I went here to get my sons iPad fixed. Horrible job! I got it back and the screen is fixed but the LED is also messed up and still remains that way. There are also finger prints under the replaced screen. It will def be my first and last time here. It was not worth the money. I wish I went elsewhere.

This is by far the WORST place to get a phone fixed. i do not like this place what so ever, staff is very unfriendly. the guy fixing my phone broke it even more. i went in to get my phone screen fixed due to me cracking it and the next day my phone starts glitching really bad and turning purple and all sorts of different colors and making weird noises. my phone worked perfectly fine with no problems at all then i come to get my phone fixed and it starts glitching. i went back to this store two times for my phone to be fixed, they didnt fix my phone at all. it mightve been the digitizer but they need to get better and new phone parts fror fixing phones and more friendly staff, its honeslty embarassing. my phone currently isnt working due to the poor phone fixing they did. the screen is not responsive and i can only turn it on, so thanks for that ifix. i am never going back to that place ever again, it was unbelievebly horrible. i wish i could rate them 0 stars. dont waste your time going to this store, find another store to go to where theyll actually fix your phone for you correctly. another thing i would like to add is that is when i got my phone fixed for the first time there when it was still glitching out, the guy who fixed my phone kept opening my messages app, which made me super uncomfortable, he couldve opened any other other app on my phone and i didnt like that. another thing, while my phone was cracked it didnt have any issues besides the camera being cracked. i absoluelty hate this place and i dont even know how its still open. i do not reccomend this place, unless they get better staff and actually know how to fix phones properly.

Very good response time, if they have what you need just sits and wait 10-15 minutes if not less, but it wouldn’t be long. I was surprisingly surprised at how quickly it was for my iPhone X and iPhone 8 Screen to get done

The puppy i was watching jumped and BOOM my phone falls onto a metal platform. With numerous calls for a wedding this weekend i was HORRIFIED not having my phone .. i thought omg i dont know anyones number!!! Brought my phone at 530 and it was fixed at 625! My child was a bit too rough on her iPad - the charging port was somehow physically damaged, preventing charging. I tried calling the Apple Store, and they quoted me such a high repair price, it would almost make more sense to buy a new device - but it wasn’t the iPad I was trying to save - it was the Minecraft realms - which aren’t saved with an online profile. They also couldn’t fit me in for a few days.I walked into ifixandrepair, and the techs confidently declared they could fix it - for a third of what the Apple store would have charged, and days faster, too! 30 mins or so later, I was on my way home with my child’s device - and all her Minecraft worlds - in perfect order. Very grateful, great service!

I went to this place today and it was the fourth time I’ve been there I have dropped my phone and cracked the screen 3 times And they fix the screen for me and did a great job and gave me a very good price. Today I went there and I had to have the battery replaced and he took care of it for me again and they do a great job they are really nice guys and really like doing a good job. They also guarantee their work and they told me this battery is good for six months and if there’s any problem they will replace it no problem. I highly recommend these guys to anyone and they do all types of phones.

Very professional, and even fixed a different part of my phone for a discount.... my phone is like brand new. My touch screen stopped working after I dropped it and it wouldve cost 200 dollars for a new phone with insurance. They diagnosed my sons iphone perfectly so there were no lingering doubts. I paid a small price for them to repair a phone that was purchased second hand. It was bent from back pocket storage and water damage. Their repairs gave us an extra two years! For a device that shouldnt have worked at all.I returned to fix our business I pad. Mark examined it. Educated us on the functions and how to get out of a stuck situation. Didnt try to sell us anything and gave us what we needed. He found a solution without having to open the device and generously sent us on our way. We walked away with great appreciation and wearm hearts. So Im adding; knowledgeable, kind and exceptional customer service. You guys are the best.

I went there on a su day with my phone to fix the screen..it was 220 and i gladly put 50 down because he was ordering the screen..it came in yesterday an i explained again i needed all the info about what he fixed as long as a type of number on the phone..it was done in 4p min..i came back and he was gone..just the young kid there who told me what was do..i explained to him what i needed..the other guy who fixed it went to the store..he comes back and promises .e he will email a complete receipt by tiday the latest..still nothing..i dont gave 230 to just give away when it shoyld be reimbursedto me

VERY mixed feelings, though I am in FULL agreement as to Saifs care, thoughtfulness, and technical abilities. We had some crazy circumstances surrounding my phone...I went in for a battery replacement and left with everything but the phone functions working...and was on-call for my job at the time. After about 10 days of back and forth - and being virtually without a functioning phone, it finally got worked out. On the downside, I was in the store at one point and the guy behind the counter was glued to his own phone. I had to ask him 3 times if he could get Saif for me - he was in the back room at the time and he barely looked up. Not exactly the pinnacle of customer service. Like I said, very mixed feelings. Though the problems were ultimately resolved, Im not sure this is the first place Id go with future phone problems.

These guys were great, I brought my phone in because the microphone did not work. When I got it back, there was also something wrong with the speaker and they repaired it promptly without any issues at no charge. Very professional very competent . And that’s where I’m going next time I need any similar service.

Brought my Galaxy S7 in for a battery replacement. Paid $75 for a NEW battery. The battery lasted 3 weeks then put my phone into a continuous restart. Had to bring my phone to another place and they showed me a side by side comparison of the new battery this place installed and a real new battery. The one this place used was warped and nowhere near new. What a waste of money. Also this place has no refunds.

TERRIBLE! I brought my phone to the Burlington mall store to have a camera issue fixed and all my contacts, texts, and photos were deleted. Gone! I specifically said I dont want to loose my data and was told it would be backed up to my google account before they reset the phone. After they unsuccessfully tried to retrieve it, I was told they spent too much time on it already and to try retrieving it at home.

I went in to get the screen replaced to my iphone X. At first there were many new glitches so I came in again to get fixed a second time. They did this without a problem.After a few weeks the glitches came back, and shortly after my phone is not completely unresponsive. Except for the screen everything worked perfectly fine before I brought it to them. I cant say anything for other models of the Iphone, but if you need the screen replaced for the Iphone X, I would only take it to the apple store and not these guys!

I went in to get my iPhone screen fixed and what I got was a cheap chinese screen. I paid for a warranty that only covers if the cheap screen stopped working. It doesnt cover cracks scratches and without dropping it it had broken in a month very dissatisfied. I paid $73 dollars for a $60 job and with tax its was 13 more than I was told on the phone not much but still frustrating.

My kid dropped her iPhone in the swimming pool. It was dead, screen was black, would not turn on. It was a used phone from Ebay and the water resistance was evidently destroyed by the previous owner. Out of desperation, we took it to this iFix shop in the mall. He replaced the screen and the charger port and BOOM! phone was working again. A couple of glitches remain - the face recognition doesnt work as he explained would be the case - but the fact that he brought this phone back to life for much cheaper than to replace it makes us very happy. My kid was so happy. Thank you Saif!

Really great service! The technician there knew his stuff - helped me clean up and dry my liquid damaged iPhone XS and provided suggestions and options that helped me save all my data. The phone was beyond repair so they did not charge me more than time spent in diagnostics and data backup. Highly recommend going there if You do not have apple care.
