I met with Dave and got a LOT of great information. I just wanted to walk a few to get a feel for the size we should be looking for out of state. He was very knowledgeable and happy to help even though he knew I probably wasnt going to buy from them.Thank you Dave!
Very friendly staff and always helpful bunch of ladies up front. Clean bathrooms and good location.
Ok cool, lived here in Flowery Branch for 4 years now and my wife & I enjoyed the food and service, great atmosphere love the 100+ year old magnolia tree there( admired) it was a great day!! Next time maybe we can catch a live band!!Thank you.
Much better at selling boats than servicing them. Non-responsive service department. Paid for extended warrantee but cannot get a service call to Lake Burton, despite promises. Would not purchase another boat from this group.
Nice welcome center. Well shaded with plenty of picnic tables. Large parking area for 18 wheelers.
A very calm and relaxing place on the lake.
Looked at boat that they were brokering and salesman Don was great, to the point, transparent guy. However I purchased my boat from one of there sister stores for 50k less than 2 years ago and the General Manager offered me 20-25k for it. Was pretty open telling me that he would retail it for 50k again.
These guys are very legit. You get everything from expert technical knowledge, to top tier professionalism. They have a great facility with some of the best machines there is. When you buy from them, you feel like family. Everyone remembers your name and what your in to. As our family runs a dealership, we know quality when we see it, and these guys are tough to beat. A must visit if your in the market, or just need new gear. I could list all the names of the great staff, but we havent got all day. They all love what they do and live it every day. Do yourself a favor and stop in.
I was blown away by the level of service and assistance I received when shopping for boats recently. The sales person, David Stolfo was very helpful and attentive. He listened to my wants and needs and also asked me particular questions to help me choose the right vessel. He was also knowledgeable about brand options that they do not sell at this location which helped me narrow down options. All the while I had been introduced to the manager, Rick who stayed involved as much as needed to make sure I was happy too. I chose a new 2016 Regal 32 Express, and as we moved along through the finance process David constantly followed up with me and sent me pictures of my new boat coming out of wrap, and at its first rest in water. Overall they just did a great job from start to finish. Since, the Service Manager, Mr. Tidwell has also been in touch to help me sort a few things all while keeping me in the water and ready to have my boat available to me when I have time off to enjoy. I look forward to this continued relationship and perhaps my future purchases from these guys. Shop with confidence and have fun. These guys know how to keep it light and friendly and really seem to care that you are happy and out on the water. Heck they even pulled strings to get me a covered slip when nothing was available at the marina!
I don’t typically write reviews and I rarely have the opportunity to provide glowing praise for salesmen, and a dealership. In the case of Singleton Marine, and in particular Dave Palmero I can’t say enough good things. My wife and I wanted to purchase an Express Cruiser and came to Dave for help. He listened attentively to our desires, our budget, and our future plans and showed us several boats. He would always state the things he thought would work, in our case, and things that might prove detrimental. He was patient and never pressured us one way or the other. When Dave found a boat he though fit our needs he called us immediately. The boat he chose was perfect! The boat was actually much cheaper than one we thought we should buy. What was even more impressive than his boat selection, was the service he provided after the sale. We ordered a survey and Dave asked the surveyor for the list of “fix” items before he had even produced the report. Dave had those items addressed and in the works for fixing before we called. Bear in mind the list was small and mostly inconsequential, but he addressed them nonetheless. Our surveyor was incredibly impressed with the condition of the boat, it was 9 years old, had few hours on it, kept in fresh water under cover and meticulously maintained. When we closed Dave made arrangements for a slip so we could move right in, the slip was perfect. Since the sale we have texted, called, or emailed Dave with questions, oftentimes way to many, he is quick to reply and never too busy, his replies always cheerful. When he walks through the dock his former customers wave and strike up a conversation, he is never too busy to stop and talk with them.I would be remiss in my review if I didn’t mention the on-staff boat captain Singleton uses when delivering the boat, Captain Jeff. Captain Jeff is patient, knowledgeable, and extremely good at what he does. This my first purchase of a multi-engine boat that wasn’t a bass boat, and to say there are differences would be an understatement. Captain Jeff showed us all the systems, explained how they worked, and showed us how to operate the boat. His service was invaluable. In a few years we plan on upgrading to a bigger boat and I guarantee you it will be Dave and Singleton Marine we go to for that purchase.
