Im torn about writing this. There is no doubt this stand produces amazing food and have great produce, but, Im disappointed w/ the customer service. I did call one time, several years ago, and who ever answered was very kind and helpful. We first stumbled upon this place when I took my children to piano lessons. It was a fun summer treat and their milkshakes were our favorite. We were excited to be closer when we moved to the neighborhood and support this local business. Last year I took a friend and I ordered a strawberry milkshake and my friend ordered the Shortcake. The lady told me, Im sorry were out of the ice cream we use to make the shakes. I didnt call her out on it, but, I knew they used the same ice cream to make both items. I later confirmed w/ another employee that the same ice cream was used in both items. This year, I decided to take my boys and we all ordered milkshakes. I was disappointed to hear the employee at the counter make a smart remark about how fun the other employee is going to have making all those shakes. I mean, come on. Dont complain and lie to your customers. Dont work for a company if you dont like performing the task. I think this will be our last time supporting this business. We always love supporting local but I dont need a guilt trip or lied to when we order something.

This place has the most delicious scratch-made strawberry shortcakes and milkshakes! The berries are amazing as well. Go while you can, the stand closes for the season at the end of August!
