Jason is the best! My husband and I were in search of the perfect mattress today; however, my husband prefers firm while I prefer something a little softer. A little bit of a conflict. Jason was patient, kind, funny, knowledgeable, not pushy, and just amazing in how he navigated us to the perfect mattress for us both. We had a great experience shopping here. Our sales person Tessa was very knowledgeable about all the beds and very patient while we tried all of them. She has a great sense of humor and was fun to work with. She also came in on her day off to make sure the bedding we ordered would be there in time for the delivery. The delivery guys arrived on time and were friendly, quick and efficient. We are really happy with our new adjustable tempurpedic bed.

After spending a grand on a mattress that didnt work out for us, my boyfriend and I have been desperate to find the perfect fit. Awesome! I no longer feel the need to shop around for mattresses anymore. Both of the associates at this location are absolutely top-notch but Tessea is my new special go-to. We first visited after speaking with her by phone regarding a specialty mattress we needed for a Murphy bed. Wow! She is so knowledgeable! She found the perfect mattress for us and worked hard to make sure we were getting the best price. Now, one year later I decided it was time to finally replace my own (23 year old, lol) mattress and I didnt bother visiting anyplace else - went straight to Tessea. She worked with me on finding the absolute perfect mattress for me and I couldnt be happier. Everyone there is wonderful and their delivery personnel are friendly and very experienced. I dont expect any further mattress needs for my own family for a couple more years but already know Ill reach out to Tessea when its time - she truly is wonderful!

Tessea and Jason were so helpful when I went to purchase a mattress for my younger child yesterday. I appreciated that Tessea listened to what I was looking for, showed me the options, explained the products and then let me make a decision with no pressure. In 2014 we bought a King mattress from here, and their customer service is why were now a second time buyer from the Burlington store and will be back for all future mattress needs!

We have bought all of our mattresses from here, all of the staff are seriously great! We unexpectedly needed a new mattress and we walked in 7 minutes before the store closed. Jason hooked us up with a great deal and even better service in record time. Cant say enough good things about this location!

Nice mattresses and vases. Their sales are confusing, when you look closer its an either or sake not a buy this get this sake as the advertisement appears to be. Staff even admitted to being confused themselves.Easy in and out. Dont bring your kids. They are absolutely not kid friendly.

He gave us a screaming deal on a gorgeous and comfortable mattress where nearby competitors were going to charge double the price. He made some calls because we came in past warehouse hours and managed to find a way to get our mattress shipped to us and set up next day completely free of charge. Tessea found me “in their system” and was super nice to work with in helping me decide which mattress I wanted. Something you don’t experiment with an online purchase . He was very professional, super knowledgeable, and he had me test out several of the options in the store, while never feeling pressured. I ended up buying the PERFECT mattress at a great price! I went to them found a mattress for my mother, $ 2200 by the time We got it. They told me we had 30 days to try it and if not completely satisfied they would exchange it or refund our purchase. Got the mattress and right away I sat on the foot of the bed and it sunk in an instant I slid off. I didnt think that was right as I bought a $3600 one from them a few years ago and had no such thing happen. Anyway my mom was really surprised how easily it molded to her body the first night. I knew that was wrong to.I called them and told them and they were nice and said no worries come to the store and sign some papers, then they told me it would be $140.00 restocking fee and new delivery fee for the mattress they would be exchanging it for. I was really taken back they NEVER said anything except if your not satisfied we will refund or exchange it.I refused to pay it and said I would just go somewhere else and they would refund my money. they decided to make it a one time exchange.The bed we got now is firm and I dont slip off to the floor it is what I expected the first time. I believe I got a used mattress the first time. NO I know it must have been used because it was so broken in .Be wary of your purchases from sleep train in Burlington WA by Kohls.

I purchased a mattress from this store a few months ago. I came in 45 minutes before closing and Im sure the gentleman was like, really? Lol! I told him straight up; Im on a fixed income so I need a smoking deal! He asked me about how I sleep? On my right, left, back, stomach? Do you sleep hot or cold? He not only gave me an amazing deal he picked out the mattress that meets my needs. It supports my elbows, hips, back, and neck--- all areas where I have neuropathy and arthritis. Now, I sleep like a baby!

We went in looking for something like the out dated 13 year old beautyrest we had,The sales lady Tessea was quick to show us several beds like ours, coils big small n everything in the middle, not leaving out the i comfort and the luxor pedic, must spent 2 hours laying here n there till finally we bet our sleep on the Twin Xl Emerald with the independent bed tech back and foot raise devices!! Experience was awesome at the store and it only got better when Derrick and Ray T showed up!!! FAST FREINDLY were in and out inside 1/2 hour or so.
