Mark was very informative, and he took his time explaining all our options with the sofa. He was able to answer all my questions. So far, my buying and delivery process has been very efficient. I bought the sofa set on Saturday, and it’s being delivered on Wednesday. Earlier than what I expected.

We needed a couch for our third floor, with steep stairs and narrow halls... the sanctional is perfect! Easy to carry upstairs, since each piece is separate. We struggled to put the covers on and called Tyler at the Burlington Mall store. He assured us he could help. He cheerfully met us in the parking lot (on an extraordinarily cold day!), with perfect social distancing and precautions in place. Then he helped fit the covers on, and showed some techniques to make it easier. He was so supportive and gracious about it. Awesome customer service, really friendly, and made us feel like we valued customers. Im thrilled to have a couch that fits my space, and with washable covers!

Mutiple great experiences with Travis at the Burlington Mall location! We have two CitySacs which we purchased and are very happy with. The purchase experience was quick and easy and all the accessories we needed were in stock. The showroom is super comfortable and pretty much all of the common products were on the floor to look at and demo. Recently we were in a pinch and needed a shrink kit for a move. Travis was able to hook us up and gave us all the instructions necessary to get our CitySacs back into the duffles. I will miss this location as it was super convienient and we always walked out after a positive experience!

Completely disappointed with this brand. Delivered my lovesac sactional on a Sunday to my apartment complex with no one around to bring-in the boxes. Of course, boxes were stolen. I was never sent an email notifying me my sactional was delivered. They did not require signing for the couch. They wont send me the seat covers that were stolen, and I have to file a police report in order to return/receive a refund for a $4,000 couch that doesnt have seat covers. Poor customer support who wont send me the return labels, etc. I need to send the couch back. Ive never had this kind of experience before. Parts of my couch were stole, and now its like Lovesac is trying to steal my money by not allowing me to process my return. Wild.

Our experience at Lovesac in the Burlington Mall was second to none!! Tyler Perry was the epitome of customer service! The Lovesac sactionals are a little pricey but worth every penny for their comfort and unmatched flexibility in how they can be set up. Highly recommend if you’re in the market for new seating in your living room!

Wonderful experience at Lovesac Burlington, MA. Went to the store a number of times while deciding on a configuration that would work in our family room. Each time we were greeted enthusiastically and provided all information we needed to confidently make our decision. Staff is super friendly and knowledgable but never made us feel pressured to move forward. We placed our order on Easter Sunday, and despite being a holiday and a Sunday we were given all of the personal attention we needed to complete the order. Big thanks to Walter and Tyler!! I’ve been saving, researching and planning that whenever my current living room set needed replaced I was going to get a Lovesac setup. It’s infinite configurability and add-ones ensures you won’t be getting a new set just to change the setup.The practicality and functional aspects over ride some of the more aesthetic (look & feel) parts of the product. If you are considering a Lovesac you’ll be disappointed if you want that fluffy, pillow based leather setup. They get it close but it’s not entirely the same.The pillow options, depth, setup and configuration can be made to fit any situation and room you might have. There is no denying this company thought their product through and it shows.For example: we can do a loveseat and a 3 part couch with two ottomans. OR reconfigure into a full on sectional OR configure into 1 or two beds and a variety of other setups over time and even add on to it later if we want something else.The huge plus here is none of what I described requires any tools, major surgery or is very time consuming. I can have a bed setup in about the same time it takes to pull out a bed from a sleeper couch and the other setups are similar in time and effort.The reason for 3 stars vs 5 is the price. The functional aspects are without parallel but the cost of this setup was at least double what I wanted to pay and I had to wait 1.5 years just to save enough that it wouldn’t break the bank and I wouldn’t finance for the next 7 years.For example, if you want the basic 2 seat leather setup it STARTS at $5,500, is a custom order and takes months to get in (some of the wait is COVID related, but not by much). Anything custom can’t be returned or exchanged.So if if you want that nice, fluffy leather sectional be prepared to spend big, like $10k or more big. Not joking at all, serious straight face, be prepared to spend AT LEAST that on leather.The other options are cheaper, but expect at least triple what you’d pay at Bob’s Discount and double to Jordan’s and Bernie & Phyl’s.

We walked into the store Saturday nigh with our 3 kids.Kids fell in love immediately with the building and changing the sofa setting.The price for sofa here is double if not triple comm no pare to similar looking sofa but Zack helped us and never once push us on buying anything nor was annoying.We really felt very comfortable in the store and well pampered.We told Zack we will be backSunday and he was absolutely fine and again never pushy or wanted to sell us anything.We went back Sunday and purchased over 6k sofa with Zack.So thank you Lovesac and Zack.

Walter was great! I had to of been in the store almost three hours and he had to deal with me the wife and two young children. He priced out multiple couches and must have shown me 7 different set-ups! I would do it all over again as long as Walter was there to help me. I originally came back to the store because Tyler the store manager a few months back did the same exact thing for me but I wasn’t ready to buy! Today I pulled the trigger and couldn’t be happier! Did not expect to walk in here and buy a couch, but that is exactly what ended up happening! The products basically sell themselves, but the sales team here is super nice and helpful. They were doing a big 4th of July sale when we visited so we couldnt resist the deals!

We stopped at Love Sac to check out the Sactionals. Hallie was there to help us and answer all of our questions, she explained everything to us, all of the different fills we tried out on the in store models, explained to us how the pieces work together, and made some great suggestions when we talked with her about fitting it into our space. She also provided us with as many swatches as we wanted to help make a decision on colors and fabrics. It was so refreshing to have a helpful, knowledgeable, and kind associate to work with who wasn’t pushy and overbearing. We truly felt she wanted us to make the right choice for our home above all else. We haven’t received our sactional yet, but we hope the quality of the product matches our experience with the company so far.
