If you’re having a bad day don’t come here at all they will make it worse. Horrible customer service. Employee was in a bad mood and took it out on others. Better Customer Service down the road at UPS. Will be going to UPS from now on.

The other nasty reviews are so outdated. Brian was extremely professional and helpful with my questions and shipping my package. Parking is crowded but that’s not the stores’ fault.

Horrible experience! Could not believe it is a FedEx 😱. It felt the US post office work faster and better. Long line. Only two people working... slowly like on a government job, only charging FedEx fees. Had to wait for 20 minutes for just 3 people in front of me to be serviced. In the end didn’t get serviced, because could not wait another 20 min to ship my package 😞 Don’t ever go to this location. And frankly who needs a FedEx if it treats customers like this!

Experienced extreme rude behavior from customer representative

Extremely poor customer service from the representative at this location on the phone.

Entire system down. He told me to walk 4 miles to another location. Nope. Headed to UPS just around the corner.

Impossible to simply track a delivery!

Be aware street view is incorrect its actually down the road in the little strip mall with Cabot house, star bucks, and chipolte . Please also be aware that even though the store is open till 830 the last pick up for express is 8pm
