We spend twice- for $7 and $15 wash hoping the automatic wash would work. The rail wasn’t working in spite of us trying THRICE!!!Moreover, when asked for help, staff mentioned we were doing it wrong but didn’t come and show the right way to do it- to sum it up, it was a frustrating experience and a waste of money.The staff could see on camera that the wash didn’t happen and still we could not get a refund.
Theyve never failed to deliver great service within promised deadlines. Highly recommend!
Terrible customer service, rude and will discriminate if you dont speak their language.
