Ive never had any problems in all my years shopping at this location but recently its been awful! The past few times Ive been in, the produce has looked bad, and I have overheard employees bad-mouthing other employees! Just today I was in and the woman in deli with glasses and a ponytail, I couldnt see her name tag, was gossiping with another employee about a different employee. Kroger shouldnt allow this kind of behavior!
Much easier to handle at this earlier time
Prices are good so I shop there often. They are not on top of consistently stocking their shelves and they run out of basic items all the time.. You also need to check expiration dates on things. Overall though Id recommend.
I havent been shopping here before, but I had applied once. When I stepped inside, the architecture and the design of the store was really nice. The store was clean and organized really well.
Do not use online grocery pick up. It’s been one hour and I still don’t have my groceries. The person before me already drove off. The spots are marked wrong and only one person is working yet there are plenty of employees taking buggies in. I feel like they owe me for my wasted time.
Always have what you need and everything is FRESH from produce to cookies . Love that store.
Poorly stocked and always out of milk.
Not so nice management. Also not very clean and yet have ridiculous mask rule after 5 months of a plandemic. Makes zero sense. Done with Kroger for good. Love local farms and I shop for packaged items online .
I miss this Kroger. They had the best sushi. I live near a larger Kroger now but the sushi isnt as good. I always stop in when Im in Buford. ❤❤❤
Amazing supermarket. There are excellent selection of products decently priced. The staff are amazing. 100% recommended.
Nice people, clean store, nice selections.
Does not always have items in stock, this is a smaller store. We live close by but only shop here if we dont have much to get. Meat department does not have much selection, bakery department is bad. We prefer to drive to Hog Mountain Kroger as that store is much better customer service wise, meat department is larger with great selection and bakery items are always fresh unlike Ridge Rd. Kroger.
Really like this Kroger. Mostly use the click list but have shopped inside also. Started using Kroger for online grocery order because they let you bring coupons and will apply them to your total when you come to pick up your groceries. Also they have digital coupons in their app. Walmart will not allow coupons for grocery pick up. People that being our the groceries have always been very friendly and helpful.
Very well maintained Kroger except few instances when they ran out of common fresh foods such as hot peppers. However it is generally well-stocked with about 90% chances.
I have shopped at Kroger for years. They always have fresh vegetables and fruits. I love to purchase the markdowns such as meats. I love my Kroger app and cupons. My Hamilton Ridge Kroger is the best.
No one was available at the meat or deli sections, other than that great shopping experience.
I really like the new scan and bag as you buy your groceries. Its awesome and saves time as well. I give it a big thumbs ☝.
It is easy to get around the store. Its clean and the employees are always helpful. The prices are low and love getting gas points
I love Kroger. I find what I need always and the store is very clean. A clean store is very important to me because it is where I buy food for my family! Thank you.
Went looking for gluten free crackers & there is no longer a section for healthfoods. Had to look for them in the cracker, cookie section. Very long isle now mixed in with all the junk food. So it looks like Kroger is making those who cant eat certain things be tempted to get them. Now we have to search through every isle just to get what we need.
I’ve lived in the are 20 years and this Kroger keeps getting worse. Just today I need a few things for thanksgiving tomorrow. Whole bins are empty, fruit looks terrible and I don’t see a single person in sight restocking anything. I have to drive all the way to Publix for decent service.
Great staff, great selection. Its a smaller store, but its almost always stocked with what I need.
I walk in the door and produce is always fresh with lots of friendly help and smiles the moment I walk in. As I pass through the baking and deli cut section I am greeted with more smiles and hellos and I love smelling whatever is being baked at the time whether it is chicken or cookies or anything. Always smells delightful. The meat department is one of my favorites as I very much enjoy admiring the beautiful seafood behind the glass so colorful and the salmon is always so fresh, always with lots of friendly help. The dairy always has what I need and grocery does as well and if I am ever looking for anything there are plenty of the managers and other workers walking around that are never too busy to help me. Micheal at the register is always my go to cashier he is so joyful and blissful and absolutely genuine. This store means so much to me I cannot find myself shopping at a more friendly helpful and resourceful location. Shout out to all the hard work that goes on in there!
Great staff. Great customer service. This is usually an indication of great leadership. Ive been in retail for more than 20 years. Takes one to know one.
Great selection and friendly staff. I am pleased to shop at this Kroger. They have everything I need and the prices are good, too. Plus, the gas is the cheapest around.
Just received new coupons in the mail but they were all out of everything that I had a coupon for...I guess you gotta be quick on your feet @ this location. Lol
Store was nice. Produce was freshThe cashier did not speak to us the whole time at her register. No hello, no thank you.
This Kroger, unlike the other closest Kroger off Braselton Hwy, has a different lay out in regards to organic products. They do not have a specific natural/organic section. Instead, they are at the regular aisles you would find non-organic, which might be an easier way to locate products.
Only use ClickList at this Kroger if youre willing to wait between 20-45 minutes to pick up your groceries, and then be given moldy produce. I usually drive out of my way to use a different Kroger for ClickList, but my app reset to this store and now Im being punished so I figured Id write a review while I go on minute 25 of waiting for my groceries.
Friendly staff, good service
Friendly staff, short lines, good selections.
My biggest complaint is when you walk in the door, it smells like an elementary school cafeteria. My second biggest complaint is that you need to use the loyalty cards to get the prices down on a lot of items and that are cheaper at publix. My biggest praise is that they have a wide selection of things that I cant find elsewhere. My second biggest praise is the fuel center prices are consistently the lowest in town.
I was truly amazed that I was able to walk thru the store and passed 5 employees and none of them said a simple hello or even asked if I needed help finding anything...
Friendly customer service. Beer selection usually pretty good. Plenty of food and milk and crackers and candy. Organics here on fleek! Two more stars if they turn this into a bigger and better one.
I give up! Produce section right back where it started,,,,pathetic. Never stocked. The whole store is never stocked. How can you not have bags on onions, pineapples, bell peppers,,,,,,and tomatoes that dont have flies all over them???? These are every day items people!! What is there is half rotten. I have shopped at Kroger forever, but NEVER EVER will I go to this one again. Been dealing with this for over 2 years now. DONE! I dont understand why someone at a corporate level has not looked into this store and made corrections before now. If I choose Walmart over Kroger,,,there is a BIG problem. I am totally disappointed since this is the closest location to me.
Love Kroger prices, just a little disconcerting b/c this is not my regular store. I did find everything on my list. My bagger (didnt see his name and cashier Logan were very helpful and friendly.
Nice store. Not so big youre exhausted when you get finished, but big enough to have a good selection.
Been shopping here since the beginning of this location. Something changed in the last few years, they are always changing and reorganizing the store. It is very difficult to shop, always searching for products! Just when we get to know the new system they change it again. Very frustrating and time consuming. Produce is terrible and cash registers are not open based on volume. The staff is always very helpful and friendly. Store management needs to stop reorganizing and let the customers get back to shopping. We will most likely move to the new Publix when it opens.
This Kroger is awful. Their produce is always disgusting. They also wont take back the glass milk bottles sold at other Krogers. Go to the one in sugar Hill. Much nicer Kroger.
Nice place. Good selection of beer and decent prices. Clean and well stocked.
It was good. They didnt have 2 things i wanted, but not a big deal
After having meats and vegetables go bad long before they expire, I am very leery about purchasing these items.. i live exactly one mile from Kroger and love rhe convenience but.wish.rhe products stayed fresh as long as they should.
Well stocked, bakery and deli have fresh items. Check out lanes dont seem to back up at this location.
Great Kroger store. The aisle signs need to be more item specific. Looked down aisle after aisle for spices.
The store was very clean and the prices were great.
My daughter fell in the middle of an unmarked wet floor and the manager on duty said oh well. I am very disappointed. Safety is more important than stock. His excuse for no floor sign was I cant find any. Not only that but he refused to make an incident report. There were floor signs on the end of every isle. Check the cameras and you will see his (Mr. Elberton) uncaring persona.
Great prices and customer service. Their produce can be better in terms of quality.
This is not my favorite Kroger. Entry area was a mess. Cashier works quickly, but makes many mistakes. My order had to be re-run 3 times. Will not be back.
The store is always clean and well-stocked and its just easy to get in and get my stuff and get out
Good local Kroger. They keep it clean and organized. The parkng lot is always crowded.
This is my go to grocery store. Everything is neat and clean.
Prices are good..Bad customer service.Employees are not helpfulAt all. Not smiling. Bad experience.
I love it just around the corner from my house and they have pretty much all the stuff I always need
Having dietary restrictions sometimes make it hard to find certain things for my family and this particular Kroger has made it tougher and tougher to get those things. When I moved to the area they had everything. Through the last 3 years, they have oddly dropped every item that I bought, in bulk, EVERY TIME I shopped there. I have spoken to customer service on FOUR SEPARATE OCCASIONS and left a very detailed product request list for their product manager/buyer with my name and phone # and NOT ONCE have they made one attempt to call me. It seems that someone that purchases food for a large grocery store would have some slight nutritional knowledge! Hint: Many people that are sensitive or allergic to cows milk are also sensitive to nuts. Another hint, A LOT OF PEOPLE CANNOT HAVE COWS MILK! So, when you have 500 gallons of 30 different varieties of cows milk(how many freakin ways can cows milk be sold?!?!) You also carry 200 gallons of different nut milks like almond, cashew, coconut, and also soy, why can you not continue to carry cold 1/2 gallons of RICE MILK!! Only a tiny fraction of people are allergic to rice milk!! That is the only type of milk we can use. Why only carry warm quart size boxes that are much more expensive than the refrigerated 1/2 gallon size that you carried before?!!?How about alcohol apple ciders?! You carry 20 varieties that are all full of sugar 20+grams. You had one or 2 at any given point that were a dry cider, meaning they were very low in sugar at -10grams per bottle. When someone who has an intolerance to gluten in beer and wants an adult beverage alternative to beer, they probably dont want to get diabetes drinking the equivalent of a case of childs sippy boxes of apple juice.Oatmeal....why 5 different brands and 10 flavors, including redundant flavors across those brands, and not one single steel cut blueberry option?! You had it, now you dont. (Better Oaks Thick & Hearty Blueberry Muffin)These things are not hard to get! You have had them! The Kroger in Jefferson, which btw is FAR SUPERIOR IN EVERY WAY to this store, has all of those things! What is the malfunction with the purchaser at this particular location?!? DO YOUR JOB AND RESPOND TO CUSTOMERS. I live 1.5 miles away and once a week when I travel to Jefferson, I go to that Kroger. I also visit Publix quite often, as well. I avoid this Kroger until I have no other choice! It looks to me like Kroger needs to reconsider the person filling this position!
Not a bad store but showed add more items
Probably the worst grocery store I have ever been in. There is always a stocking issue every single time we go there. We drive to 124 & 324 location to shop twice the distance just because we know certain items wont be in stock. There is no variety at this store 124 & 324 location is night and day. When Publix opens up, this store will be a ghost town if they dont get there act together which they havent in the past several years.
Most unfriendly unhelpful Kroger I have ever been in. Unlike my Kroger on Winder Highway Flowery Branch. Where everyone greets you with a smile and always helpful.
Easy to find everything. Employees could use improvement on their attitudes.
Horrible waited 29 minutes to check our. While finally checking out another employee stopped by and stated she was so bored because she had nothing to do. Well she could have at least bagged the groceries which I was doing while the two talked. Almost as bad as Walmart
This a grocery store. This is where you buy pork, beef, chicken, shrimp and everything humans can eat... Can it serve more? Yes. Do we want SJWs removing thier teeth? Absolutely! Its a food store FFS! How do I rate it? The fact they dont restock what I need? Then 0/5 and 0/5 at the Walmart down the road.
Love this place! They rarely dont have what you need
Great place to take your family ro see a movie
This particular Kroger is in a very nice location, but seems to have a few issues in regards to stocking and storage of their meat and produce. On several occasions they have been low or ran out of basic produce or the produce that is left is no good and not marked down. Also, there have been at least 4 occasions this past year were we have had to return meat or seafood because when we opened it it was spoiled. Prime example was yesterday... they were out of white mushrooms and appeared to be low on a lot of their produce. They had two cases of pork loin that were on sale and the sell by date was the 18th (I bought this on the 6th) so I thought it would be fine. Low and behold, I get home and open the package that evening and the meat is spoiled. When I went to return the meat and explain that the sell by date was the 18th and they might want to check the rest of the meat case, the checkout girl just shrugged. Anyway, I hope no one gets sick.
I can always count on being disappointed. They never consistently keep the items i buy or they discontinue selling the items, as much as i hate walmart at least they have what i want. I will never shop at this place again
New manager makes all welcome. Lower prices
I found essential oils here for wayyyy cheaper than the Vitamin Shop!
Great shopping experience! Love the fuel rewards!
The store was clean,, produce was fresh and the associates were friendly.
Every week I go theres more offers.Five children homeschool mom they eat all day! Kroger loves Family and we love theres prices!
Since we are new here, it takes us a little longer to shop. Store was well stocked and clean.
Great location, especially with a Delta Community Credit Union inside.
This Kroger is clean Tom the night supervisor is extra friendly and helpful I sometimes shop late at night and its nice and quiet you can find discounts as well as all items that you were looking for I have made this my Kroger for 3 years now
I was shopping in Kroger on Sunday March 26th and there were 3 times that I could not find something I need. As I was looking for the 1st item I saw the store manager who not only told me where the item was but took me to where the item was. The other 2 times I just happened to cross pathes with the store manager and both times tolf me where to located them item and took me to the item. As I was getting ready to go check out my sister called me to tell me that my cousin had died. The manager happened to walk by me at the point where I was literally in tears and trying to compose myself before I went to check out. After asking if I was okay and was there anything he could dothis very nice, helpful and compassionate man told me that me and my family would be in his prayers. Thank you so much for that. It means a great deal to me. Once I arrived at the register my cashier Lana and the young man bagging my groceries realized something was wrong since I still had tears running down my face. I told them what had happened and both said how sorry they were for my loss and that they would be praying for my family. The young man insisted on carrying out my groceries ( Im so sorry that i dont remember his name) not only took my groceries out and helped get them in my truck but told me once again that he would be praying for us. Then he asked my permission to give me a hug which I accepted. Thank you Kroger for hiring a manager that is not only hepful and knowledgeable abot the store he runs but is truly friendly helpful and more importantly a compassionate man. And to my cashier and the young man bagging my groceries...Thank you fot being the caring employees/ people you are. Kroger should be proud of these 3 individuals. Its people like this that will have me returning again and again.
Great staff but not as up to date as other Krogers
Older store but well stocked.
Always has sale items. Checkout is usually fast.
They try to keep things clean and keep the shelves stocked but the bathroom is horrible. Usually dirty and not toilet paper. Awful effort to keep clean
Very well stocked, employees very polite and helpful
The flies in this location is OUT OF CONTROL! I don’t buy anything from the deli, bakery, meat department or produce because there’s so many of them! If it’s not in a package or in the cooler, I don’t want it!
Always wonderful service here.
Michael is great! Friendly and clean store.
Love the layout & selection in this store
Employee at the gas pump today stole $100.00 from me and lied said I gave him $10.00 when I never had $10.00 in my possession. I called the police and emailed Headquarters. Beware dont give Kroger gas pump at this location large bill.. This man stole my money!!!
Great staffGreat selectionGreat location
Nice clean grocery :)
I wanted Sushi, this Kroger doesnt carry it.
Very crowded and theres never any parking
I dont like the new layout, lottery machine being frequently down and long lines at service area
Staff was OKAY. Bathrooms were dirty. Shelving stock was very empty.
I love this store!
Good shopping, nice staff.
Great Beer and plant prices
Horrible Produce Section. Its almost as if this is the store they bring the left overs to with the poor quality. Now this evening I went to get a few green peppers and a large selection of products were empty.Very disappointed.
Long lines, several items out of stock, employees looked disinterested.
Good prices and never crowded
Kroger is always helpful!!!...
Good customer service
Clean but small and lacking many of the features and selection of larger Kroger stores around town.
Not enough groceries in stock, cashier Fiona didnt even say Hi to customers, lack of education
