From the time I entered until I checked out, was a pleasant experience. The customer service was world class. I asked an associate for directions and she was spot on. I love the selection of adult coloring books. I was looking for one and found several. The store was clean and organized. When I went to checkout the cashier was smiling and she hit the sales points, if I was a loyal card member and buy 2 get 1 free of the item of the day to sell. Please go visit and you will be satisfied.

This is a really good bookstore. The staff is friendly, and the bookstore itself is just inviting with a feel good vibe. Its not to quiet nor is it too loud. Its 1 of the best bookstores that Ive been to in awhile.

Nothing spectacular about this store, except the toy section seems larger than other B&N stores I have visited before. Store was clean, no excessive wait to check out, and merchandise was well organized and neat.

It was nice. I love to Cafe part of the Barnes and noble as well. Its a well regulated and clean store.

I am generally assisted in locating a book I cant find, the rep sent me on my way to find it alone. When I couldnt find it, he still was of no help and couldnt get help otherwise. 1st time Ive experienced this of years of shopping at BN.

Any Barnes & Noble is a great place to find just about any book you might want. This particular one is great too and has very helpful staff!

I checked availability of a book online before I drove for an hour to get to this store. Upon arriving, I could not locate the book, and an associate informed me that they were “holding” the book for someone. Hours after I left, the book still showed as available for purchase and in-store pickup. This system is very misleading, and it was such a letdown to have to make a two hour round trip for nothing. I have shopped at this store ever since it opened, but I will not be back.

4 stars because it is an amazing store of wonder and make believe for my daughter. Unfortunately due to the astronomical prices I cannot give it 5 stars. It reminds me of how a certain toy store which has recently closed after many many years of selling items for much more than any of the competition does business. I went to look at vinyl records today and wow average price of $30 plus is crazy. Also, I found a book for my daughter there for $17 and bought it offline for $10 with free 2 day shipping. Amazing they are still open but if you want ideas for books go in and look around its great.

Second trip. I understand shorter hours due to pandemic. But 5pm closing? Some of us work...at 5:15, there were at least 4 of us that parked and walked over to store to find it closed at 5. Today, not sure how I felt about my experience...had looked online website first then drove over...the entire time I was there, only one person asked if I needed her. I am sure there were at least 5 staff people. I did not find what I needed, and was not offered opportunity to have a search done for it...I love the bookstore experience. I love purchasing books as opposed to ebooks, so I am glad you are still there...maybe next trip

My favorite bookstore of all time, I love going there to walk around and look at womens health magazines, adult coloring books, word puzzle books, fiction books, mysteries and thrillers, how to write comics and calligraphy books when I can during my breaks from online college.

Waitress at coffee counter nice as well as saleswoman who helped me find appropriate reading material for my young niece.

Staff was so helpful directing me to book I wanted as well as another in the warehouse...assisting with getting it shipped. Great experience!

Its a nice store. Usually if they do not have what youre looking for they will let you know if they can order it for you. Lots and lots of books and even books for kids.

Does not matter which Barnes and Noble they are allows clean and organized. Wish their fantasy gaming section was larger. Specifically D&D and Warhammer.

Very friendly staff, good and trusting. You can bring your own book in and buy a coffee and read, do homework at the cafe like I did so many times while in college, or find a good book there and read. The selection is big and they do not bend to the culture that would ban books. I saw several that are frowned upon in popular culture on the shelves. This made me glad, because books, no matter how heinous, should not be banned. I have more respect now than I did in the past for this.The only con I see is that the check out process was a bit odd, the staff asked a bit too many questions about getting a membership and asking for emails. I understand its not the individuals fault but one with the company as a whole to correct.As for this individual location, 5/5 stars!

Store is very clean along with the staff being very professional. I do got to give credit I do got to give credit to one of the male staff.He expressed excitement with the promotions that he was offering for the services including memberships.He also was very good at keeping his composure even though I cant say my behavior was professional or acceptable. I would definitely recommend this establishment to anyone who is into reading.

Very nice shopping experience. Our local private school just held their book fair at this location and they allowed the children to perform a small concert and had many amazing reading choices for children of all ages! An even more gener than us selection for adults and an awesome toy/game section! Im always impressed with the cleanliness of this location and I feel comfortable sitting on the floor while we read.

Barnes &Noble is a great place to pick up a book and read through it to see if you want to actually buy it. Then like most people we order it from amzon. I gave it three stars because most of their books are cover price and in todays day in age no place sells books at cover price. Another reason for the subtraction of a star is that they do not price match other retailers. Which is a mistake and big name companies are doing this in order to survive the age of Amazon. I hope that they can change this and bring more people in to their stores.

Woman there was extremely helpful with searching for a book and author. They didnt have it, but she helped us order it to be delivered directly to our house. And because we are members, delivery was free! She even have is recommendations based on our genre preferences. Very nice staff there.

I made my first visit to Barnes and Noble to purchase books for my daughters birthday. I was really impressed. The site is clean, well organized and had a warm atmosphere. Barnes and Noble is my daughters favorite store. She absolutely loves to read and this is where she purchases her books, now I know why.

I love bookstores. The only way I would give this 5 stars is if they had a more extensive selection. Its not their fault, but particularly the Native American history section is really sparse. Otherwise, I really like it.

No respect for those who choose not to wear a mask. Very biased work place. The staff is pestering and rude when asking costumers to cover their face.

Decent selection but a bit over priced. They usually have really good post seasonal clearance. I just wish they had computer kiosks available for customer use in looking up a book because often times employees are hard to find or it is too busy to get someone to help you find things.

I went here looking for a Game of Thrones book for my husband, and had no clue where to look. The employee at the help desk was incredibly helpful and did a great job pointing me in the right direction. He was super knowledgeable and willing to help which isnt always the case. My son also enjoys the train table in the kids section. They also have a good selection of discounted books including 2/$10 classic books. I will definitely return when its time to purchase new books!

How about being a member for over 20 yrs, always elected NO to auto draft and renewed in store. and now all of a sudden auto drafting out of my account? then tries to use the excuse its in the terms and conditions? seriously? granted, $25 isnt much but that isnt the point. i said no and they did it anyway. and how about that joke of online customer service? stuck with a chatbot that doesnt understand anything, then when you tell it you want a real person, waiting for 45 minutes for someone who might as well be another chatbot. yep. real satisfied customer. or should i say, now ex customer.

I purchased two books. Drove twenty minutes to hopefully secure the last of one book in stock. Staff was very helpful. Parking may not be obvious to someone who isnt familiar with Alamance Crossing.

Your public library would like you to know that if you just want to read that new best seller... we probably have it and though you may have to wait a bit, its free.Your local bookstore would like you to know that while theyre prices are a bit higher than on Amazon, their comparable with Barnes and Noble but your money is actually staying in the community.I would like to know why one of the largest bookstore chains still acts like its okay to charge a 30-50% mark up and refuse to price match.

Always friendly interactions with the employees. Frequent shopper. I am there every week checking out the new releases. Great customer service including in the cafe though I don’t hang out there much.

I normally shop for my books online, but when I really want to look at a book in person, I come here! They have a great selection of all different sorts of books! If they dont have what you are looking for, they can usually order it. They also have a great selection of magazines! The childrens area has a train table, which is always a hit with my children!

Any right minded individual will tell you that books, much like birds, are a conspiracy perpetrated by the shadow government of warlocks that rule us through thought manipulation. Clean, quiet, well stocked, with friendly helpful folks. They have a very nice coffee bar, and lots of places to just sit and enjoy a good book, they also have toys and games as well.

Very nice store with a great selection on most things. I was looking for crochet books and there was not a great selection of those. Tons of books on knitting but not crochet. They do have a great selection of bargain books. I have bought several of them spur of the moment because they were unexpected treasures.
