Delicious and soft! You can taste how fresh it is. Best to eat soon after buying to have the best experience. I recommend getting a sampling to get a taste for their different flavors and then come back for your favorites!

The associate informed me about the rewards program and gave me an opportunity to leave a gratuity for her. I wasnt given those options during my previous visits. The associate also asked whether I was purchasing a gift, or a treat for myself. She hit all the marks of great service and salesmanship.

Never had Macarons before until I decided to get a treat for myself. Olivia was the employee on duty. Asked Olivia for flavor recommendations for first-time purchasers. Olivia replied, Definitely try out Cookies n Creme, Lemon Tart and Pina Colada. Never mind ice-cream, I want to come back for Macarons!

The macarons are wonderful, my favorite is pistachio, and so is their employee Olivia. I have visited on a few occasions and she was always there with a smile and suggestions on what else I might try. Soon you soon!

Very spectacular service, incredibly sweet the lady that took my order. However I found the macarons to be well, average they didn’t have that outer layer crunch and the fluffy inside that shatters when you bite it’s just soft, the filling is thick and distracts from the macaron shells imo. if you’ve never had one and this is your only chance you should try it. They’re not very good they’re not real traditional macarons not to mention they don’t have many traditional French flavors. They were very cheap for what they are so I didn’t feel like I wasted my money. I also think if you speak French, ordering in French adds to the experience as someone who speaks French. When you see a shop dedicated to something like a French pâtisserie you expect French being spoken. Disappointed to say that wasn’t the case but the English conversing and talking was just as lovely. If you’re French or just love French culture and cuisine you won’t be impressed overall, but if you’re not fussy I’d give it a try.

Amazing service, Serena was particularly helpful! I really enjoyed the honey lavender variety in particular. Would return.

I may be biased, but I have worked here for a month and a half after being a macaroon lover my entire life and these are THE BEST macaroons I’ve ever had. They are fresh and soft, and everyone that works here is so kind and helpful. If you ever get a chance, definitely visit!! I’ve learned to absolutely love it and I know others will too!!!!!!!

Blonde hair lady that works at this location does not stay until 7pm even though they said it closes at 7pm. Came here 3 times at 6:10 pm and there is no one here. The lady that works at this location vanishes before closing time

The woops stand in Burlington mall is pretty with a display of macaroons towers in different flavors.

We tried about 9 of the flavors and each one was amazing! Plus the worker was very nice, patient, and helpful while we tried to make up our minds. Highly recommend!

I bought 12 macarons today (friday) and i had an amazing experience. The young man working there was very friendly and helped me pick out the flavors, and explained what the other products were. The best part was that he was smiling the entire which totally made my day. I will make sure to get some more macarons the next time I come to the mall.

There was this super cute girl working at this macron store and she was a pleasure to do business with. She claims her name is “Alanna” and I may just come back to this sad mall just to visit her!!

He was so nice and as soon as I came up did a wonderful job telling me about the flavors and the prices and treated me like a regular human being not just some customer, I bought a box of 12 and the nutella and lemon ones were soooo good! My wife and daughter stopped by this location on Saturday June 30th at around 7:30. They ordered some macaroons and the girl at the counter put them in a box and then tried to fit them in a sleeve. My wife explained to her they were just going to walk and eat them so it wasn’t necessary. My daughter then kindly enough said “thanks though” and that is when the girl told them both that that was rude and my daughter shouldn’t say it. My wife was taken back by the comment and said my daughter was merely being polite. They thought that was the end of it and while my wife swiped her card to pay the girl ignored my wife and said directly to my daughter you should never say that. It is unbelievable that my they would be addressed in such a way for showing good manners, and after leaving a complaint with mall customer service we will take our business elsewhere.
