My factory radio died on my 2012 jeep liberty. Got a touch screen installed. There were a few hiccups but they did their best to resolve them at no extra cost. Overall, very satisfied. Friendly and great customer service.

A company who received their product back, unopened by the way, and tries to charge a hundred dollar restocking fee, are just plain crooks. I see post after post of poor customer service and the owner always seems to have an answer for why its okay to treat people badly. Just because you can charge a fee, doesnt mean you should. Ill never give this company another dime or waste another minute on this review. You should be ashamed of how you do business.BTW Amazon took care of your ridiculous fee! Thanks for nuthin..Apparently the owner doesnt know what opened means. I cut a slit in the tape to put a tracking tab in as per UPS. I did not receive a full refund less next day air either. Nice try tho. Always with the perfect excuse.

I had my stock radio on my Road Glide replaced because it was horrible. The speakers were garbage and I couldnt even hear the radio on the freeway.I spoke with Ryan and he set me up with a Rockford Fosgate system made especially for my bike. I was a little hesitant about cutting the bags to add speakers, but I wanted something that was loud and I could hear on the freeway.Ive had system for about a week and I absolutely would recommend it to anyone that wants to replace the stock radio. The bluetooth is awesome and the fit and finish on the radio and speakers are fantastic.Ryan and his crew did a great job on the installation and I cant be happier.I highly recommend Fox River Audio if youre looking to replace a radio or any other electronic device.

I had a remote starting system installed on a chevy express van. Took a morning to get it done, which was a pleasant surprise. Instructions were very clear as to its operation. I am returning to have a new stereo/backup camera installed. Easy to work with, great communication, and nice people to do business with.

Very happy, had a Rockford Fosgate stereo installed in my 2007 Street Glide and they did very fast and very professional installation. Sounds great and fit and finish of rear speakers installed in the bag covers looks great. The staff there is very nice and very easy to work with.

We called for a remote start to be installed in our Acura. And was added on the list. We were able to get in the next monday. Install was quick. Been about 3 months now. Everything is working as it should. Very easy to operate with the factory key fob. Gave a 5 star review. Everything is great. Great people to deal with.

I RECOMMEND RYAN AND HIS TEAM TO EVERYBODY.I am a volunteer firefighter and I contacted Ryan and his team about installing my emergency lights and siren. When speaking with Ryan we talked about what I was looking for and he pointed me in the direction to where I could order all my lighting. Once having everything I sent Ryan an email about how I would like my vehicle set up and with in about an hour I had a response. Now within a few hours I had a quote sent to me and it was very reasonable and we set up the date to have it done. The day before my appointment I went and met with Mike the installer and we went over what i was thinking and he had some ideas on how to mount everything and within a half hour we had it zeroed in. The next day I dropped my vehicle off and they went to work and through out the day Mike had called to ask a few different questions cause what we had talked about had to get tweaked a little bit. With all this being said I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER WITH THE SERVICE THEY PROVIDED AND I RECOMMEND RYAN AND HIS TEAM TO EVERYBODY.THANK YOU,RYAN AND THE WEBTRON-X TEAM

This company is great!! I needed a new stereo installed in my truck and they worked hard around some troubles from a previous installer to make everything perfect. They also hooked me up with a new Homelink mirror that works great. Highly recommended.

Bought 2 Mirror Mounts (Amazon) and one is missing the 3/8 threaded coupling nut and the internal tooth washer. Spoke to customer service and sent email with pictures as asked to do. I spoke to Ryan and he explained the situation and is sending the parts. I will look forward to doing business in the future with Webtron-x . I definitely recommend this company.

I would not recommend anybody to go to this place they have no clue what they are doing I had to take my car somewhere else to get fixed wires hanging from the bottom of my car almost touching the road my amp did not shut off when car shut off due to poor installation

When I returned it, I got charged a 20% restocking fee that wasnt posted on the Amazon product page.The product was not used for 2 weeks as the seller says in their review. They are including the shipping in their 2 weeks worth of use.-Ordered on Amazon on 9 June-Arrived 13 June-Sent back on 22 June-Refund issues with 20% restocking fee on 24 June.

Horrible experience made purchase online with this company and received the ited 2 days late+ broken. It was a police radar and was a gift tested to make sure it worked and absolutely 100 percent broken. I contacted support and they said to replace the wire. I am not replacing anything because I paid for a working item ! So I suggest never buying from this store.

Poor customer service. I drive a truck and would not use this customer again. If you purchase something and it was not what you were expecting or wont work you will be told to pay return shipping AND restocking fee. They did this to me for a $9.70 item.

RIP-OFF! Dont waste your money. I purchased a Police scanner that does NOT receive Police transmissions. Company refused to return our Money after they told us to ship back their product. We have filed a criminal complaint with the Attorney Generals Office. STAY AWAY!
