Chris was AWESOME! In and out and my washer/dryer is running tip top.

They examined and diagnosed by washing machine quickly. Unfortunately, it wasnt worth repairing, but they sold me a new one. The price in the shop didnt have any add on fees other than sales tax. This is different from the big national chains where you end up paying extra for hook ups, delivery, and haul away.

Good service an had exactly what I needed an wanted. They keep those hard to find items that home depot an Lowes dont keep in stock or even carry!!!

We had a service rep, sorry do not remember his name, come out to change the electrical cord from a 3 prong to a 4 prong when we moved into our new Autumn Trace townhouse. He had a trainee with him. We also needed the vent hose installed. They came at the appointed time they were scheduled, did the job quickly and were polite and cleaned up their debris. It was a very simple job. Have never used them for any major work, but based on this experience, would call them again.

F&H Appliance is a great place to buy new appliances. They are very punctual on arriving with your appliances and thrive on correct installation of them. They have in store parts on most major brands. Or can order what you need. Very knowledgeable staff and always eager to help.

Found everything I needed quickly

This store has been in business for long time due to their customer service and reliable brands of appliances. I like that they service appliances purchased from them which doesnt happen in big box stores. They are knowledgeable and told me which features were worth having and which ones I could do without in order to help me save money! Great bunch of local folks!!

I have bought several appliances through the years from F&H. They are fair priced and always helpful. When I have needed repairs on any appliance even if it was not from their store they were prompt and knowledgeable. Never has anyone been rude or unprofessional.

Salesman very knowledgeable and helpful when choosing appliances. Delivery men are courteous and careful. When repair service is needed they are expert and prompt. The only place in Burlington I will get my appliances from.

Someone came out to fix our leaking dishwasher and told us it just wasnt back far enough. We paid $75 to have someone move it back and screw it to the wall and the dishwasher still leaked because, of course, that wasnt actually the problem. So we decided to fix it ourselves. We went there to see if they had the part we needed and the person behind the counter was very rude, acted like we were inconveniencing him. When we asked questions he just shrugged instead of actually answering. We left and ordered the parts we needed on Amazon. Dishwasher works fine now. Wish we wouldnt have wasted $75 and time going to this place.

Horrible and rude. They didnt come on the day they were supposed to go out, and tenant had taken a day off to wait for them. Instead they went the next day, and they were rude to us when we questioned it, like they were doing it for free or something! The next thing they said was, Can we mail you your check back?. UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE.

The first time I visited this business, the man at the counter was very rude, but I just brushed it off. Everyone has bad days..... So, I needed a part for an appliance and decided to go back again.......bad choice on my part. The people that work at this business are very hateful, and I will never go back there.
