I had a great experience.My new laptop was a lemon, stopped charging in a few weeks. They replaced it and I left with a new machine.The people there where nice, friendly, and helpful.
The staff is very helpful and friendly, but Im surprised that they didnt price match. When I had told them that I found one of their wireless keyboard mouse combos at Bestbuy and Amazon for a better price I was told I should buy it. I would have rather bought from Microsoft but I guess they dont do that. Not sure if thats a policy or not but it was a little disappointing. Other than that the staff is great. I love going in this store.
These guys were fantastic. They have a virtual reality display set up where you can experience virtual reality for free. It was extremely cool and super underrated totally recommend this. If this wasnt enough the staff members here helped show off their sweet computers. Dont go anywhere else for a computer except for here. This place has actually good computers. You WILL NOT find this quality anywhere else. Take it from a techie. The prices are also really great!
I went to get a kitchen accessory, and their robot totally caught my eye and stopped me dead in my tracks. I was in the market for a new laptop and they had exactly what I was looking for. The staff was very knowledgeable and professional. I hadnt been to the mall in quite awhile and Im glad I went and just happened to see their robot. A great place . Thank you .

Convenient when you need a copy of Windows 10 right now. The service really varies from the times Ive gone in the store. The first time the guy behind the counter was very helpful and friendly. The second time I got some pushy and stand offish manager that nearly pushed a sale to far with me to the point I was going to just order the OS online but was able to reason with him and he backed down from the hard sale which would have been double what I had paid 3 weeks prior bc of some installation fee.
Very nice looking store. Was in there trying to find a replacement stylus for my Surface Pro 3 cause I snapped the tip off my original. The ones online werent specifically for my SP3 and I worried a little about functionality, not to mention they were $100+. One of the guys working there — wish I could remember his name — was great. Told me the ones they had would work. Was ready to buy it cause I thought I didnt have any other options. Then he told me to hold on a second and checked the storage area. Ended up coming out with a new tip and gave it to me for free. Saved me $100+ and allowed me to keep the one I have, which I prefer. I dont know if theyre paid hourly or they get commission or both, but he couldve easily had me buy a new one and Id have no idea, but he did me a solid. Will definitely be back to that store when I need something else for my SP3
I showed up to replace my damaged Surface (under the Microsoft Complete protection plan) 15 minutes before closing. Sarah and Alex were extremely helpful, friendly and efficient and got me out of the door with a working computer in ten minutes - I was fortunate to already have all my files in the cloud, which made the process effortless.
Fast and efficient.. In and out with ten minutes on a hardware replacement. Fantastic.

Had to come in today because my Xbox One X managed to break for the second time in the 12 months I have owned it. I called to set up an appointment only about 45 minutes in advance. Everyone at the store was friendly and Stephanie helped getting a replacement console a very easy process.

I called to make an appointment for a transfer of data from an older Windows computer to a newer one. When I arrived at the store they said I had no appointment. Nevertheless they successfully transferred (copied) all the data to the new computer and even left the same data on the old computer as a back up. Good idea. They answered a few other basic questions as well. Im very Happy with their Professionalism and resolution of my issues. Also, I enjoy the look of their store. Nice job! Thanks!
I bought, from the website, an extra charge for my surface tablet based on the poor reviews online. Turns out the charger that came with the tablet was working fine, so I decided to return the extra one that I didn’t need. Wanted to return it to the store in store because I feel that is easier than trying to ship it back. Was told in essence “So sad, too bad. No returns after 30 days”. Even though the charger was still in the original packaging and had not been opened, and they still sell it. Definitely going to have to think twice about the next tablet I buy.
I have Microsoft products and I have Apple products and in the past five years I have dreaded going to the Apple store because of the ridiculous long wait and terrible customer service experience that leaves you leaving cheap and neglected. I can say with confidence that the folks working in the Microsoft store are helpful, attentive and understanding of my needs. They are willing to give me the extra minute and offer so many options I would not have thought about if I did not ask for assistance. They have a team to troubleshoot Microsoft products on the spot and in front of you. This is something that Apple does NOT do. Matter of fact, they take your Apple product and take it to the “back room with an Apple engineer” to troubleshoot just to tell you that there was evidence of water damage when you know for certain it never touched a body of water EVER. Anyway, I’m supporting Microsoft products because Apple forgotten what really matters to a customer.

Me and my friends participated in a event called the “Friday Fortnite Squads event” and came in first place. The first place prize was a $10 gift card to Microsoft, but because I was getting a little excited and yelled ONE TIME, yes ONE TIME, I was denied the gift card.Disgusting they would do that to a kid.Never come here.

Dino is amazing!!! I had a repair issue with my surface, online support referred me to the only store near my home in Beachwood Ohio; Support ensures me that the store has a replacement device for me. actually the store did not, Dino replaced my surface with a brand new device and help provide some best practices, educating me on the best ways to use the surface! as if that was not amazing enough Dino also provided my with a full year warranty on my replacement surface! I am so very satisfied with the customer service! I could not have asked for anything better!!!!! Thank you again!!!
I know these guys get praised for customer service, but its mostly because they will talk to you and try to sell products to you the second you walk past the store-front.My wife and I went there a few months back to possibly purchase a hybrid laptop since they were having a sale. I did a lot of research on the product we wanted to buy, and we wanted the latest one. The second we walked in, nearly three people approached us in this little shop asking if we needed help. All we wanted to do was look around for a moment, which I told them. Finally, I went over to one of the reps to see if they had the product we were looking at online. He said yes and walked over to the laptop - however, the only problem was that it was last years version of it. I asked him if he had the latest one and he told me it WAS the latest, and tried to convince we that it was. But it wasnt. The design was completely different and everything. I pulled the latest one up on my phone to show him, and he looked at it for a second and said Oh, yeah, that one doesnt come out for a few weeks. Even though it was available for purchase everywhere else and had been for a while? He tried to backtrack and show us another product, but we told him we were good and left.So, bottom line, its hard to shop in this place and at least one of the customer service reps over there will try to convince you that the older versions of products they have in-store are actually the newest. Dont fall for it. Do your research before coming here.

I have had two interactions. The first my Microsoft Band 2 died. I was going to make a warranty claim through my credit card, since it was 3 months out of warranty. I went into get a letter stating it was unrepairable. They offered me a new Fitbit charge 2, and gave me a gift card for the difference.The second was my Surface would not update. They fixed it. They were so pleasant.

Cannot talk with anyone unless you submit to having a text message sent to you. I called to ask about MS keyboards and if they had any. I called the number for this store location and the prompts demand that they send me a text message. A TEXT MESSAGE..? This is seriously stupid. My business goes to Micro Center or anywhere else.
So I walked in to look and find out about Gaming Computers in the Beachwood store. While the staff was polite, they seemed less enthusiastic about wanting to sell a product I was interested in. Nobody seemed to know much about their higher end computers basically stood around while I looked at the model they had on sale. When no one could discuss the specifications, why it is a good model, or what it can do performance wise, they finally had to pull the information up on a computer for me to see. I mean what was the use of going to the store? I could have done it all from home. Is there no salesmanship anymore? like I said they where very polite, they just seemed to have no knowledge about one of their major products and displays. And after a half an hour of trying to pry information out of the staff, they told me they had no more models in the store.
The representative that I chatted with on line I believed named Kuwai was absolutely fantastic!!! I hope I spelled persons name correctly!! Chatted with me for about 25 minutes and answered all of questions I asked which were many!! Would definitely recommend!!!

Unbelievably manager LaDonna: I went in to fix my surface screen with a dark spot. The stuff was friendly and offer to exchange my surface with a refurbished one. I was a little hesitated since my surface was brand-new. I tried two refurbished unit. One blue-screened right in front of me and the other had a very bright dead pixel. I did not want to get into more trouble. So the stuff offered to trade in my surface at a whopping $180! He explained that MS had no control over trade in price. I could believe my ear and was ready leave disappointed. LaDonna stepped in. She did not want a customer leave the store disappointed. Since they do not have the same model I had, she worked with me to upgrade my unit to a newer model with very reasonable price. I left as a happy customer and would recommend anyone who look for a premium product and premium service in computer to LaDonna and her store.

The experience I just had calling the store was absolutely unbelievable. After pressing several number options (Press 1, Press 2, etc), I was literally ON HOLD for another 10-12 minutes. Microsoft should be ashamed of that!!!

First and last time in a Microsoft store. It wasnt that the staff was rude or anything, bit lazy sure. It was the total lack of any type of knowledge when it came to their higher end computers. Stunning really.
The two guys that helped me could not have been more friendly or helpful. They were determined to fix the problem I was having and went above and beyond to make sure my wireless adapter was fixed and working properly. They cleaned up my Surface Pro, told me what I needed and, more importantly, what I didnt need on it. I hadnt even asked about that but they looked, saw an issue and fixed it anyway. Their interest level in me as a customer and my computer was way beyond the usual experience. It was not scriped or forced. In my opinion, they truly care about the product and wanted their customer to have the best experience using it. Simply awesome!

So we go to the Microsoft store and I go take a look at some computers why my son goes to VR to the station an employee Toms know you got to be 18 but theres this other Brown kid that goes there and hes like six or seven and he doesnt even get called out and by the way the employee that told my son to you got to be 18 didnt even care about the seven year old nice job Microsoft you hired racist people

Usually my experience with Microsoft is nothing more than sub par, but I was helped very quickly and efficiently over at this location. Was helped by a man named John who got my consol replaced in minutes. The whole ordeal took less time than it did to drive there. I was very satisfied with my experience Nd will be returning here if I need any type of customer service.

NEVER COMING BACK HERE AGAIN FOR ANYTHING!!! My dad dropped off my laptop and my sisters laptop to upgrade it to Windows 10, but my sister wanted her laptop to be completely wiped clean and mine updated ONLY. Once we got it back, they said they wiped out BOTH laptops and I had important stuff in my laptop. They said they will recover it back (and one of the employees had the nerves to say I should be paying for the recovery, which shouldnt have to happened in the first place if they did what they were suppose to do), after a week, nothing was recovered, and said my dad signed an agreement that said they can wipe out both laptops, but found out it was a lie because my sisters laptop was not wiped clean, it was updated only. I would never trust any of my devices at this store, they are unprofessional and a waste of your time.
I have been on the phone since 3:40 this afternoon with technicians from the online support system trying to troubleshoot my Surface Pro 2 for issues that started today with the WIFI system of my device - when I turned my machine on today, the WIFI was showing that no networks at all were showing for anywhere in the area. After trying several options, including double checking with COMCAST to ensure it was not an outage - which there was not - it was assessed that my machine needed to be brought into a technician as it was most likely an antenna failure and that it could be easily fixed with a replacement part.This wouldnt be such a big deal or issue if the nearest technician wasnt located almost 3 hours away from me. Outside of Microsoft telling me that the only option they could offer me over the phone for my out of warranty machine was for me to purchase a brand new Surface Pro, this location also told the online technician theyd be unwilling to help after the technician called to see if this location would be willing to allow me to ship my device to them with an email provided work order ticket. They said I had to be there in person for them to be willing to help me.This is completely outrageous. You all market your products to BUSINESS CUSTOMERS. They should absolutely have access to a technician within a reasonable distance to where they live and, frankly, Microsoft stores should be much more helpful in assisting customers who are in the very predicament I am in. I should not be forced to purchase a whole new system, when the reality is it is a simple fix that would cost me a FRACTION of the price of purchasing a whole new system. Shame on this location for being so unwilling to help, especially when I am dealing with a technician I have been working with all day and with a company with whom I have a business account for my graphic design company and a personal account for my gaming interests. You all should be much more helpful especially with your Pittsburgh neighbors. >:.(P.S. There is an APPLE STORE just down the street from me who would have happily and actually do meet my needs for the products I have purchased from them. Why would I ever consider purchasing another Microsoft Product when this how they see fit to deal with and help their customers? Appalling.

Avoid this store at all costs. I purchased a laptop from that started to have display issues an hour after I brought it home. I then returned that and bought another laptop, which instantly had audio issues. I will never be doing business with this store again and urge all of you to avoid buying their defective products.

It is a nightmare to get hold of the store. After six minutes of sales pitch was transferred to a retail answering and when requested to connect to the store had to listen to music again. Called 800 number at and after 15 minutes of music hung up.I guess Microsoft does not care about new sales.
