I got my phone fixed here 2 months ago. My phone needed a new screen, that’s all. Once I got my phone back, my phone looked a little weird. like it was bumpy..... I went to get it fixed again at a different store the guy asked me if one of my friends fixed my phone? I told him no I came to a professional. He said Parts and screws were missing on my phone and that my screen was from amazon a cheap screen. I payed about 200 or more to get this screen fixed. Never again will I come to this place.

Great experience.This place was superb. Friendly and knowledgeable. I dropped my surface pro 4 and cracked my screen. Service was super fast. My computer was back in my hands within 48 hours. Highly recommend! Fixed my phones camera in under an hour. They gave great recommendations and were super nice, knowledgeable and incredibly helpful.

My phone stopped working so I went into the Verizon store and they told me that it was my cell service antenna and there was nothing they could do to fix it and that I would to get a new phone, was told the same thing by another phone repair spot. I called best phone repair and they told me that they could replace the antenna but that it might not fix the issue. I appreciated the honesty and decided to try to replace the antenna as a last effort before forking over the money for a new phone. The lady that replaced it was very helpful while trying to fix the issue and my phone works after replacing the antenna! I received fast, honest and affordable service and will definitely be using them again for any issues with my phone.

Was debating whether to upgrade my phone or just repair the screen and im glad I chose the latter! They did a great job, I just dropped off my phone for a couple of hours and got it back like new. They even gave the inside a thorough clean which seamed to fix my bad speaker sound!

Have had 2 note 9 screens repaired here. The repairs @ Best Phone, were excellent.

I do not recommend this place! I brought in 2 phones for screen replacement. The screens failed not long after. Took them weeks! To get a new screen that worked. Then they wouldnt replace the other screen which failed because it was past the 30 day replacement. So if you can go without a phone for weeks and are ok with buying screens that fail go for it. Spent around $300 and ended up buying a new phone elsewhere.. And still have a phone with a non-working screen from them. Smh.

I had my cracked iPhone screen replaced. The home button sticks and the new screen does not fit correctly. Spend an extra $10 to get authorized Apple parts, not the cheap garbage parts they use here.

I needed a repair on my Samsung Galaxy S8. Best Phone Repair in Mount Vernon provided a quick turn-around and a fantastic price. They do Androud and Apple devices. I you need a phone repair, go to them first!

They took care of my lg g6 when the screen had cracked and started spazzing out. She had firdt installed the piece of glass I purchased on my own (which was faulty) and then removed it and installed manufacturers glass and it has worked like a charm ever since.

I had gone there since my charger was on the fritz. I had been expecting to go there, have them try to upsale me software and other internals, and was instead told that instead of replacing my charging port, they would clean it to see if that fixed it first. It did! Though when I bought a charging cable it did not work...

I hate to leave a negative review but I wish that someone would have left one to warn me. First of all, let me say, Verizon highly suggested I come here to fix my phone. The girl who helped me and maybe owned the store was incredibly kind and quickly fixed my phone which was what I needed.However, I just spent $180 fixing my phone because of this repair. I had my Iphone screen that was cracked so I brought it here. I had paid extra to get a glass screen protector on my phone. When I left I noticed the clarity and colors on my phone was terrible. I broke the glass screen protector and took it off so I could have my normal clarity back. Come to find out, whatever screen she used was the problem. So for months Ive hated the color and lack of clarity on my phone.But the real problem was that the new IOS that was released made it so that my whole phone stopped working because of the screen being replaced. Apple wouldnt take care of it obviously because it wasnt their screen. Right after I had left the store I had had some issues with the functions on the screen but when I restarted it went away and didnt resurface again until the new IOS.Ive now spent $480 on a broken screen between paying these guys $200 and now Apple $180. I should have been smarter and just had it done right the first time. So fair warning, its not worth saving time, getting it done quicker, or anything else. I hate proposing lining Apples pockets more over this kind ladys, but I also hate someone else having the experience I did.
