This is one if my favorite stores. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. They have great prices and I found an awesome blouse at a great price.

It’s prom for my daughter and her senior year. Walked into store this evening, 2nd floor from inside the mall. The lady on the right side of the store saw we were lost and needed a hand. We made eye contact twice. She didn’t say a thing. We walked to directory . It was not working. We looked around. The same lady stared at us but didn’t offer assistance. We were hoping to buy a dress. I’m writing this not angry, but upset because my daughter was with me. Unfortunately we were not surprised to be ignored. It’s hard to teach your kids to treat everyone the same no matter what race they are when we’re not treated correctly. I didn’t say anything but my daughter did say something to me. 😶

So wonderful to see the employees smiling faces again! No silly mask requirement there! And the customer service is superior to any other store Ive been in! Love to shop there!

Awesome store! Great help finding a dress for my sons wedding! They accepted a return from a year ago. My daughter had a COVID wedding! All her plans came crashing down!

A great store with high quality merchandise, a wide price range, beautifully decorated and great customer service! Also, it has the best lounge in the entire mall!

I used to come into this store from time to time to browse but because of the outstanding customer service, I visit and buy from much more frequenlty. Five stars to Amanda @ the Bobbi Brown counter. She has outstanding customer service skills. Her follow up and follow thru skills are impressive. I have gone to other departments stores and they never have the Bobbi Brown products I need-nor do they offer to order and ship them. Amanda is always willing to go above and beyond. The other departments are also very helpful and polite. Von Maur is my new favorite store. Great merchandise and great customer service. Cant beat it!!!

I have needed some special outfits the past two weeks and have been THRILLED with the service, personal attention and care we have received from Chastity. She has hustled to help put five perfect outfits together that worked for our needs. I have hesitated visiting the store - was sad when Nordstrom left. My experience here has been fantastic. Also, had some help in shoes (did not get young ladies name sorry!) and with Patty. We will not shop elsewhere now. THRILLED and thankful to have great service available. Seems hard to find these days!

Good shoppinh place for men, women and childrens clothing.

This is a high-end retail store that sells mens,womens, kid/baby clothes, kids toys, mens, womens, kid/baby shoes. Formal clothes for the whole family and they also have casual clothing/shoes. They also sell random knickknacks and decor for all seasons. They have a child play area with a big tree that makes all kinds of sounds and the eyes open and close as well as very clean restrooms and a clean unique store 👔👕👖👗👚👢👞👟👠👡They can be a little pricey but they do have sales and clearance items on occasion.

Wonderful young man Jonathan assisted me in the mens department. He gave me excellent customer service offered to box up my purchase. He did a wonderful job with folding the tissue paper and with folding of the shirt as well. Also told me of complementary wrapping that was available upstairs. Very nice young man. Greatmosphere

And out of the blue this very nice lady came to my aid. She was so helpful. Her name is Linda.She works upstairs in the womens dress. She was a Angel. Thank you for all your help.

Von Maur has a bery pleasant atmosphere. The staff is always friendly and seem genuinely happy in their work. The store is always clean and inviting. Usually there is a pianist bringing keys to life and setting a gentle mood for shopping. I always go to the sales racks in childrens and always find something for my little ones at a great price. They also offer an interest credit card. Great place to shop!

Never shop here but enter and exit though here a lot and escalators always work so I guess this place is cool. They do have a lager section of mens clothes thats worth checking out though

I had never been in one of these stores before but it was one of the most beautiful department stores that Ive ever been in. It was open and not cluttered like so many are. There was a gorgeous grand piano & you could hear the lady playing it throughout the entire store which given how talented she was, just made it an even better experience. The employees were are helpful & so friendly, greeting you with a smile even if you were just walking by. You definitely feel appreciated in this store unlike some other stores where you feel almost as if you are an inconvenience to the staff working there. Honestly we went in to just use the elevator to get to the 2nd floor but once we were in we ended up walking around to see the cool selection of items they had within as well as to watch the pianist. Out of my price range to shop there but I would if I could for sure.

Mens department...the young man that helped me for my sons homecoming...is absolutely the best. He knows his stuff.

Love shopping at Von Maur. The sales staff are so helpful. They have the cutest toddler clothes for my grandson. Great gift ideas. They will also wrap and send a gift for free. No one even wraps gifts anymore much less ship them for free.

Love this store. It reminds me of department stores back in the 60s in New York City At this time its decorated for Christmas and its beautiful. You owe it to yourself to visit this department store.

I love this place. Its always very organized and everyone there is always so helpful and professional. I always hit the clearance shoe room and always find a bargain. The womens lounge is always clean and the piano music is the best.

I always feel judged at the cosmetics desk. The group of ladies just have an air of why are you here? For this reason I purchased at Belk instead.

Shopped there last week for the first time. This is an airy traditional department store. The staff was very friendly. Surprised that it was not busier the Friday before Christmas.

My favorite store in the state. The customer service is exceptional. They really takethe time to get to know their customers and cultivate relationships. Ive known several of the associates since the store opened and they always let me know what is available and on sale. Lets not forget about the fabulous bathroom and free gift wrap/shipping. Its these forgotten customer services that keep me a loyal client.

This Mall is ridiculous.I have only been to the Mall of GA once many years ago.It is still amazing with lots of new attractions.Its like being at the state fair only bigger if you can imagine that.3 floors YES 3 floors of omg not sure if I can see everything.Nope made it thru 2 and a half floors. Going back next Saturday.

Classy, lavish, and upscale outlet with live piano music, elegant wear, cute and colorful charms, and precious crystal figurines. They even have sweets and baked goods Ive never seen anywhere else or even heard of before.

Overpriced and tacky store. You can probably get items sold here for a much better price somewhere else. Theres always parking though.
