We had the best experience with Angela from sales! She was so helpful, knowledgeable, and made us feel comfortable. We didn’t feel pressured to do or buy anything. She patiently stayed with us for hours and walked out in the rain with us, so I could look at different cars in the lot. We trusted her to lead us in the right direction and help us make the best choice for our family.

The car was taken in early, after my early arrival, and finished and washed in good time.The oil change (first) was free!I had a chance to say hi to and chat with my lease setup man, John Francis, which is always great (he has done two leases for my daughter, and two for me).All was excellent!

Where to start, first service with KIA and it left much to be desired. Quite honestly I’m not sure how the dealer manages to pull down the rating it currently does. First 6K mile service is a simple oil change, I arrived 15 minutes early to my appointment and checked in, tended my keys and then walked over to the incredibly small 2 car showroom, this is not a product of the chip shortage you really can only fit 2 cars in here you would imagine this dealer was in the center of New York City. My appointment was for 9:30. 10:00 rolls around and my cars still sitting out front no tag, or anything. Meanwhile the advisors are all ordering breakfast for themselves. 10:15… a headache starts to ensue because it sounds like the shop is directly above the waiting room and someone keeps dropping rotors on the floor. 10:18 someone finally gets my car. Salvation, they enter without a mask, no floor covering and no seat or steering wheel covering. As if COVID doesn’t exist in this dealerships eyes. Worth mentioning the advisors had masks on but might as well not wearing them under your nose isint helping anything or anyone. I work for a performance car brand and I understand expectations are and should be different but public safety, and punctuality shouldn’t. You make an appointment so that spot is specifically reserved for that person so things can move and work smoothly that was anything but the case here. Also I felt Nickel and dime here I was charged for probably 6 ounces worth of windshield washer fluid in my car was said to of had a wash and vacuum done on return and the car is no cleaner than it arrivedWill not be returning and looking forward to the JD power survey to come around. Last but not least there’s a line item for a multi point inspection and I did not see any paperwork vehicle health report or check out paperwork that shows any of that was completed

Ramon the salesman, Stu the finance man also another business manager at the front desk (not sure if name was Carlo) were all great! Process went pretty smooth and Ramon was great at getting our new vehicle ready and set for pick-up the next day. He also spent all the time we needed going over all the features of the vehicle that we weren’t familiar with. Stu knew everything and was good at highlighting what he thought we should really consider with the warranties and stuff while also respecting that we preferred the abridged version.

Horrible communication and customer service. I put an application in early July 2021 for a lease and at first everything was going great and then the communication completely stopped. I emailed multiple times for status or if they needed anything additional and never received a response. I have multiple inquiries on my credit yet they could not call or email me. It is now September and they still cant respond to my follow up.

I made an appointment for first thing in the morning (8am) since I had to get to work and part would only take 1-2 hours to replace. After 2 hours they checked on the progress and it had only just started. Apparently appointment times dont matter. The job was finally finished after 3.5 hours. The service center has been disappointing after having a great experience when I purchased a car here.

Bought a new car last August. Just recently made an appointment with Herb Chambers Kia for a free oil change that came with the purchase of the car. They scheduled me in for 3 days later. Took about 50 minutes from start to finish. They did not try to sell me anything else, etc., which I appreciated. Just gave me what they promised, a free oil change☺

Im not the type that EVER write reviews, but theres something weired going on with these people. Its funny how they have a particular price listed on their website, and when you go to see them in person everything is 3 or 4 thousand dollars above their listed price on their website. Obviously they have their whole spiel memorized about how the pandemic is effecting sales and blah blah blah...yet I was able to find the very same car that I wanted from another Kia dealership for 5,350 dollars less than what they were asking for! With a little bit of research, you can find the cars your looking for for a much cheaper price than you will get from here.

I had to go to this dealership because I wanted to test drive a Carnival but I didnt think I would buy it there. Its too far from my house. The other place thats closer didnt have any time for a test drive and the one they had was a higher priced car. After going to Herb Chambers and really connecting with the salesman and falling in love with the car, I did buy it there and so far I am not sorry. The sales man John Francis was wonderful. He was low key and low pressure. Didnt rush us or hover over us. He had just the right amount of help without being pushy. The Finance guy was Stew and he was great too.Great car, Great salesman, great price and financing. HOME RUN!!I couldnt be happier. It was worth the drive to a dealer that was further away to get the treatment I got.

I had a terrible experience at Ira Toyota and went to check out the Honda Odyssey where the salesman suggested I check out the Herb Chambers Kia store down the street. I went and met John Francis and he showed me the beautiful new Carnival. I brought my wife and son and we were treated very well and were in and out in minimal time. The finance process was quick, efficient and easy and the delivery was quite the show. John Francis did a great job and I would recommend him and this particular dealership to anyone.

I used to go to Herb C. Kia of Burlington for the all the oil change and all the scheduled car maintenances.Today I went to fix a water leaking underneath the glove compartment, due to clogged A/C drain.Total work: about 15 minutes (or less)Work done: using shop air, blew up the a/c drain and removed whatever was clogging the hose.Labor cost $75. What???? YesI have never had any problem with this dealer, the people are always nice and the price usually reasonable, but not today.It doesn’t make sense to me that for an oil change that usually require more than an hour I pay less then $50, and for using a shop air they charge $75. What should I expect for the next oil change?

Wanted my brakes checked prior to an upcoming driving vacation as I was nearing 60K miles and they felt a touch grabby/groany.I was bracing for a big brake job but when I picked up the car they told me the brakes looked fine and had plenty of wear left. They indicated that there were some stones embedded in the tire treads (recently replaced tires) which they removed - also explained that the current excess rain and humidity might also account for the grab/groan.When I asked for the bill they smiled and said no charge.Ill be back for subsequent service needs as the location is good for me and the experience was all positive.

I came in wanting to finance a new SUV, and honestly was blown away by my experience. I havent had a car in 4 years altogether, and it was my first car buying experience without a parent or other help. John was super helpful and patient while I wanted to test drive a few. I landed on this beautiful 2015 Hyundia Santa Fe that I cant wait to pick up!I was transferred over to Business Manager Stuart for the signing and figuring out my monthly payments, all that jazz. Stuart was extremely helpful, offered the warranties but was not pushy once- explaining hed offer and explain everything as he would with his daughters. I felt really taken care of and comfortable considering it was my first experience on my own. I cant say enough, it was the easiest process that I didnt expect, and Im super happy I chose specifically the Burlington kia location, because of them! Thank you John and Stuart!

Herb was great for buying my Telluride; it was the easiest transaction ever. We came Monday for a repair on our Sorrento. The rear light had moisture in it. They replaced the gasket and wiped it out. We drove away and had no turn signal bulb. We ended up at AutoZone to buy one and put it in. I guess everyone has an off day!

It was a pleasant visit Caesar was very helpful from the beginning and until I left the building and the young man who washed my car was very kind and I was not expecting to have the direct washed off my car so it was a surprise and he spoke to me in a respectful manner not like he was too busy to answer my questions and I was out front of the store looking at cars and not once did any salesman come out and rush me and ask me if I needed some help that was good because I was just looking and sometime when you go to a car dealership if youre out front looking the men come out and immediately get ready to sell you a car but for a guy like me just looking to pass the time to wait for my car no pressure

Was told I had a nail in my tire during an oil change (not at Kia). I usually go to Lev Kia, but they were closed so I called Burlington Kia and they could see me right away! I was so grateful!Ended up not being a nail, just a simple clean up and reseal. And the lugnut on another tire wasn’t seized like I was told, Kia took care of that too! Fixed up my older Kia right away with minimal cost! Very friendly! Very clean waiting room! Was on my way not long after with a safe, non leaking tire!

I called and made an appointment and told them which vehicle I was interested in prior to my arrival, and was under the impression, based on my phone call, that the vehicle type was there and that a sales would rep would be available to help me in viewing me discussing a potential purchase.After sitting and waiting nearly 40 minutes, a rep explained to me that the car I was looking at was not available and that the sales rep I was meant to meet with was busy.I left and headed back during rush hour traffic with nearly two hours of my time was wasted and nothing to show fir it. I have never experienced a car dealership so casual about wasting a potential buyers time.I don’t think I will recommend this dealership to friends or family..

When I got there I was told the car was $3K more than what I was quoted and was told I was not allowed to test drive the car because they are trying to preserve low mileage.... how am I supposed to know if I want to purchase of $41K+ vehicle if I am not allowed to drive it first. Jim’s the man, answered all questions while being patient and not pushy. Made a quick easy sale and I walked out happy with my purchase. While making the deal a service member had noticed I had a low tire on the car that I drive in to purchase a new car. They took the car out back plugged/filled it back up and I was on my way. Julian, John, and Stew were amazing from the beginning. I went online to view the used inventory with zero expectations. Their customer service was prompt and absolutely incredible. I scheduled a same day appointment to come in and test drive/view the vehicle. The moment I stepped into the dealership I was greeted with a smile (she was wearing a mask but I knew she was smiling). Julian came out and introduced himself, then John, and last but not least Stew. They were excellent at listening to my needs and working with me and my finances. I was in and out in three hours with a new car. It was so simple and everyone was friendly and courteous. Stew was really thorough and explained every detail to me in regards to financing and my options for bells and whistles. He was honest and let me choose instead of forcing options at me. Overall this was the best experience at a dealership that I have ever had in years, and it was during a pandemic no less. High fives to your team there in Burlington Kia. They are an amazing group of people and I’ll definitely be returning.

This location is far superior to the Nashua one in terms of the Service department. They were a bit busy and so it did take a while for them to get to my car after my appointment time, but that’s generally expected. Their customer service was very nice and helpful, they showed genuine concern for me since I need my car for work. Definitely will continue going there.

I initially spoke with Laurel through text, and was able to confirm my lease amount/price within minutes. She emailed me over the credit app to fill out ahead of time and her approved before going in to the dealership. When I arrived at Kia later that evening, the Seltos I was interested in was parked out front and Ramon was ready for me inside. I test drove right away and knew I wanted the vehicle. I signed a few forms and was told to come back tomorrow to finish up my lease documents. Unfortunately, I was called and informed that the business manager was out, which was really disappointing. However, I went in the next day and signed all of my forms within 45 minutes. Because the RMV is closed on the weekends, I couldn’t drive it home but will be going back on Monday to pick up my new car. This was my first time getting a car on my own, but Ramon was super helpful and was really good at explaining the whole process so I felt comfortable. I’m so excited to pick up my car on Monday and will definitely be returning here for service as well! Make sure to mention your warranty because they won’t ask. I find this place to be incredibly overpriced.It’s $150 for a diagnosis which I find to be unreasonably priced. My car electrical is being weird cause of my car starter. I paid $350 for my car starter and they’re like “we can take it out for $220”. This place feels like highway robbery and it’s unfortunate that there are very limited Kia dealerships available.

I can’t explain the anger and frustrations my wife and I had earlier today at Burlington Kia. I called Laurel in the sales dept and scheduled a 1pm appointment for a vehicle on their lot. We arrive there on time and the vehicle was no where to be found and neither was Laurel. We waited 40 minutes and left this establishment. As I waited for the vehicle I called Laurel and asked for an explanation of where the vehicle was, she then hung up and didn’t even bother calling back.Although it was a half hour away we drove to the Lynn Kia and had a much better experience. We weren’t window shopping either, I had the title to my current vehicle on hand and was ready to purchase a vehicle.Thank you Burlington Kia for wasting my time at your establishment.

John Francis was an excellent, low-pressure salesperson whom I highly recommend. But more high-pressure, and pushing the guilt with the guy inside who tries to upsell you on 6 different add-ons, but he was friendly enough. Overall, an excellent, friendly experience.

Easiest car buying experience I have ever had. I wanted to trade in my current KIA Soul exclaim and get a hybrid, John the sales man explained everything about the options and car itself. He made a great offer for my trade in and I was set to buy. Stu finance guy was incredible, explained everything and made it personable and spoke to me as a person instead of just a customer. I purchased my first KIA in 2013 and I will only drive KIA’s because of the the above par service from everyone at the dealership. I highly recommend Herb Chambers Burlington KIA, incredible customer service.

Wish I could say my experience was comparable to @JamesHaroutunian!Went to this dealership ready to purchase car shown on dealerships website. Walked the lot for over one half hour without any assistance. Entered the showroom to find all sales personnel sitting at desks.Plenty of KIA dealers in the area. This one is obviously not looking for business.

My experiences here have been very good. They are easy to schedule with, review the expected work ahead of time and let you know about any issues that arise, have a comfy waiting room, and in addition its easy to use discount coupons. I have been pleased with the results of each service Ive gotten there over the course of a service relationship that began in 2018.

Usually I feel tense when walking into a car dealership. From the moment I arrived here, however, I felt comfortable and relaxed. The atmosphere generates this feeling. I worked with John Francis on leasing a new Kia and he couldn’t have been nicer. He was a pleasure to work with—no hard sell, he just listened and took his time with me. Dealing with Stu on the financing aspects was also a good experience. He made sure I left understanding what I needed to know. I walked away happy.

From the minute we walked in, we were taken care of. We had a terrible experience at another Kia dealership, so we were not expecting much when we came to Herb Chambers Kia. But, we were blown away. We were acknowledged in a way that made us feel like we were more than customers. Information was provided clearly and our questions were answered thoroughly. We never felt rushed or pushed, and felt so comfortable about leasing our first car because of their intentional thoughtfulness and thoroughness throughout the experience. Dont waste your time at any other Kia dealership -- Ramon, Julian and Stu are the folks you want to see at Herb Chambers of Kia.
