Our sales rep, Victor, was very knowledgeable. He explained the features and benefits of the bases and clearly explained the differences to us. Victor also went over each type of mattress with us and explained why one firmness would work better for us than the other. He didn’t pressure us into one item or the other, nor did he pressure us into making a purchase. Victor gave us all the pricing information so we could think about it, though we did end up buying! Can’t wait to get it delivered!

This place was amazing! If youre looking for anything bed related (mattress, pillows, bed sheets), this is the place to go. So far weve bought a few things here (namely pillows and bed sheets, soon to be mattresses) and cant be any happier. It is a bit on the expensive side but it is worth every single penny.Josh and Lee know everything in the store like the back of their hand and were able to help us find the perfect fit.Would highly recommend anyone looking for anything bed related to shop here.

I had a great experience with Josh and Connor at the Burlington location yesterday. I had called in the morning inquiring about a product and was told that it was not currently in stock. I made an appointment for that afternoon to check out the in-store display of the item and possibly order it for delivery. Josh went above and beyond to call a couple hours later and let me know that the item I wanted had come in on a shipment. When I arrived Connor was super helpful in assisting me with picking out a new pillow and testing the product that I had originally wanted. I was very pleased with their assistance and had an amazing nights sleep thanks to them!

We have been searching for a firm good mattress for a while and a friend recommended Tempur-pedic to us. We went to Burlington store and the associate (I think he is called Victor) recommended the LuxeAdapt firm to us. We tried and compared with the pro one and decided to go with the luxe one. We had split queen box spring base and would like to buy the split queen flat foundation at same time, but the manager told us the $300 deal if we buy a mattress and an adjustable base together, thus we spent only 100 more to get the adjustable base. All was delivered last week. The mattress seems a little more firm than we felt in the store but it says it will get softer after a while. All in all we are happy so far.

Very quick to reply to every single one of my emails, as I had some concerns about product dimensions.No pressure to upgrade, either, although, of course he will suggest other more expensive options just to give one an idea of what options are available.Trying out the beds was such an incredible and experience. We love ours.

I recently purchased a pillow at the Burlington store.It is a convenient location and great to visit to try the item before purchase as well as to get advice from Joshua.Unfortunately when I arrived home I noticed a defect on the pillow but Joshua was very efficient to replace the item.The pillow provides great comfort and a good neck support that helps wake up with less neck pain in the morning.

We met with Josh and he was just the best! He gave us the best experience when testing out the mattresses. He gave us space to enjoy the experience and did not pressure us at all to purchase with him and even said we can purchase online if we did not want to talk to sales reps. We had an issue with our delivery which was no fault of his since they outsource the shipping company but he did everything in his power to rectify our issue. Josh is very knowledgeable regarding all the products I highly recommend going to him with all your questions. He is very considerate and even followed up with me consistently to see that the delivery was successful to how we like our new bed. Our experience here was great and I highly recommend going to Josh than doing everything online because once we had an issue he was there to help resolve it and being able to have him available is way better than talking to different customer service agents for your issues.

Simple Story-I made a purchase at the Tempur-pedic store-it was to be sent to me but it never appeared - about a week Later I called the store and was fortunate to reach Josh Pepin - he immediately made a check and discovered that it had never been sent-Josh apologized and said he would remedy it immediately-I will shop at that store because of a single employee- Josh Pepin Who did an excellent job for me and his employer-I will continue to shop at that store

The store was great! Huge verity of options all on display and available for testing. Josh was a huge help in making my decision easy and informing me about the different mattress options and technology with the adjustable smart bases. We drove 1.5 hours to the Flagship store, as there are no Tempur-pedic stores in our area (only dealers). Lee talked to us about all of our options and was very knowledgeable about the entire product line. He was not pushy or overly sales-y (which is big plus!). He let us take our time and try everything out. When it came time to place our order, he saved us a lot more than another store we had visited previously. It was well worth the trip and we are very happy with the experience that we had at this location.

Great customer service at this location! I bought a pillow that was too soft because I did not try it out long enough during my previous visit. I mentioned this to Joshua, who was helping me, and he gave me plenty of time to try out several pillows in privacy so I can find the perfect one for side- and back-sleeping. He also answered all my questions, gave me advice on how a pillow should align my body and what would be a good option based on how I slept. One thing to know is that the flagship store does not carry all the pillows that are online but they usually have the newest models available. Despite that, I found the perfect pillow at the store and Joshua made sure I was a satisfied customer when I left.

Ive been mattress shopping more than I care to remember. Spent several hours with Lee, the store manger, trying to decide on which tempur-pedic to buy. I went into the store browsing for a new mattress. I was immediately greeted by Josh, who was very friendly and able to answer all of my questions. I have never purchased my own mattress before so he explained everything about how Tempur-Pedic is different from other companies. He differently made the shopping experience a lot less nerve racking. The store was also extremely clean, which is very comforting during the still prevalent pandemic. You can tell everyone there really cares about the customer and store. Although I did not purchase anything yet, when the time is right I will absolutely go back and work with Josh again. Best service Ive had in a long time.
