Jack was awesome. He spent a ton of time with us at the very end of the day to get us a great deal. We could see him making his way towards the door as soon as we pulled in to greet us with his tablet in hand. He was very knowledgeable and was willing to show us every mattress in the store and break down the benefits but did the best he could to lead us towards what we needed in our budget. Recently purchased a ISERIES HYBRID 2000 Firm Queen mattress. Ian Turner was my salesperson. He is absolutely awesome at his job!! I tried several mattresses before choosing this one.I could hardly wait to sleep on my new mattress. But not by Ians fault, the delivery was a horrible experience!! It was delivered on a Friday but I was unable to get to the Burlington store until Monday to speak with Ian about my experience. I was surprised yet happy that I did make the choice to speak with him. Needless to say this young man went above and beyond to make sure he could do everything in his power to make a wrong a right!! I am trying this mattress out but Im not 100% sure this is the correct mattress for my issues.Ian Turner is the nicest kindest person I have had the pleasure of working with! If you are in the need for a new mattress I HIGHLY recommend going to the Burlington store and requesting Ian. He will do everything in his capacity to make sure you are a happy customer! Blake was friendly, very knowledgeable and listened to what I wanted. He had me try several different mattresses and told me the specifics on each one. I was never rushed or felt like I was taking up too much of his time. I would highly recommend your store for anyone shopping for a new mattress.

I bought a mattress that is clearly not A good fit for me. There is a bed match machine that will tell you the right mattress fit for your sleep position. The sales person did NOT do this for me upon purchasing my mattress. I have been miserable, awake with every body pain imaginable. I’ve since tried to exchange the mattress and they say I have to wait 30 days. That is a long time for a good night sleep. Especially when the sales person didn’t do his job to begin with. I also have to pay a recovery fee for them to pick up the bed. I just want to say. Do your research before purchasing a mattress from these people! They are just interested in making a sale and that’s a pretty important purchase.

Delivery team refused to remove my old bed (A SREVICE I PAID A HUGE PREMIUM FOR ) and refused to leave my new FULLY PAID for bed. After I left the store over 5 hours later, I asked him could there be a change to my order, bc my fiance wanted 1 item to be slightly different, he wanted the platform to be changed to where u can put head/foot board on it, Jamie got back with me in less than 5 minutes, and was so nice, and understanding!!! The prices are decent and the salesman was helpful but very pushy. I did not like his attitude and quite frankly a lot of the responses he gave seemed to be very smart aleck like. I truthfully was ready to just leave because of the environment Jamie created. We went down the road and bought a more expensive mattress, higher quality in my opinion, but had wonderful customer service. I would not recommend going here unless you want to feel pressured and belittled by the sales staff.

Bought my mattress back in december and the salesmen only told me one thing that gave me the decision to buy it from him you sleep 1/3rd of your life so you should have something comfortable to sleep on for that time it wasnt exactly like this but it was similar to that. The week prior I came back and bought a mattress from them. I never returned the mattress and now I actually hate sleeping anywhere but on it.

Do not even enter this store, Mark will lie to you from the moment you enter the showroom. A few days later I received platinum credit cards from some random company for max credit for which I never signed anything at all. I didnt buy anything and I am grateful, I am currently working with a fraud investigation to remove these cards from our records. He told me all financing was handled inhouse which is a LIE. He is very smooth talking and like I said lies to you from the moment you enter the showroom.

Tatiana is amazing. My husband I came in last Monday looking for a pillow (because of our daily morning back pain). She spent over 2 hours helping us find not only the perfect pillow but also the best mattress and base that works for both of us...AND at a GREAT price too. My boyfriend and I got here around 4:00 and it is now 6:55..... but as soon as we walked into the door, the area manager Randy Williams greeted us right away and he has helped us nonstop since. In my opinion, it was one of the best experiences I’ve ever seen or experienced. We are very picky when it comes to beds but I can honestly say he did have us try out at least half of the beds in here and gave us a very detailed explanation if ever single bed, firm, soft and medium. Showed us the coils of old beds and the kinds in the new beds. Very detailed. Very patient cause Lord knows we took up his time. I’d recommend to anyone who asked. 5 stars all the way. 👍👍👍👍☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️

Ive lost all confidence in Mattress Firm. Went in person to the local store first thing after I moved into my new place because I sold my old king bed back in Phoenix and thought for sure that big name = big quality, professionalism. Wrong. Ordered on June 2nd, waited patiently for two and a half weeks until finally! Today! Finally I get to sleep on a bed again - my bed!I understand that COVID-19 has caused all sorts of delays. Its why I didnt really react much when I was told bed wouldnt be here until June 19th. BUT. Nope, no one bothered to tell me that the bed delivery was changed to June 25th. I called the store bright and early on delivery day to ask why I never got a confirmation call and was reassured several times by Mark store manager that the bed WOULD BE HERE TODAY. That was a lie followed by at least half a dozen excuses when I called to follow up several hours later.Delivery was moved up by almost a week. No one asked me if June 25th would work. No one bothered to update the tracking website to at least let me find out on my own that I wouldnt actually be getting my long-anticipated bed as promised on time. Corporate customer service wont connect you to a live person if you ordered something from one of their show rooms. No one even had the correct information initially until I pushed. Yeah, cool, I was compensated a bit for the negligence. I mean, what can I even do, right? I need a bed, and in this much-smaller area, what am I gonna do, take my business elsewhere? Ha.Gets better.... tracking website has now updated the delivery estimate a 3rd time without my awareness or participation... June 26th.What a mistake this was. 😒tl;dr: mattress salespeople lie just as much as every other stereotypical salesperson. The sales seem great at first, but dont expect professionalism, timeliness, or truth once theyve secured the sale. They got me stuck on this sale, but I wont be going back with this company at all again in the future.

Went to mattress firm because of an adjustable base sale going on. Came in and greeted by Randy Williams. He helped us with everything and also stayed with us through the entire process. Got us set up for credit and delivery. Definitely couldn’t recommend more. I never leave reviews unless the customer service was actually worth it. And it hardly ever is now, except for this time. Will definitely be back to mattress firm when this bed wears out. Ask for Randy.
