Wonderful experience today. We have been T- Mobile customers for 16 years. Andre Stoke and Max Martinez at the Mall of Ga were patient and professional helping me with questions about my phone. Both men are assets to T-Mobile and would recommend this store to any customer.

I had the best experience with Leslie. She was very knowledgeable and patient with us. We switched over from Verizon. Although the store was closing in 10 minutes, she helped my wife and I switch over on information to the new devices: She answered all my questions and concerns and was always helpful with everything that I needed. I am delighted with her services and will come back because I know that she will assist me.

Got my service switched over and all options available were explained. In/out in 30 minutes. Great job Max @T-Mobile!!!

Leslie was a fantastic help today. She was super informative and went above and beyond to help me with my phone situation and Helpful suggestions. I want to mention made sure I knew all my options and felt comfortable. She should be a manager or employee of the month or even a raise! she is a massive asset to your company, and I would drive far to this store. Thoroughly pleased with my visit.

Terrible and frustrating experience as I was trying to explain some charges that got on my family plan bill without my consent. I kindly asked to reverse the charge and remove add on but they refused. I fought back since it wasnt an add on that required a long term contract by any means. I was getting so frustrated I was almost on the verge of tears and the store manager did nothing to make this experience better. Absolutely rude and disrespectful. Funny enough I stopped by the Lenox mall Tmobile store on a different date and they got it squared away and fixed immediately in less than 5 mins. Had a much better experience there.P.S- I mentioned how terrible mall of GA T-Mobile was to the Lenox mall Tmobile employees and they told me its not the first time they have heard that flagship store having bad customer service

Terrible serviceI was rushed to get a new phone by a Hispanic dude with glasses who was rude to my mom and I. I told him I wanted the 12 pro max and they gave me a 12 pro.. i asked questions and didn’t see the phone till the transaction was halfway completed 🤦🏻‍♀️ He was already helping me and someone else at the same time already had an attitude.

Thank you, Leslie! My father came there to get a cell service. He doesnt speak any English, so I had to communicate for her by the phone from Nevada. Leslie was very patient with us, she called me many times to translate conversation, and made sure my father gets what we needed.

The people here are terrible! Max waisted 2 hrs of my time on Sat. Then todY the store manager was supposed to handle a situation that didnt get resolved Sat. and he said he would call back shortly...NEVER CALLED...THEN ONE OF HIS CRONIES HUNG UP ON ME TWICE WHEN I TRIED TO CALL THE STORE! CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE Is A PIPE DREAM!Do NOT SHOP HERE!

I walked in pretty stressed out. I was given wrong info and running from store to store. The manager Amy helped me when no other employee would. This kind of customer service is appreciated and hard to beat. Thanks again Amy!!!!

Horrible experience. I explained my issue with my phone to the sale representative and he said the manager would have to help me. He went into the back and came out telling me the manager could not help me with my problem. The manager literally didnt come speak to me at all or look at my phone. He didnt care to hear my issue and later came out from the back walking around playing with his phone but never once came by to speak to me. T-mobile sucks and the really tall ball headed guy who was the manager is very unprofessional and doesnt deserve his position. Im calling their boss!

I had a GREAT experience at T-mobile thanks to Chris Todd and Leslie Ruiz. They were absolutely awesome! Chris was so helpful and even went out of his way to get my mom and I water at the cookie place across from the store because they were out. Leslie was super helpful as well, she spoke Spanish to my mom and explained everything Chris was saying to help her feel comfortable. They were an awesome duo and greeted us with a huge smile on their faces. Great experience. Thank you guys!!

Great customer service from the manager Amy and the other representative. They were very friendly and helpful, and resolved my issue. Im glad I stopped by here because the Apple store upstairs was no help. I would definitely recommend to my friends and family to come to this Sprint store inside the mall

I’ve been standing here 20 min with no help. The 5 customer reps on the floor aren’t moving with any urgency to take care of customers. Very poor service.

Amy and Ben were awesome. I work at the bank and can not have my phone on me. They were able to tell me how I can have my phone with me at all times with an Apple watch. I am so happy now because with my new apple watch I dont miss important calls and text!! Happy client!!!

This stores team is so freaking awesome!!!! I had the kindest rep her name was Tiana and she was so very helpful! I always come back to this specific store and the reps are always so pleasant and sweet. Thank you to Ailyn for helping me find my accessories and to Patrick for being so helpful as well!

Leslie Ruiz is Great! She is knowledgeable, professional and very helpful, answered all my questions about my current phone and as well as kind. I went to this location to transfer service from Verizon to T-mobile and the service I experienced was amazing. Max, the agent servicing my account, was awesome! He gave me all my options, offered me promotions to save money, and made the whole process easy as possible. I highly recommend this location and highly recommend Max for his thorough and excellent customer service!

Wow,To say I was impressed would be an understatement. T Mobile is by far the best deal as far as a provider goes, trust me I went to all the providers and asked for their best deals. But more important now of those providers have Joelis, she was incredible. She was genuine, kind and truly cared about my family and our needs. She is an incredible asset, if you come here please request her she will make your experience well worth it. Thanks T Mobile for employing her.

Experienced receiving incorrect information from the store manager. I informed the manager what customer service said about the situation, however because he didn’t know this was how his company handled things. He turned to another employee who informed him of the policy that Customer service upheld, but he still didn’t listen. So instead of me walking out of the store with a phone in hand, I have to wait 7 days to get the phone that I wanted to order. No need to ever return to this location. 🤷🏿‍♂️🤦🏿‍♂️😩🧐

Came in today just to look at pricing to switch to Sprint from MetroPCS and had the most positive experience ever. The sales rep CJ assisted us got us exactly what we wanted provided absolutely phenomenal customer service and assistance I had only planned on pricing service and walked out with 3 new phones. Absolutely could not be more satisfied with my experience.

My friend has phone insurance through sprint. He brought his phone in with a cracked screen, and they made up some exscuse saying they couldnt fix it, and that another place would have to, and it would be really expensive. Not the first time Ive heard shady things about sprint. I told him to cancel his insurance.

There was an employee in there that was extremely rude. She tried to tell us two different stories why she couldn’t give us a free screen protector. The first reason was because of my phone and the second reason was because I don’t pay insurance on my phone. When my wife told her that I did have the insurance on my phone she interrupted her and said “You need to let me finish”. I was very dissatisfied with the customer service at this store and got my screen protector from another store with no problems.

Just want to commend Jacob Copher of the Sprint store at Mall of Georgia on his outstanding job of transferring my data to my new phone. His expertise, courtesy, humor & attitude was outstanding Ive never experienced such outstanding service before especially by such a young gentleman & me being on the older side.

Keishun sold me the note 9 and told me all about the phone. She did an amazing job and went above and beyond to help transfer all my contacts and things from my previous phone. I highly recommend seeing her when you visit the store!!

Service is a gamble. Some reps are excellent and go out of their way to make you feel like youre a valued customer and some are just there for headcount and do the bare minimum in order to get a paycheck. The location is convenient and clean. I can say Ive had more good experiences than bad at this location.

I had recently purchased a phone at a different location, the T-Mobile in Beaver Ruin Village. However it was a hassle from the beginning. To make things short, I was sent home with no help setting up, and no SIM card activated. I decided to try the T-Mobile in the mall of ga & as soon as I walked in, the customer service was superb. I was helped out by Carol who was extremely friendly but most importantly knowledgeable. She knew exactly what needed to be done and made me feel reassured that the problem would be fixed, and it was. Everything was quick and smooth and I felt like a valued customer. This location may be further from me but it’s definitely where I’ll be going from now on.

Corbin was awesome!!!.. I brought my new LG watch to a corporate store and they had no luck connecting it to my phone. I walk into Nextstar and within 10 miunutes Corbin had it working perfectly.. This Store has amazing people who are always prompt to fix a problem or prevent having one. Best Service by far!!!

Weve been with T-mobile for over 7 years. On August 25th I went to one at the Mall of GA to pick up a replaced phone ordered for me. A day before I called them to confirm if I can still come and pick it up and was told yes. At the store the manager whos name I guess was Thomas, said that I could not do it because of the 30 days time limit. But the phone was still at the store and I was told it was waiting for me. Another unpleasant thing that I found out that the new phone was not new but a refurbished one. I have to mention that my phone was not working properly and I was offered a replacement. The manager was not very polite and did not have patience. It looked like he was bothered by the customers. Did not solve my issue and let me disappointed.

I love their service and especially their prices.

A very good T-Mobile store so unlike the sleazy used car lot feel you get from going into a Sprint store. If you want excellent service from someone thats been in this business for years ask for Adriana.

Great Experience at this store. Staff took incredible time to help me with new phone, saving me money and making aure rhat everything was set up perfectly to the point of staff staying extra time after her shift was over. Best customer service experience Ive had at phone store. I was switching from Verizon and have waited ro review to rate connection and sevice which so far has been very good. Havent missed Verizon so far.

Store Manager so mean with customer, he is guy but never nice to lady, he tried to sell products and service but when you got problems or something like that, he will turn back and talk so rude to customer, T mobile train employee really carefully but with his position look like he never been in training before ....
