As soon as we walked in we were greeted by an associate. She was so friendly and welcoming. She explained what the place is all about (olive oil, vinegar, and spices). They have such a nice variety of flavors and do tastings in small disposable plastic cups so you can try before you buy. The bottles are very reasonably priced. Would definitely come back and recommend

A great place for everything olive oil and vinegar. The place is called Saratoga Olive Oil Co but half the store is olive oil and half the store is vinegar. They also have spicy olive oil and maple syrup olive oil. Definitely recommend.

Was look for new olive oil. The lady let me try a few . This was my first time in the store very clean well stocked.

Stopped in this cute shop on a recent trip to Burlington. Prime location right on Church Street. I really enjoyed sampling the olive oils and balsamics before purchasing. It made me feel confident in my purchases and it was fun too!

Their selection is wonderful! I truly appreciate the ability to bring back a used bottle for a reduced cost of refilling. I wish they still served bread to taste though. I may very well would of bought more than the garlic olive oil.

Seriously, wow! If you enjoy good olive oil you must visit this place. Theres a good two dozen specialty oils they offer, infused with everything from citrus to chipotle. Theres bite-sized French bread and tasters cups for dipping. You have to try everything and its hard to pick your favourite, but youll walk away with something good.

I went in their store yesterday. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable. When I got home (in MA) I realized the oil I had did not look correct. When I called the store Chad (one of the owners) explained the one I had was next to the one I wanted. He was extremely pleasant and helped get me the oil I had originally wanted. He also took the time to explain how to use the oil I had purchased in error. I will be back. Such excellent service and the knowledge of what oils are used with what as well as how to use them is worth the trip alone! Thank you Chad for the service! I cant wait to use my Olive Oils!

A super fun shop, you can taste the different oils and vinegars with the good bread they put out all around the shop. Their products are creative and more importantly, delicious! High-quality ingredients.

Lovely selection of exotic olive oil and vinegars. They let you try staples which is great. They are expensive but so delicious. The 18 year balsamic and the Tuscan herb olive oil are recommended

So how can a place make it by selling olive oil and balsamic? What do I look like, a McKinsey consultant? But the oil is fresh; you can smell it and taste it. The balsamics are tasty. Go for it; I did.

I am not one much for the olive oil, the salts were much more my speed. The applewood smoke has been a compliment to almost every meal I have had for the last year. so many to choose from and all are great.

Nice products and great people all around. Will be stopping in here again for sure!

Just amazing!The only little bad side, if you can call it one, is the $. Its a little expensive for Canadians with the exchange, but its delicious.
