I purchased a white sectional couch from Discount Furniture Superstore yesterday. I was so pleased with the fantastic customer service by Boyce, who I believe runs the business. The selection at the store is wide-ranging and there were various sectional couches from which to choose. A critical factor in my choice of couch/seller was delivery. Given personal constraints, I was looking for furniture that could be delivered to me ASAP. While the stores delivery was a bit behind due to COVID-19, they were able to arrange for their delivery guys to bring the couch to me the next day, which happened to be their day off (with an additional charge, since for that price point, delivery would be typically free).Boyce also took down a bit of the total price given that the light color of the couch would predispose it to easy staining, and he also provided us with a free bottle of cleaner that we could use. The delivery guys, William and one other person whose name we never got, were also efficient and quick, and they drove 40+ minutes (each way) to get to me. At one point, I did get worried about the timing of the delivery since there was a slight delay, but I appreciated that Boyce kept me updated and gave me several calls to let me know when the guys would be coming. This helped immensely.Overall, Im really happy about my purchase and recommend that anyone looking for furniture check out the Discount Furniture Superstore. Quality is good, prices are good, and I have no regrets. Boyce and his other associate (I am not sure of his name) will take good care of you. Im so glad that I ventured out to Burlington on a whim to check out furniture. It was well worth it!

We went to this store twice looking for new furniture. We spoke with Boyce originally. When we returned a few days later, he was not there. The gentlemen that helped us led us to a power sectional that I liked in the store. It was priced 2500, but the salesman said it was Lane furniture, which I know is made of real wood and a US company, so I didnt have a problem spending that on it. The salesman said the price was firm because it was a Lane and they were having to deliver to Danville. They brought it and set it up. The recliners are already starting to show sagging in my husbands seat. I go to rearrange it yesterday and move the console part of the chair. There is a label that says Made in China, SiYang Furniture! Not only that, but They would is not real wood, and is splintering off at the connections on the console from where they had put it together. The salesman told me it has a warranty, but they dont give any warranty paperwork, nor do they write what you bought on the receipt. My receipt literally just says sectional. So, now I have this Chinese fake sectional that I am so unhappy with, but basically stuck with because I was lied about what I was getting.

This store overall has good pricing and customer service...best delivery charge around! However, I recently purchased a mattress and decided to do the 90 day same as cash and was not informed of a $52 fee that would be added that the Progressive company makes off of the purchase. I wasnt told about the $52 charge by the store at all and didnt know anything about it until I saw my bank statement and I thought it was just the initial payment. So, the great price I thought I was getting on my mattress was not so good because they tack on an extra $52 they did not tell me about.

I would like to take a minute and tell you how satisfied and grateful I am for the owner of Discount Furniture Superstore in Greensboro. Over a year ago I bought a mattress, box spring and rails from a national retailer in Asheboro. Within a month the bed was failing apart. I thought I had purchased a bed that would last a while because I am a big guy I knew I would have to pay extra for a good bed.Recently I decided to go to Discount Furniture in Greensboro to see if I could find me a new bed that would last and make me comfortable. My prayers were answered, the owner of the business went far and beyond the call of duty and made sure I was satisfied with my purchase. I am truly grateful for this and will all my business to Discount Furniture from now on. I encourage you all to shop at Discount Furniture. Oh yeah my 65 year old mother purchased a bed as well.

I rather spend my money on better furniture, I don’t care how much I end up spending but this store ain’t the one, gave it a try to see what they got but the sofas and beds are cheap as hell in there, went to Ashley’s Furniture instead.

I definitely would visit again.

Excellent pricing, customer service, and quality furniture. I saw much of the same furniture at double, even triple priced at the more commercialized stores in the area. I have visited the majority of the furniture stores from Kernersville to Greensboro and I must say this store is awesome. Thurman T-Bird was a very professional salesman who did not pressure or harass us while we freely walked the entire store and made decisions on our own watch. My only regret is that I didnt go here last year for other furniture I purchased elsewhere. I will most definitely shop here in the future.

Mr. Hamdy gave my aunt and I excellent customer service, we came in for price checks on mattressses, he asked how she liked her bed firmness and let her try out the bed, he put exceptional care into making sure we were happy, he immediately took care of us when we came back in the door to purchase the mattress and made it a pain free process. Thank you for your help, and awesome customer service we really appreciate the one on one help and helping make an educated purchase rather than just a sale. Ended up buying used, but FYI the nice employee in there gave me the best price quotes [& some of the best service] in the area (same exact set was hundreds more nearby).

Weve but a sofa and a love seat from them less than theyre pealing off. Dont waste your money .
