Went to Carolina Wireless for some help to unlock a phone. Turned out it did not need to be unlocked - just needed a software setting changed in the phone. I was very pleased!

They were really good with getting me and my daughter service on our phones. They also recommended a phone case for my daughter phone. They were friendly and fast with getting us that we needed done for our overseeing.

He fixes phones for cheap and is a nice guy I recommend coming here if you need your phone fixed or something.They did a great job on replacing the battery on my iPhone 6 and he even gave me a free screen protector. I bought a phone from here and havent had a problem with it since. They have great customer service. I have also stopped by at different times during the day and they have always been opened. They are very helpful and nice. They guy upfront is also Bilingual, which is great! This is definitely the place to go.

Friendly service, but I dont think the two people who work there ever introduced themselves to me. Took about a month to get my phone fixed since we had to order a digitizer and wait for a holiday/sick days. Phone works okay. Price beats other repair shops, long as youre willing to wait a bit.

Ive had an iPhone basically rebuilt there that was dropped and shattered all to pieces. Yesterday I had a charging port replaced on a droid, and a hard plastic screen protector replaced on a different droid. Rebuilding the iPhone took about an hour, works/looks great. Charging port and screen protector took about 45 min for both. Prices are very reasonable

Best place to get your phone fixed fast easy and affordable

Doesnt conduct business well, always leave early which is not right. I came in 45 minutes prior to when they were closing which isnt right. Then he tells me he decided to leave early when I called him. Not a good way to do any business. I wanted to start new service with them, but not anymore. I recommend that if you are thinking about getting service with Carolina Wireless, dont. Its a waste of time.

STAY AWAY FROM HERE!!!! Not open when they say they are. Gentleman made promise after promise saying he would fix my phone. Kept making false promises. Did not fix my phone and I had to end up taking it somewhere else. Very undependable store. Plus it smelled like cigarettes.
