I had the most frustrating experience purchasing a home with this company. I decided to buy in October of 2020. I was told it would take 4 weeks to make the home and it took 11 weeks. They upgraded the skirting on the home for free due to the delay. I called repeatedly about getting a delivery date and they would never answer me. I get a call one morning from Kevin saying it would be delivered that day! It was extremely unprofessional! We had to make three additional trips to the office because they also misplaced, forgot or missed a signature on our documentation. When the home was delivered, the custom cabinets I ordered were not correct. I immediately called and let the service guy (Austen) know what was wrong with the cabinets and other damage caused by the move. They sent service men out several times to repair the minor damages but not to fix the cabinets. They said I would have to wait to hear back from the manufacturer. The manufacturer said they built them correctly, but they were ordered wrong (blaming me). I called the salesmen (Jake) and let him know what was going on. I told him they were not how he described them and he did not take responsibility. It was extremely difficult to get anyone to call me back or take my calls. Finally, I spoke to a manager and asked for my $600 back for the cabinets. They could have the cabinets back as they were not functional in the space. They eventually said they would fix them. I spoke to several people in the company about how the cabinets were supposed to look. It took them 8 months to come replace the cabinets and they are still not correct. I over hear Austen bad mouth me over the phone to his repairman when the repairman called to let him know they were still not correct. I have never been more disappointed and appalled with a company. I would never recommend purchasing a home from this company.

Nice people but omg the prices today is around 280k and land not even included. Brand new houses with land is avg 230k so it’s hard for me to understand why an mfg home is more. Should be 100k or less for any of them.

I cant get a callback. Its like if they ignore me Ill just go away. Its been 15 weeks since we ordered my mom a trailer. The people are great when you can finally talk with someone. Im just contacting periodically to see if the trailer is even.being built..There was one salesman that told me I could go somewhere else but he wasnt my salesman.

David Bain is knowledgeable, friendly, personable, direct and honest. A true breath of fresh air in his line of business. It was a pleasure to visit with him about purchasing my home.

My Husband and I purchased a home in 2015 the experience was great. Our Salesman (Lady) was new and we could tell but she worked really hard to please use. The issue we have is the home is nice but very Cheaply made and Extremely poorly assembled. Within a year of moving in we noticed this falling apart, Doors not closing or uneven on hinges, cabinet doors falling off alone with the wood paneling, spots in the floor weakening and recently the wood paneling above the back door completely sagging to the point of coming off. For a 100 thousand dollar home I am very disappointed in the piece of junk quality home we received for the money we are having to pay. This is ridiculous!!!!!

(UPDATE AT THE BOTTOM)Got a call this morning from. Kevin after talking with him I feel even more confident doing business with this company. He thought I was unhappy by the 1 star rating and said he would offer me my money back if i would like to go somewhere else and he didnt say it rudely. I am big on respect! He gets a A+ from me because he didnt have to take time out of his day to reach out to me at all. I dont like that Google doesnt let you post without having to put a star but i get it. I didnt want anyone to think that I had a problem with the company, so had to change it because some people just look at the stars and never read it. I will say this the 5 star is not good enough because they definitely get a 10 when it comes to customer service, again this just doesnt come across as a company that is trying to swindle anyone and I am looking forward to working with them. As said first impression was good everyone seemed to be very friendly etc. So I am praying that we have a smooth home buying process as far as financing. As said before this company doesnt seem like the dishonest type. Anyway Stay Blessed People!!Updating my review on HAWKS HOMES I had to capitalize the name because they are just super awesome. As I write this review tonight I am trying to keep from going into full blown tears. The term when it rains it pours is really true. I have felt like the weight of the world is truly on my shoulders. I had a miscarriage, I lost my uncle and one of My grandmothers all in the same week.  I found out that my other grandmother who has stage 4 cancer had been beaten by the family member who was supposed to be caring for her. She was then put into a place where they stole from her left her sitting in her own waste for so long that she had bleeding sores on her. We made the split decision to make the trip to get her and move her in with us. She not only has cancer that has spread to the brain but she also has dementia and PTSD which we discovered  when she got here. The only thing that seems to calm her is sitting outside for a few hours a day. Which is also hard because we have no porch for her to sit on. So instead we all pick her up in her wheelchair to take her outside because we dont have a wheelchair ramp to get her in and out. She also came here with nothing so we have been spending time getting the things she needs. Which isnt cheap. My furniture that was going to be put in my new home got ruined it was not new but it was mine. And at the moment I will not be able to replace it. I am not the type to tell my business but this needs to be told, because if it wasnt for the staff at hawks homes I probably would have lost my mind imagine yourself going through everything that I am going through and also buying a home in the process. I can honestly say they made the process so peaceful and stress free that it was the only reason that I didnt back out of the deal. Because most would have until everything was back to normal. They are angels because they bent over backwards to make sure we got the home we loved David is awesome and I cant say enough about Kevin he really cares about the customer. He didnt see race, age, etc and I can honestly say I have delt with that at other companies. So when i tell you that no one compares to them i truly mean it hands down the best in my book.  They even put up with me coming to look at my home multiple times after. Each time i was there I told customers looking, about the homes on the lot, and about their service. They said wow you should work here because you had me sold and its nice to hear it from a customer. I could go on and on but to make a long story short they were my calm and peace in the mist of the storm. And I am looking forward to my new home being delivered ☺ thank you Hawks!!!!You never know what someone is going through. If we all treated everyone how they treat their customers this world would be a much better place.....

Were honest, but didnt help us get a home.

The lot was great, and Jake was incredibly helpful. No matter how many questions we had over the weeks of shopping, we got quick and direct answers. Hawks is easy to deal with, it offers great service, and quality homes. Our home was delivered six days after closing, and only took a few hours to get the initial set up completed. Could not be happier with our experience.

Me and my family just purchased a new home from hawks in bryant ark and if you are looking for someone to really and honestly go to work for you and work with you on whatever it is in a new home I highly recommend this company we looked at a few other dealerships and we didnt receive the same satisfaction that hawks was able to give us we are in our home after 2 weeks and even some major land improvements that they helped us with if you are in the area and even wanting to buy anything just stop by and they will show you every home and answer any questions that you have about all there homes and they are not your typical sales company its a family company and when you leave with a new home or not you will feel like a part of there family also

We lost our home to a house fire we have 3 kids and hawks gave us a mobile home for free and set it up they made sure we had everything that we needed they are a great company they dont care about your money they care about all of us lime we are one big family if it was not from them we would not have nothing thank you hawks homes. I have been in the Hawks twice both times they were very professional and helpful in providing me with information. Kevin Hawkes spoke to a seller of some property I was looking at for me and explained how their financing works with no questions asked he was very helpful. If I purchase one it will be from them I have chosen one Kevin Hawks is going to get me pricing on the changes I would like to have and we are moving forward.

Homes are wonderful, but the “service men and interior trim out team” are WORTHLESS. These are possibly the worst construction people to deal with. They do good work but their motivation to get the job done is none existent.I have to call the service manager “Donna” everyday just to make sure that someone is working on my home.They want your money fast. They don’t finish the job fast.

When I purchased my beautiful home from Hawks and PAID IN FULL I did not expect to have to endure such a nightmare! Once the house was placed on my property, the “trim team” did not arrive for a month. Once they did arrive, they worked for a few hours for a few days and headed back to Alabama without talking to myself or my husband! The motivation or lack there of is unbelievable. Once they have your money you can’t get ahold of anyone or get anything done! NIGHTMARE.

We appreciate the space to look at the homes, however, your sales people should greet the customers on the lot vs coworkers. We were interested in a home and left due to lack of service or greeting.

If I could give zero stars I would! They were so quick about getting their check and said we’ll have it moved by Christmas. They have made excuse after excuse on why they haven’t moved it. By the way the name on it is Donnie Ashcraft before you say y’all haven’t sold me a trailer 😡😡

My wife and I went in there February 28th and dealt with Terry we found a home that we liked they said they had to have $500 down in order to start paperwork and applying for the loan and such and we werent comfortable putting down the money just for a credit check and they said if we couldnt make a deal we would be refunded so we agreed to put a $100 down earnest money is what they called it well by March 4th Terry had lied to us 3 times and Kevin hawk returned my call finally after 2 days of calling and he told me something completely different than Terry did so my wife called back requested our $100 back Kevin hawk said we would have it in about 7 days which wasnt a problem its now may 5th we have called several times since sent several emails and texted Terry several times and we still have not heard back nor have we received our $100 back not much money but its the principal of the matter I think my next move is BBB as well as 7 on your side and the attorney generals office
