My fiance and I just left the store and the girl at the register was the rudest. They were two, the older one was great. We love Crate and Barrel and we went in to get a bunch of glasses but our experience wasnt great at the end.We will not be coming back to this store.
Jess and Christian were two of the nicest and friendliest people we have met. They were extremely helpful and bent over backwards for us when there was an issue with our wedding registry. This was some of the best customer service my wife and I have ever experienced.
Whats going on in the Burlington store? I overheard a sales rep on a phone (I guess it was a phone message that was mistakenly left on loudspeaker?) tracking a customer! ! The voice said a customer is heading toward the kitchen, they are just browsing but ... I could. not. believe my ears. I knew Crate and Barrel had aggressive salespeople but this was beyond anything. Needless to say, I made a beeline for the exit.

In summary, I purchased a hamper online. Once I received it, I immediately returned it to the store because it was slightly too big for the space and looked awful. They could only give me a store credit. They couldn’t credit my Visa. I now had a 160.00 credit, that I didn’t want. This is awful for the consumer and I will NEVER buy a single thing from that rip off consumer unfriendly store again. Create and Barrel do not sell anything you cannot refund the money back to your consumers. Who knew I wouldn’t be able to get my money back ? They are so bad....
My fiancé definitely loves this place for its simplicity style furniture and quality. Everything here from its kitchen sets to its bedroom sets are very appealing. Even if you aren’t buying and you come here to stroll and gather ideas, this place runs out other furniture stores for it’s work.
Staff was wonderful, but their stock system was off so they were out of stock that items that were reported as in stock on their website.

Injured my finger opening the exit door. Extreme narrow space between the handle bar and a blockage. Be careful.
Online ordering is broken. Items were not available to ship directly but was available to pick up at this location so I did that. Got an email a couple days later saying it was delayed a little with no messages after that. Log in directly to check order now and see status is cancelled. Called to check and out of stock somehow but their system doesnt cancel the order or notify you if this automatically. If I hadnt called they would not have refunded me nor shipped my item.
Ordered 8 piece place setting of plates and bowls was given one whole box of the wrong color. Had to go to returns even after just leaving the store. Luckily the guy who was replacing our plates checked the colors because there were 4 aqaus mixed with the blue!
Love this store. Went for their Sunday wedding registry event. Very much worth it! Staff was very helpful. The women that was making coffees was so kind. Another women helped us with picking a knife set and our place settings.
Absolutely the pinnacle of style and still remains in that position after all of these years. This location is a separate gigantic property of its own in the Burlington Mall parking lot and is two floors of just everything from furniture to home items, kitchen items etc. The staff here is very helpful and friendly and recommends various items for the home. The prices are of course very steep, however the quality is tremendous and that out weighs the price tag!

Great store with fantastic customer service. Ordered a dining table and chairs, and was helped by a fantastic associate who helped us figure out color combinations and such. Didnt realize how great my interaction was until I attempted to give West Elm my business, and they then proceeded to screw up two totally separate transactions. This location (and C&B in general) will be my go-to for future needs.

Awesome staff. The staff at crate & barrel in Burlington Massachusetts really treat you well. theyll greet you and be attentive at the door with a tablets and able to find what you need, theyre able to help you with returns all the while not being too pushy or invasive during your shopping time. Mary DAgostino especially deerves a shout out for helpfulness. All in Id give the shopping experience an A, and the people an A as well.
Very poor experience with Kathy. Came in to exchange 8 small coffee mugs for the larger size. When I did my bridal shower registry in store, it did not specify which mug was included. I wrongly assumed I registered for the “large” mug as the small one appears to more like a teacup. I was met with attitude about not knowing my registry number off the top of my head, questioned why I registered for the items, and was charged $16.95 for shipping to my house as they did not have them in stock (I did get a refund for shipping when I pointed this out but was told they normally don’t do this.) I was treated like I was a massive inconvenience when my family just spent $$$$$ on their products.
Crate and barrel stores are staged and organized very well. Easy and fun shopping always with something great to look at. Quality varies on items, with the poorest quality probably being casegoods. Dishware, decor, bedding is all decent.
Cindy did an amazing job helping us get setup with our registry. She was very knowledgeable and offered a lot of guidance.
Fantastic selection of unique furniture & decor. Great selection of fabrics to compliment any style. Always fun to shop with the knowledgeable staff.
Contacted them for replacement of a defected furniture chair - frame warped and paint chipping off less than a year - after noticing it in Spring and keep getting run around and being bounced to Burlington store where we placed the order. Not happy. Purchased full price not happy with the quality nor the poor service.
Bought a manual coffee grinder and used it once, then found it incredibly hard to use, this product should not even exist. Wanted to return and told I cant becuz I used it, if I didnt use it, how am I gonna know its so hard to use? This just drove a loyal customer away, I bought a lot of things from here and am very upset about the stores collection and policy, never gonna come back.
Expensive but a great selection of furniture and kitchen accessories. Used them for a wedding registry and they make the process quick and easy. They also have a rotating seasonal selection which often has great stuff.

Ordered a small area rug at this store. The staff was friendly and helpful. I was told the wait would be no more then seven days. After 14 phoned their 800 number and was told they are not on the same computer system I would have to call the store. I waited until 10am when they opened. After getting through their automated phone system the salesp erson told me she had no idea how long she couldnt tell when the rug would be available to ship out. Wow

I’ve purchased 5 large items within the last few months (sofa, leather ottoman, rug, media console, and set of bedroom furniture) 4 out of these 5 either arrived with damage or were such low quality that they already look worn outI’ve tried to contact the store directly by email and phone to discuss this directly but had no response, not even an acknowledgementI’m so disappointed in both the low quality and zero customer service
