My son has good steady income, makes great money but he gets paid from multiple contractors, not just one - and banks were trying to jerk him around and Larry jumped in, put a ton of his own time into dealing with the banks for us and getting my son an even better deal then the original bank wanted to give him. They will take your 3 day grace period away even though your not driving the car you paid for. Its been a huge problem, and still open case with Ford. I made an appointment at 4 to finalize my purchase and drive off in my new car. I waited until after 6pm before I was even seen!! Two hours of sitting and waiting! Every time I asked howuch longer the wait would be, I was told just a couple more minutes- for over 2 hours!!! The service here is terrible and dishonest.

While we were there they sold 4 cars. They were extremely busy and we were juggled like the other customers. Then finance came, Sandy went so fast and covered the pages as she went. She told us the lot guarantees purchases for 24,000 miles. My husband and I were impressed with that. Then the first bill came. There was an extra $4,000 on our loan which put our loan to be greater than the cost of the car! Funny thing, Sandy added in $1000 for GAP and $3000 for the amazing warranty. On our lives she NEVER mentioned the cost of either. She clearly has been in this situation before because she immediately accepted fault and sent us paperwork to correct it. Why not just be honest the first time?

Read everything if u go here they lie soo much. Larry told me the perma warranty was for any dings or scratches on the car, turns out it only covers damage to the paint from bugs and natural causes. Then they charged me $111.50 for license and title fees and didnt give DMV the 111.50 so I had to pay the whole 311.50 to get my tags, they sent the title to Washington state first it was supposed to go to Oregon. So when they finally sent it to Oregon almost 4 months later it put i had to wait to get my license plates. Been almost a year and I still havent got them.. this place is full of salesman just wanting a sales.. dont trust them read everything..

Purchasing my vehicle was a decent experience but dealing with this place after the fact is a nightmare. The finance department is the biggest joke. I called four times trying to get answers about the gap insurance I purchased and Sandy told me I would have to wait until Bill was in because he was the one that did my paperwork originally. If you are both part of the finance department, then you should both be able to look up some form of records or paper trail showing what has been done with a particular vehicle you sold. To top it off I never received a phone call back from Bill after leaving several messages and sending him an email. Finally they put me on hold when I called and I told them I was not leaving another message and would wait. He answers the phone and tells me he took care of it but I have a customer in front of me right now as a way to get me to stop asking questions. Long story short, if you want a vehicle and to be treated like a customer after the purchase, much less like a decent human being should be treated, then I wouldnt purchase from here.

Terrible service, will say certain numbers and completely change numbers once they put it all on paper. ended up getting robbed of 4,000 due to a warranty that I was told was only 1500, I even tried going back to dealership to see what warranty covered and no one helped me or told me anything about the warranty so I figured it basically didn’t cover anything and left it at that until I realized they charged me 4,000 instead of 1500, not only this but due to bucs not clearifying with me on what the warranty covered I paid out of pocket 2500 dollars for timing belt and a ton of other stuff when warranty could of covered the whole thing and now I’m in a battle back and forth with dealership about trying to get my money back I ain’t gonna see that 4,000 that the dealership robbed me of and I ain’t even gonna come close to that 2500 I paid out of pocket when I could of used warranty the whole time but didn’t think I could cause everyone at bucs told me warranty didn’t cover anything. Highly do not recommend this car dealership unless your trying to get screwed over..

The salesman Eric was a great guy. He was very helpful and honest, however when it came down to management taking care of a problem after I bought a car that was not apparent at the time they threw the book at me and said AS-IS. Being in retail myself I understand the laws of selling a car but as a customer service representative it’s wrong to sell a vehicle with a bad stereo when at the time they said it was working and now it’s not after one day.

I had a good experience buying my car there but I’m not happy with management. I bought a car it had a problem one day later and they said they can’t do anything about it. At first I told him about the stereo issue and they said it’s just a knob later on it turn out the stereo turns on and off while driving, I brought it to their attention and they don’t want to replace the stereo when it was a problem to begin with.

My wife and I went looking for a truck, and meet Eric a sales representative. Eric was absolutely great to work with, and got us into our dream truck with ease. I never knew buying a vehicle could be so easy. The Finance guy was very nice, and made the buying experience fun.We even brought the kids with us, and we were honestly in out of there really fast. If your going to buy a vehicle you seriously need to talk to Eric! We will definitely come back in the future. Thanks again Eric for everything.

I would love to post a positive review about the staff and 15K diesel truck which I paid cash for...but we are currently working out some details regarding the purchase. The exhaust was deleted and the check engine light was blacked out as I had found out from a reputable independent mechanics/shops. Also, there was a fuel leak and the horn didnt work. None of those facts above were disclosed to me prior to sale or detected by their safety inspection. Pending how this situation gets resolved, I may chose to amend this review. Not a great start to my first business interaction/purchase with BUCS.

Been here twice, and the dealers dont know much about their own cars...how are you expected to make a sale if you cant talk up what youre selling? Second I asked for a specific model that can be gotten way cheaper down south, and Larry didnt even try to talk about price.

Drove from Tacoma to Burlington by way of Seattle (at one of their corporate sister stores). The service in Seattle was deplorable and almost derailed the whole day.Fortunately, we had maintained contact with BUCS throughout. They were sincere in their approach, and honest with their information. They listened to our needs for a vehicle; and even when he didn’t think he would have the “perfect “ vehicle for us, Allen and Alyssa were confident that we could make something work.By the time we got there, they had found a vehicle that exceeded our expectations AND had secured financing. Three hours later, all of the paperwork was done, and we drove home in our “new to us” truck.Lots of dealerships will tell you that it is “worth the drive” but this is the first time I have experienced it.

Do not buy a car from this place, the salesman are so shady I cant even begin to describe it. I watched them pull a bait and switch on my friend who knows nothing about cars or car buying. While we were at the desk trying to get answers about the car the dealers kept ignoring our questions, tried to get my friends social to run a soft hit on her credit, and kept saying that longer loans would get lower interest and save money because the payments are lower. P.S. car dealers never pull a soft credit report and shady ones try to see how much they can get you approved for so they can tell you that your credit doesnt qualify for a cheaper less reliable car, and then sell you something more expensive than you want. They were trying everything to trick my friend into one of their cars, which were way over priced. I ended up having my friend walk out, which is my only good experience from this place. Also if you look at their reviews almost all of the 5 star reviews come from accounts with only one review, likely fake accounts or employees. A few of them have the same last name, and a few sets of good reviews are duplicates of others if you read them. Even their google reviews are shady, if that isnt a red flag Im not sure what is. Do yourself a favor and avoid this business.

I went in looking to sell my car, Ive been taken out of work due to medical issues and multiple surgeries scheduled, I cant keep up with the loan. Miss Kelli helped me out, inspected my car and gave her manager my cars and personal information so they could make me an offer. I sat and chatted with her and was spoken to as if I were a family member, she was very kind and understanding, gave me some great advice, and hoped for the best for me. Unfortunately the offer they made me wouldnt have covered what was owed on the vehicle so I turned them down, but they were not hateful or mean toward me, they recommended places I could take my vehicle, gave me some ideas to help it sell faster and at a higher price and deeply apologized that they werent able to be of much help. I was very happy with the customer service and the way they presented themselves. If Im ever in the market for a newer vehicle and am ready to start payments again, Ill definitely return to them and see what they can do for me!!! Very great people!

Well in a sense they did fix an issue we had but not before lying to me and my husband. When called on this lie, we were lied to again and they said it was a misunderstanding. We didnt misunderstand anything and know what we were told.I dont appreciate being lied to and definitely makes me not want to ever do business here again and I will never suggest BUCS

I called a week prior and told them I wanted a pathfinder or an xterra. Came in a week later and for over two hours they held my keys hostage and hounded me about getting a newer Jeep or a four runner and how I should use their financing even though I told them multiple times I already had financing. Asked for a certain car, which one of been my second car there but Larry never came through, not sure he even looked, which is fine another lot did. Sent my son to get his first truck there, his experience was fine but he filled out a paper for a referral reward, but here it is 2 months later and nothing. I sent Larry and the salesman a message because I asked a friend and she said she finally got hers but she had to ask for it lol well no reply from either. So just know the referral rewsrds doesnt honestly exists here. Incase anyone has been waiting lol

This place was amazing! First off the sales people were very funny and personable. I could NOT pick out of 2 cars so Mitch let me test drive (use car) for a whole 2 days with no obligation to buy it if I found it wasnt right for me. I feel in love with the car and bought it the next day. About 4 weeks later someone in a crappy car hit my front end and took off. I could not get any info on the person. I contacted the police and even though it was not my fault I would still have to pay the 500 deductible which I couldnt afford at that time . Mitch called me to ask how It was doing I told him about it and he offered to have his men fix it for free. I am so greatful for him and his generosity!

WARNING!!! Dont make the mistake I made by buying a car at this Used car dealership. Ive contacted them about an issue that happened not even 2 weeks after I bought a car from them and its been 5 months now and they still havent gotten back to me. These sales men and used broken car or damaged car dealership are nothing but snakes just trying to make money off people. Wish I could give half a star, We went there to look at a car that was 5000. we just needed a older car that would get my husband to work and back, none of the cars had prices listed on them when we where looking at them we would ask prices and kept getting told he would have to check inside, for the price he didnt know, the only one we knew the price of was the one we seen online for 5 k. and said we would like to try to get that car. they ran my credit putting a hard hit on my credit. I told them we wanted something cheap that ran. being a weekend we had to call back on Monday when we did we where told they denied the car we where looking at cause of miles. when ever we asked any other questions we were told I dont know today we got a statement in the mail from one of the places that said no. and the statement said they tried to run my credit for 14,000.00 almost 3 times the amount we where looking for, I told them one of the reasons I wanted to get a car on credit was we needed to show a second line of credit so we can later get a house loan. I but being disabled I couldnt spend a lot. 5000. was our limit, thanks for not only hurting my credit by running a lot of hits we never would have got approved for and lying to us and wasting our time.

If you go here make sure you have the vehical looked at by another shop before you buy. They sell you some cars that have problems and they say they are good and make them look good but some of the cars just have the codes cleared from them so the engine light will go off. After having the truck for less then 24hrs the engine light came on the truck started shaking bad and i was smelling gas. The sales lady was very disrespectful to my girlfriend. The manager did call me the next day after I got my car back and apologized for the situation and said he is going to have a serious talk with his sales lady. I have lowered their rating now from a 2 star to a 1 because after I got my car back I have been getting alot of calls from scammers. I believe these guys gave my number out because I was not getting these calls till this whole ordeal with these guys. There have not been any other places that i have gave my info to so it has to be these guys that gave it out I am thinking of opening a lawsuit against them. If someone ends of stealing my identity I definitely will because these guys im sure are the ones that gave it out. I am beyond pissed at them now. Im getting 3 to 5 calls a day from scammers

Wish I could give zero stars.Found a truck online and made a negotiation pending test drive. I knew what I wanted and what I could pay and they had it.Called Saturday morning and was told by Juan Its in detail right now, come get it whenever you want. So I made the hour drive north. Juan was nice enough to pick me up at Enterprise where I dropped off my rental car.When we got there he immediately wanted to do paperwork. Red flag, I hadnt even driven it yet. After saying I wanted to wait it appears the truck wasnt in detail as I had been promised. In fact they couldnt even find the keys. They were very persistent saying I could drive something else home and they would bring me the truck later. Who buys a used car without driving it?After half an hour of hushed conversations in the sales managers office and scrambling for keys, I decided to leave. Worst car buying experience ever.Do yourself a favor, go across the street and see Mike at I-5 Autos. They are honest and Mike is a great person. They will treat you right.Bottom line: Ive been in sales for 20 years. Honesty is EVERYTHING! Worst part is the manager hid in his office the whole time and didnt even have the decency to come out an apologize.

Dragged me down there saying we can make a deal for sure and they would not come down 250 dollars thats it. And played the go out the back door for a cig and talk to the boss game for 3 hours wasted my time.

Test drove a van. It was supposed to be $23k, then it was $25k, and then after they ran our credit 3 times, it was $30k. Simple bait and switch plan. Wish I would have caught it before they ran my credit 3 times.

Im in the middle of purchasing a vehicle from this dealership and so far have been very disappointed. I called ahead to make an appointment to see a vehicle and when I showed up to my appointment (30 minute drive away) the car was not there. It was in Lynwood and they werent able to get it that day.Additionally, I spoke several times to the salesman over the phone and he promised to call me back within 5-10 minutes at least five times and I never got a call back any of the times. I then put in an application for financing and was told Id receive a response within 5-10 minutes. Once again I never received a call. Several hours I called and they said they would get to it tomorrow...Their car prices that Ive seen seem good, staff are friendly however very unprofessional.

Horrible they sell cars just patched up enough to make it home me and a friend of mine both got cars here and I have put over 2000$ in repairs and still isnt running his broke down 2 days later STEER CLEAR OF THIS PLACE
