I grabbed 2 shirts that were on the back wall under the “buy one get one 50%” and was told that one of them was not part of it when it was right under the sign. They didn’t move the shirts either, so don’t fall for the false advertisement.

Horrible experience at this PacSun. Manager Shaneeka is AWFUL, as well as your worker Scissors. Scissors put wrong item on hold for me, I drove over an hour and half to get this shirt and then the manager Shaneeka did absolutely nothing to help except tell me to calm down - when my voice was never raised? Horrible customer service and will never shop here again!
