BEWARE, the buying experience was great, BUT, once they have the mortgage papers signed and they have your money, you are put on the back burner for any repairs to the house that occurred during the installation. Its been seven months since I moved in and the repairs are still not complete. Ive had three different service men come out and they never had all the parts to complete the jobs. Im just saying.

Both Carrie and Megan went out of their way to make sure everything was just right. They knew our circumstances and were very eager to help us get onto our new home as quickly as possible. I would highly recommend both of them to potential customers.

Absolutely no help once you have purchased the home. Simply ask for some info on a home I purchased and they have no way of looking it up cant even tell me what kind of home it is..lol. if you are selling homes to people I feel like there should be some documents. New staff everytime you call it seems.. also make sure your plumbing and electric is worked into the deal because they will slide that in too..

Loved our sales person but that was the only good experience and every since the mobile home was delivered we’ve had poor service. Multiple problems found (list too long). It’s been almost 6 months and we still don’t have the correct back door which was one of the first problems found on the walk through I’ve emailed lists, given the repair workers list and they still can’t get it right. We spent a lot of money on this home and it seems that once they received their money, they weren’t concerned amount the home defects. I wasn’t going to post this review but when they came out today once again unprepared I felt it necessary.Poor communication!

What the? Not one of the reviews said anything about the quality of construction, fabrication or quality of product per $$$ spent.All I was able to read was such pandering to sales personnel, office personnel and Suck up postings. Will I buy from them or even stop by to see their product....I doubt it.

Stopped in trying to get info about buying a home to put on some land that I have. I spoke with a guy by the name of Kent. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Gave me info and a lot of choice that I was not aware I had. The fact that he took his time to give me these details meant a lot. Most people will did you off of your not buying right then and there. Im giving Luv homes 5 stars for their wonderful customer service and buying experience. But to the Clayton Manufactured Home I bought from them I would give them 1 star! I have roof leaks on many parts over the soffit on the the home which has rotted through the wood! Thank goodness its only over the soffit and not over the living area. I even bought the extended home protection package witch is for an few extra years. But unfortunately I didnt notice the problem until after my warranty expired! Im very disappointed with the quality of the home. I would expect more especially for how much it it cost me.

Very nice man we worked with. We drove all the way from Sherwood he kindly allowed access even though it was after closing time and allowed us to look thru the homes on our own & not once rushing us or making us feel like we were keeping him. I wish I could remember his name more clearly, I think it was Mark? The very kind & understanding gentleman in his mid 50s (maybe) stayed with us after we got thru looking and kindly talked to us about financing options again, no pushing or rushing even though it was an hour after his lot closed. I was concerned it was going to be like a car lot, however not at all like a car salesmen. Cannot say enough about his demeanor & kindness! Thank you to that very kind gentleman and we will be back once our credit is done getting cleared up.
