Great quality furniture however, I will never shop at the Burlington location again. I left the store today at 5:10pm because of the poor customer service. When I walked in I noticed three staff members behind the counter who were engaged in a nonwork related conversation that I could hear from the front door. I walked around the store twice without receiving a single salutaion or acknowledgement as a customer. I walked out of the store 20 minutes later after observing the consultants/manager in the same spot engaged in the same conversation. Shoppers spend your money at the Natack location where you will receive excellent customer service every time. Sama and the store manager Taneka are knowledgeable, personable, and provide excellent customer service.

I love this place and drive 45 miles to get here. Unique, tasteful, timeless works of furniture art seem carefully chosen for people who dont need trends to shape their taste. Worth the trip. Oh, did I mention how fun Arhaus staff makes shopping or looking? I realize affordability is relative but Im always pleasantly surpriced.One more thing to love: pieces from around the world, some very eco-friendly. My friends have asked me to leave them my recycled copper top dining table in my will. *sigh*

The finish on the wood top and metal legs of my desk started coming off within two years of light use. Extremely overpriced and low quality.
