Horrible service. No one can help you. If there’s a issue it’s someone else’s job. We called in, made a reservation, got an email confirmation, called in to confirm the truck that day....then got all the way here to Buford and they told us they don’t have a truck! Were moving to a different state this weekend and now we have to scramble. So unprofessional.If you want a truck, an actual truck. Not a firetruck, a toy truck, the right size truck, a guaranteed truck based on a reservation made 24 hours before. Go with budget truck or Uhaul.Insane...
