what drove them to sell that out from under me for a higher price. Large corporations are walking all over the small in stature and position in life. They are getting away with it and know no one is going to stop them. I called their corporate office in Tennessee, and was basically told that they can do anything they want. I was told they do not owe anything to anyone and that my putting money down on that trailer meant nothing. Their word means nothing folks! Greed drives these people! They wasted my time. Oh, the most important part is they still have not sent my money back!!

Wes was very patient! He answered all questions (and we asked a lot) closing on our home was an easy experience! Wes at Freedom Holmes is who you need to go see if you want great customer service and a great buying experience!

Buyers bewareThis is the same place that was in Bryant called Bryant homes they had us put a $1500 down payment on a home and then they backed out on their end would not answer mine or my husbands phone calls so they just stole our money and then closed down and open a new business down the road.....Don’t waste your money with this place...We had proof of the down payment Bryant police said there was nothing we could do. Except cut our loses

I called and whoever answered was extremely rude and even more unhelpful. I understand everyone has a bad day once in a while but Ive never has a sales person be so rude. They make commissions right? There is no service after the sale from Freedom Homes. The manager, Eddie Underwood, makes promises he doesnt deliver. The reviews that give them 5 stars are mostly false and written by the staff or friends of theirs. If you go through all the reviews, you will see that people praise Wes and Aaron. They have BOTH written reviews, more than once and are salespeople. I have seen my fair share of false reviews and no business that conducts themselves the way these people do gets 5 Star Excellence. Do not buy here. Our parts were on order ( to quote Eddie Underwood, Jason, Darla and The Amazing Wes Jones ) until our warranty ran out. At that time, Eddie Underwood said he wasnt going to do anything else for us. and hung up on us. I saw some others with concerns like mine while reading the reviews. I recommend calling The Arkansas Manufactured Home Commission and filing a formal complaint with them. One last thing, I HAD to give them 1 star to post my review. My score is actually 0 stars.
