Sometimes I’m willing to drive more to this location instead of getting the closest Starbucks. Staff is very nice here all the time. Orders are completed fast even if it’s morning traffic. I really love this location and always tip those women cause they are always extremely nice and fast. Good job, guys! You are a very professional team and people like you.

Pretty standard and nice Starbucks with some outdoor seating.Sometimes there are lot of kids from the high school nearby.

This Starbucks is above and beyond. I believe it was Michael that took my order and he was beyond sweet and friendly. Took my name referred to me by my name, pulled up to the window and the kind gentleman said hello Karen. I felt they were really making a nice attempt to cater to me and be friendly. I have never had such a nice experience with any other Starbucks or any drive through in my life. 10 gold stars to the Buffalo Grove Starbucks!!!

This is by far my favorite Starbucks & I go to Starbucks more than I’d like to admit.. but every morning when I’m rushing to work, they are super quick & efficient with making my drink in a timely manner. Micheal in particular is amazing, always positive at the crack of dawn and even remembers my drink order! It makes my day every time. Absolutely love this location!

This used to be the best Starbucks on the planet. Now-> they never have food or drinks, a bare minimum menu and no matter what time of day it is the line is at least 20 cars long!! What a disgrace!

Not kid- friendly !( Buffalo Grove location ) Very disappointed with the service. Today I was kicked out of Starbucks with my friend and our kids because our kids were to loud for an employee. Our kids didn’t run around or cried.

There is always a lot of action at this Starbucks. Lots of people are coming in as well as to the patio. This location has a wide open view from their patio, which is a plus. Drive-thru get clogged though, Im not getting the concept of sitting in the car right behind somebodys tail pipe for a few / several minutes. Interacting with the people seems to be a much better option. Especially at this Starbucks. Their morning shift is the most upbeat team you could find anywhere and like all the best things in life it is free of charge.

Carrie was great; I ordered something new and didn’t really like it (wasn’t sweet enough, mainly), and she gave me a cup of sweet cream and that helped. I also asked for an extra cup of ice. She was friendly and accommodating. The restaurant was clean and I did not have to wait.

This Starbucks was very clean, all employees and patrons wore masks, hand sanitizer was available, plastic barriers separated the staff from customers, and people certainly social distanced. They didnt have sugar/cream out for safety reasons, but did a very good job with my coffee. The staff was so pleasant...they set this location apart in my mind for sure.

Bri was just very uninterested in making coffee and worked at a snails pace while serving the long drive-thru line and/or me. I was the only one to order inside and she made no effort to promptly serve me or the cars... There are too many locations for me to return to this one...

This is the best Star Bucks out. Very clean and staff are very respectful. They try very hard two keep everyone safe during the cov19. They clean the place and keep bathroom very clean. Dan is a great man and very funny he makes a great team he works very hard even he take great pride on helping my antie out. Thank you all and please stay safe during this hard time.

The baristas here are amazing! No matter who’s on bar, you’re guaranteed to get a warm and genuine smile with your drink, and if you’re lucky, some fun and friendly banter! The folks on staff here are genuinely sweet, kind, and funny and more than willing to get to know the people behind the faces they see so regularly. The service here is always prompt and accurate, but even if it weren’t, the friendly staff would have me coming back!

Same good Starbucks coffee youre used to. Soft seats on the wall hard seats not by the wall to get you in and out despite a lot of people hanging out in their knitting groups or trying to get whatever done on their xomputer. A bit different having the parking lot in back with a hallway to enter from the parking lot. Staff turns the lights off at closing time to politely shoo people away.

They are always kind, greets me every time, even though my order is online. Pretty much get it right, if they dont they happily fix it fit me, and Im a complicated order, lol. Kudos guys thank you

Two stars because of very slow process. Person who took my order was nice and efficient (gave us cookie right away). But making one kids hot chocolate and one caramel macchiato took forever. I was about to give tip through app, but with that kind of slow service, I feel that I deserved my entire order be free.

I liked this location a lot. The workers were so nice. One stood out in particular, Omar. He was very attentive and welcoming. My caramel frap was delicious. It was a more complicated order, but he did it perfectly.

This is not a reflection of this location or employees they are great but Starbucks always is outrageously priced. This latest experience was a reminder of that.

Friendly baristas (also very pretty) when I frequented this location not so long ago. Clean and cozy. Plenty of seating. A good atmosphere. Can get a bit cold in the winter with the two entrances.

From an in-store experience, they did a great job keeping up with a busy time of day. Wait times are generally 5-10 minutes, but they do a good job here!

Employees here are nicer than any other location. Clean and inviting location. Drinks are always correct and taste great.

I used to go to this drive thru location everyday. They have a new problem everyday. They even charged my account for 3 drinks on one day and told me that the balance on my card is low. When I showed them the history on my account, they said it wasnt the updated version and charged me additionally for my beverage. They are extremely slow with service too. Will never go back to this location again.

Drinks are well made and fairly consistent at this location. The indoor seating is cozy and typical for a medium sized Starbucks. The drive thru is awful, be prepared to wait 10-20 minutes!

I have never been a big fan of Starbucks until one day I went to the store. I now understand why people like Starbucks not only for their coffee but also the relaxing environment each store provides.

How can you mess up Green Tea Lemonade? This is the only store I dont have confidence in buying some tea with lemonade. I have to remind myself not to go here anymore. Every single time I come to this specific Starbucks, they always mess my green tea lemonade. I asked for Green Tea Lemonade, unsweetened. And I get Green Tea sweetened. Abomination. I dont write reviews but their staff needs to wake up.

I visit this place in this morning to enjoy coffee break with my wife, but this place is like a noisy marketplace not a relaxing cafe. Even we were wondering why they didnt play a music for this morning time. We were so disappointed!

The drive thru very busy, but ordered ahead on phone and was ready and they were very courteous!

The service used to be great here..I was a regular..unfortunately, it has dropped significantly...at least for in store experience. It was as if they all worked for drive through only. I was left standing by the register with baristas looking right past me. Disappointed.

The place was dirty, and the cashier was terrible. She got my dads order wrong twice and got another guys order wrong, plus I witnessed her putting in the wrong orders for people. I think there are some baristas there that do a good job but that one working the register today SUCKED SO BAD. What’s worse? She didn’t even care when she said sorry, just brushed it off like it wasn’t her problem anymore. We aren’t ever coming back here again.

I dont understand how this location has such awful drive thru service. I go to several Starbucks in the area and they are consistently slow. I dread going to this location and most times go inside. Its so slow.

I live 2 blocks away but that “rude” older woman makes me only go there in the evening! I order a vent Pikes coffee with 2 percent milk. Every morning she tells me to go put it in myself “over there!” I tell here that there I s cream and there is no skim out! Then she accuses me of making her do something I should do myself! Puts me in a bad mood all day! You do not put skim or 2 percent out how can I put it in my coffee! Nasty

Normally I would give them 5 stars but it take one bad experience to ruin it. Katie decided that the way I want my coffee isnt good enough for her and decided that asking for extra shot of mocha was a problem. She then decided to short me because I told her that I wanted the extra mocha to balance out the bitterness of cold coffee. I get my coffee the same way every time I go to Starbucks. When did it become ok to argue with a customer about how they order their food or beverage and the sabotage it?

I give one star to the girl at the drive through who was nice... the other, older woman was completely rude. They (she) messed my order up and added too much espresso and she kept trying to blame me and my order...... I go to that Starbucks 4-5 times a week and order the same thing with no problem.. it’s always the same price. Today it was way too strong and $2 more expensive.....so either everyone else who has served me is wrong and under charged me and she’s right or she’s a rude old hag who needs serious customer service training. This is the second time this type of this thing has happened to me at this Starbucks - I only continue to go there because it is the only one on my morning route. Most people are nice, a couple are so horrible they bring this locations average way down!!

Unfriendly barista didnt greet me, ask me what I wanted, or repeat my order back to me. I even said hi, how are you? but he didnt acknowledge me. The only thing he said at all was do you want your receipt? It wasnt busy and there was no line except at the drive through. At least my drink was right.

O my God. Burned, bitter taste, even in Flat white!! Almost $9 for 2 cups and we threw it away. What a waist of money. This shop has the most bitter tasted drinks than any other Starbucks I visited before. That was not my first time there..I went through drive thru because we were in the hurry and it will be my last time going there ever.

I walked in here. Theres a sign that I must have a face mask while Im in there. Guess what I see, I see two Karens with no face mask with the policy not being enforced even when I brought it up. IMy girlfriend and I decided to take my business somewhere else.
