We purchased the Sapphire Artic Crown pillow top mattress & had the best sleep nights sleep wed had in years! Our previous mattress was a memory foam, extra firm, more like a rock, & we slept horribly. This mattress supports every pressure point & is so comfortable. A little on the warm side, but nothing we cant deal with. The value is amazing to top it off. We will definitely return for ALL of our future mattress needs! We have 2 boys still at home that could use an upgrade & Josh & Monica will be the only people we go to! Super friendly, quick to respond, & knowledgeable. My brother has already ordered his from them & weve recommended them to several others.

When I saw the prices on Craigslist I was preparing myself for some guy selling a mattress out of his van but what I got was really great concierge level service. Their mattresses, service, and prices are all top notch. Dont buy a mattress without checking here first. We are planning to buy two more twins for a bunk bed here.

Me and my boyfriend made an appt to check out a specific mattresss that was not in stock when we arrived, so we tested out other options and decided to go with another mattress that felt nice in the store. Mind you, we have never been mattress shopping before. When we get it delivered which I was glad that they would deliver for us, our first night on it was horrible, every night after that was horrible and we have tried multiple things that have not helped. The mattress is a sink hole mattress! Some mattresses are going to feel nice in the store but sleeping on it all night is the real test, but bad thing is is that this particular store does not offer ANY kind of return policy whatsoever and the excuse is because their a mom and pop place. Thats fine and I get that, but if you want more satisfied customers, there needs to be a way to return or exchange if YOUR customer is not happy with the product because laying on it for 10 minutes in the store is very different from sleeping on it all night. I explained how we felt t2o them a few days after our purchase and again today in hopes of help in some way, but no. Its been almost 2 months of back pain in the morning for both me and my boyfriend!P.S - it has only been 2 months because we tried lile a few days after getting it to return it and we were told we couldnt. So what were we supposed to do? Anywho, we should have went with mattress firm who does do returns because they understand that when you try a mattress out in the store, is different when you take it home and it may not work for you! So thanks boxdrop for reeling people in to give you their money and make sure we dont get satisfied as your customers.

I just want to say this place is by far the best place to purchase a mattress in the state of NC. You cant beat the pricing & the service there is exceptional. The owners are knowledgeable...not only of their product but also had answers for every oddball question they were hit with about delivery, what type of mattress you should be looking for & what is most suitable for the owner & the room and all the different types of bases - which they also sell. Ive purchased 5 soft mattresses there - 1 for myself, another for my son & 3 more for an Airbnb. My mattress is super comfy & everyone raves how much they love the beds in the airbnb. My sister purchased a firm mattress from them yesterday & said she had the best nights sleep shes had in a long time. I had priced out mattresses at several stores & didnt hesitate to purchase here after I saw the savings (Im talking about hundreds of dollars). I tell all my friends and family to come here!

Made an appointment to purchase a specific mattress. Upon arrival was told that they didnt have the mattress in stock and it would be a week and a half before they got it. They wanted me to buy a more expensive mattress that they did have in stock. No effort to make it right. Classic Bait & Switch. Thanks for wasting my time!

The owners quickly resolved the problem and i chose a completely different mattress. Im 30 days in the 2nd mattress and having the same issue i was with the first one. So my hubs and i said ok...it has to be us..what r the odds of 2 different mattresa having the same problem..so we purchased an entire new bed..frame headboard the whole 9...well first night on the 2nd mattress on the new bed and little to no improvement. We going to wait another week to see if its something to adjust or is it just us being in a sink hole for the past 30 days we just assume its there. I really like the owners they are great honest people...but not happy with my purchase...we will see. Im tired of waking up sore and achy burny back...but like i said..we just purchased a new bed so will give it a few days.
