I have a 14-year-old Caddy that was having some bad problems with the electrical system. The first garage I took it to looked at it and suggested that I take it to the Cadillac dealership. Which I did. After keeping the car for three days, the dealership service department wanted to charge me over $1,400 for the time they had spent just looking to “’isolate the problem” and to correct it, wanted even more money. Later, I ran into someone who told me about Ruben’s Auto Care in Burlington NC, and strongly advised me to take my car there and let Ruben take a look at it. To make a long story short I did that, and 10 minutes and $20 later I drove out of Ruben’s shop happy as a lark and the problem fixed! Make no mistake about it, the man is a mechanical wizard and one with a heart of gold. He gives good, straight advise that you can trust. Believe me when I tell you that going to this repair shop will save you time, stress and a whole lot of money.
