I came to the grand opening of this store, it was great but now its awful. It starts in the parking lot with dirty diapers. The trash cans overflowing with garbage. Then you go inside and I cant believe how much the store has changed. I havent shopped here in the last 2 years because of the pandemic but where is selection of coats, clothing and home decor. We couldnt find dress socks for men. They have partitioned off half of the store. Changes need to take place or I wont be back.
Won’t come back, this place is trash. Dexteria has terrible customer service and has a bad attitude.
Im sad that in this area this was a good Burlington. Now its ugly trashy. Nothing inside. Its worst then a flea market!! Half the store is closed off now. How unfortunate to see a great store go downhill.
Its literally back to school time, middle of summer in ga 100° outside and these people have mostly long sleeves and pants. No summer clothes whatsoever for kids. Learn the seasons and stop putting out clothes that will literally kill kids if they wear it in summer time
Why would you not have tap to pay as a store. Ghetto never coming here again wasted time shopping
This store is a mess - literally. Tons of products not in their designated spots, merchandise scattered on the floor. Disorganized and unkept store. I assumed it would be one of the better Burlington stores due to its Buford location. However, it’s probably the worst Burlington location I’ve shopped at.
I feel horrible for the employees that get stuck working at the registers. At least 70-100 people waiting in line and only 2 registers open. Burlington, this is why Amazon keeps winning at the end. Smh. Management needs to reevaluate this situation asap.
Tawanda was very kind, professional, and knowledgeable. People like her really make shopping more pleasant, I’ve been in this store before without being greeted. Tawanda, really made my shopping experience one to return for!

I used to love shopping here but today they tried to over charge me on pj pants, that I also bought from a different location for a cheaper price. The cashier went and got some random pants that had nothing compare to the ones I had and tried to charge me for those. She could’ve got one of the other pj pants that were the same price as the ones I was trying to get. I told her about them and her manger responded to me that I SHOULD GO GET THEM MYSELF.
Found what I was looking for quickly, plus more.Very clean and orderly.
Works are slow an the price at the buford location is the worst the price are different from the store an sugarloaf Burlington location

Store manager was very pleasant. I know they’re super exhausted with the long lines, sales, & Covid-19 regulations but the woman with the golden blonde bob manager was super nice and professional and I highly recommend this location. I found some great buys with the 25% and 50% discount. I didn’t get her name but she made the long wait worth it great customer service despite the overwhelming crowds and people putting stuff anywhere. I’ll be back and tell all my family and friends.
Very bad one, no choices,and it’s way before the pandemic, don’t waste time for this one, better drive farther for next Burlington
