I was a little reluctant in trying different mattresses but she pulled out a couple that I wanted to feel. Poor and pushy salesmanship. We came in wanting to browse independently. At the time we were the only customers in the store. When the sales associates asked what we were looking for we shared that and asked to shop independently. However, the associates continued following us peppering us with questions and comments making us feel like we were at a used car lot. One of the associates was extremely rude when we mentioned we just wanted to look making remarks to the other associate in the store. He made us feel belittled when we shared our range of firmness because we didn’t use their range of form as but rather language used at a previous store to determine comfort levels (ex: firm, medium, plush)I didn’t feel like they were trying to help me find a mattress rather it felt like they were trying to make a sale for them. Even if we were to buy from Mattress Firm we would choose to go to a different store simply because we did not want to work with any of the associates.

Worked with Patty to get a new mattress. She is sweet, kind, and super helpful and got me the mattress I always wanted for a good price. Highly recommend going here and working with Patty if your looking for a new mattress

Patty was terrific. We bought a high end mattress from her and after a couple months it started to feel a bit too firm for these old bones. I called her up and we had a softer replacement delivered the NEXT DAY. The delivery team covered their feet and were very professional. The serve is good but they Delivered the wrong mattress we were supposed to get a king instead we got a double a d had to sleep on that until we got the king .Thee days later.

I tested out 3 different mattresses at the Burlington, MA, location during the pandemic. Everyone was masked (it was just me and the two sales associates) and the room was huge so I didn’t feel at-risk — and 3 weeks later, still no symptoms. I decided on a Tempurpedic breeze medium hybrid and delivery was made on the date I wanted. However, when the mattress was delivered it was frozen and wouldn’t bend to be moved up the stairs to the primary bedroom! So the delivery folks left it and I called and arranged for them to come back a few days later when the mattress had softened up, which they did. And they came exactly when they said they would; the mattress is all set and I can’t wait to sleep in it.

As soon as we walked in we were greeted by Patty who was very kind and knowledgeable. She asked all the right questions and pin pointed exactly what we were looking for/ needed to help improve our sleep. As they are trained to do and because the store is set up this way we started at the most expensive mattresses but eventually found the one we were looking for, comfor-wise and in our price range. The actual purchase and delivery set up was easy and quick. All the extras werent forced upon us but were offered with good explanation and pricing.The whole experience was much easier and less stressful than I expected knowing how sales works.All covid protocol was followed.

Went in and spoke to Randy, he was so kind and helpful. Very patient and knowledgeable. I went in for 1 pillow ended up with 2 and then almost bought a bed on top of that. Hes a great sales man with a fantastic personality. I would recommend strongly if you are in the market.

My boyfriend and I walked in to mattress Firm with to purchase a king-sized mattress today. We had two options in mind from what we had seen online. Randolph approached us asking a few questions about what we were looking for and let us try out the two different mattresses we saw online. He then suggested we try a third option that perhaps we didn’t consider - the memory foam mattress. We both felt it was the better option of the three and purchased it without hesitation. Recently purchased a McFarland firm mattress and box spring from this location and I couldnt be happier with the purchase and also with the A+ service. I came into this store on a whim and met with the store manager shawn he was very knowledgeable, patient and professional. I never felt rushed even with other customers in the store.After a few questions he knew exactly what was the best choice. A few days later I had a new mattress and box spring. Im very glad I went to this location.

I was moving to a new place with my sister and we needed mattresses quickly. Every other place said we had to wait a few weeks to even pick up. I found mattress firm online at night and sent a message. A salesperson got back to me THAT night. They were so helpful and walked me through the whole process. I went to both stores in Burlington and Wilmington and they both were closed. I was a bit disappointed. When I got home I called. I got an answer and was very happy. That was just the beginning. He was so helpful,he talked me through my whole order and explained how I would receive an Email. Then explained that also. He told me I would receive a phone call the night before delivery. They would bring it in and set it up. Then when they were done they would take my old one with them to dispose it. So getting back to David I really think he deserves 10 stars. The sales guy acted like he had more important things to do doing even though I was the only one in the store. Their selection wasnt great. I could get a better matress for less at Macys or Sears and the people where much nicer and more helpful.

Shawn’s the man! He made mattress shopping fun. I told him I was a back sleeper and slept hot and he took it from there. He introduced me to the Beautyrest Black Gladney with temperature regulation. Explained to me the importance of a high end breathable protector and cooling sheets that enhances the cooling technology within the mattress. He told me the Gladney is one of the employee favorites and it makes sense...... Perfect combination of comfort and support! So happy!

This location does not stock a lot of what is on there website although they want you to pay full amount when ordering. You are selling mattress so your customer would like to try the product before paying for something not in stock.

Mattress was not delivered. Customer service representative lied about it being on its way when I called 40 minutes after the 4 hour delivery window expired. The customer service support line conveniently turns off at 10pm, leaving you stuck without a mattress with no way to enquire about it until the next morning. I was not contacted about any delivery issues. I had to sleep on the floor. Absolutely unprofessional behavior, would never buy from them again.

Bought a mattress from here six years ago. The customer service was terrible, it was my first mattress purchase and of course I was talked into one that did not fit my needs. The salesman wouldnt even show me other mattresses in the store. Feeling the pressure at the time I bought the terrible mattress and my back has been paying for it ever since. Will be buying a new one soon and definitely not from this store.

I bought a mattress and I got one a lot harder than the one I tried at the store; exchanging and returning process was painful and dealing with Greg the assistant manager was awful; he was extremely rude and disrespectful interrupting and not letting me talk or ask questions.

Salesman I dealt with was not particularly friendly or open to negotiation. Its a mattress, not fast food, negotiation is a thing here. Really pushy but did not want to make any compromises. Went elsewhere.
