Didn’t know what to expect. Their manager, Tyler, was awesome. Friendly, knowledgeable, courteous, and most importantly personable. I felt like a valued customer before I even agreed to the unit. Glad I choose this spot to store.

Tyler was amazing and showed us allOur options. The facility itself was so nice and so clean. Also the gate doesn’t say open 27/7 which is great.

They make you feel welcome and understand all of your needs and actually LISTEN and want to provide the best that they possibly can for their customers. The new owners of now “CubeSmart Buford” has taken a property formally used as “ANYTHING BUT a proper storage facility or business and turned it into one of the cleanest, organized, safest and highly qualified staffed storage facilities in the area. I would highly recommend!Super friendly and knowledgeable staff, keep up the excellent work and the renovation done is beautiful. Really glad I stayed when you guys took over and have recommended some friends and colleagues.

Great service at the desk. Laura helped me out with some extra charges I got for some reason and couldn’t get a hold of customer service so decided to go in and get help. Best storage and cleanest storage I’ve had in Georgia.

I found a copperhead snake inside the hallways of here. Be careful. I have pictures of it but not sure if I can upload them here or not. People leave the front door open and anything can come inside. If this snake had gotten into someone’s unit and they go reaching around this would be a different story.

My experience would’ve probably been 5 stars had they not tried to money grab me when they changed over to Cube Smart after I’ve been a loyal customer for over 3 years. I get a random call saying my latch was not secured properly and now I have 24 hours to come fix the problem or else I’ll be charged a cutting fee plus a lock replacement fee. Apparently while doing a “walk through” they noticed my latch was unsecured (mind you, I always double check before I leave my unit that it’s secured). We’re in the middle of a pandemic and you want to charge me bs fees- I’ve always paid on time and been a customer for over 3 years. I was already getting annoyed with the “discounts” they may or may not have and you would never know what the cost of your actual unit was until you go to pay your bill, but this just took it over the edge. Customers beware, business is becoming shady.

Half of my belongs where molded and they did nothing about it. No one ever contacted me about it.Had Tyler the manger come take pictures of my belongings and he never did anything about it. He said someone would be in contact with me about it. This was 2 months ago.

I cannot complain about the facility, but know this. When you sign up, you will probably be offered a discount. They typically last for 3 months, but then they expire. If you want another discount, you have to call them and ask for one. You know, just in case you dont want a discount. Its basically a game they play and, I bet they make a lot of money off of people that are busy and forget to call and ask for a discount. Its disappointing to say the least.

Storesmart, Self-Storage, Buford, GA is unfortunately loosing all credibility in the storage industry. The Facility Manager is unprofessional and retain no presence of management experience. Certainly, unfortunately loosing long-term tenant. Appears the facility manager lacks social skills, rapporteur customer relationship building adeptness, and professionalism in every aspect of solid management qualification. I am sure he does not understand ROI, marketing, retention, or management qualifications relating achievement. Well, I guess you get what you pay for Storesmart. Thankfully, everyone has an option - move to Extra space cross the street if you wish to move your items on a stable cart. I am sure they will loose most customers. Absolutely, is not customer service experienced the facility whatever - guy. He ask and think the most ridiculous I have ever witness in the industry. Which is not a laughing prospective. Conclusion, move is everyones best interest. I feel this storage is not worth anyones safety or purpose at this point. The property is worn and undeserving of loyalty when they hire a bad manager.

RIP OFF | Behind the friendly faces are a bunch of scam artists. I rented a small unit for 2 months and I told the guy I am only using it for 2 months. I reminded them 2 weeks prior to my move out date that I was vacating the unit. At the end of my second I saw we spoke and I told them that I was moving my office equipment and there is a strong likelihood that I might get a larger unit for a bedroom set. We concluded our conversation and 2 months later, I received a bill for $287 for a unit that I was paying $44 a month for. I was being harrassed every day for payment on a storage unit that I vacated. That was my first and last time using them. Dont ever go there!!!!

Great place! 24 hour access, climate control, and video surveillance and insurance. The only bad thing is sometimes parking lot is full but not always.

Austin, I believe you are confused about what company you are leaving a review for. All of the storage at this facility is indoor climate control. There is no gate system that can be malfunctioning.

I read a post about a gate I dont think that has ever been to the location they dont have a gate.The customer service there is awesome and the facility is clean and well lit we have rented there for over a year and have never had any problems I recommend them to everyone.

Where can I start the management is horrible, they hired people who answer the phone like is their cellphone, they rob you for everything you have. Dont get mislead by this place!!!!!!!!!
