I called ahead to find out what skis they had in stock - Eric was incredibly helpful on the phone and made sure his associate and the manager knew I’d be in later to buy skis. Andy worked with me on the skis, bindings and boots. His knowledge of the equipment and his good questions led to a perfect match of equipment with my skiing ability. He and his manager worked as promised to get the equipment ready for me - far ahead of schedule! What a pleasure to work with such knowledgeable and professional staff. They just won a new loyal customer.

Ski Haus has offered a great experience time and time again. We have gone to them for our kids seasonal ski rentals as well as ski clothing. The female clothing manager is so helpful in helping you to get the perfect pant and jacket. Most recently we bought a new pair of boots and skis for my husband. The owner Steve went above and beyond to help ensure the boots fit perfectly. They also helped to modify a pair of boots I have been wearing for 2 seasons that have been squeezing the life out of my shins. This past weekend I skied in those boots and they were a dream. I would highly recommend this location if you are looking for a great personal one-on-one experience.

Stopped in to get some snow gloves. Great selection good service. A little pricey but the quality is very high. Everyone was friendly and helpful. If I lived closer I would definitely go back.

I bought a pair of skis at an online retailer, and after the first use noticed the top layer of the skis were peeling off. I messaged the online retailer and they told me there was nothing wrong. I took them into Ski Haus to get the bindings tuned and asked if there was something i could do to protect the top layer from further peeling. The reached out to Nordica for me and are now able to get them replaced. The fact they went out of their way to help me out was greatly appreciated! Its a very busy shop and they have a lot to deal with so I felt like I had to share my extremely positive experience.

SKI HAUS helped me mount bindings to a new set of Salomon QST 92s - both of which I had purchased on my own.Andy was great when I dropped them off and explained to me the longer than normal turn-around time. I was pleasantly surprised when my skis were done ahead of schedule.Skylar was super helpful at pick-up and explained to me the DIN settings on my new setup.Five Stars! :)

I went there 3 times browsing then buying equipment and each time we had a different sales person who really knew their stuff. Excellent staff and really competitive prices.

They were helpful with our sons ski rentals. They quickly fitted a helmet for my youngest. However, they didnt text us when our skiis were ready like they said they would. Also, my youngest had to use the bathroom but they said it wasnt available; I thought business es were required to have bathrooms.

This place is great. We went in for boots, boards, bindings, and Sal helped us from start to finish. He was quite busy with people coming in and out during the holiday rush but we were still helped with everything we needed and didnt feel rushed. Big thanks!

Awesome, fun atmosphere. Theres a ton of products to choose from and a very knowledgeable crew. Pricing is fair. There is NOTB (north of the border) located inside which Specializes and Snowboard equipment as well. Sal helped me out with some new bindings for my snowboard today. Told me some things about bindings that I didnt even know yet! What a great place!!!

We had heard high marks for Ski Haus from friends and decided to try renting skis for the season for our kids (10 & 11) rather than buy new, given that they always grow out of them.Andy helped us out a few days before Christmas and couldn’t have been friendlier or more knowledgeable as he fitted the kids. We had previously made a reservation online, and were in and out of the store within fifteen minutes. The price was fair.To our surprise the skis were ready earlier than planned, and pick up today was a breeze.This is the kind of small business that needs our help especially now. And the best part is that their service and selection makes such support a no brainer. You’ll be glad you did!

We made an appointment with the understanding the store would be open only to people with appointments, to limit the number of people inside at one time and maintain social distance during the surge of COVID cases. We arrived to find instead a crowd of around 30 people inside within a small area, many of whom seemed to be walk-ins.

They have a good selection of ski gears with very good price and a group of amazing people working there.

Fitted with new skis of exactly what I was looking for. They were able to get them ready for use the same day. Stayed under budget with high quality products. Highly recommend.

Bought ski boots here. Typically I would go into a sporting goods shop and pick out my own. The attention I received was very good. The sales person who helped me spent about an hour and when I left I knew I made an informed purchase. That was last year, heading there soon to upgrade to a better ski.

The store has lots of things for skiing, for sure. However the store is small and most of these things are geared towards folks newer to the sport. Often the nice folks working there are also just knowledgeable enough to help that crowd and do it very well.No issues with customer service. Everyone that works there is great and friendly and very customer service oriented. The tuning services were great.Im not sure the store is big enough to well serve the entire spectrum of skiers. I understand the focus on one segment of the market. I just happen to fall into a different one.

A friendly place for all of your ski and snowboard needs. The boot fit guarantee is worth it as one of my thermal molded (Intuition) liner boots pinched and they took care of it right away. Reasonable prices and friendly staff!

Great service, patient and accommodating. Sometimes they dont have time or dont think to share all the options and deals so once you get their attention dont be afraid to ask about deals and options good for you. I started renting seasonal equipment for my growing daughter. One year I went late and when they had nothing good to rent I learned that for a few bucks more I could get her into new equipment with a buy back program; well worth it. Tried other places and came back to Ski Haus!

The have a great selection of ski gear and apparel. Expensive though. We saw the same equipment elsewhere for less money. In the summer they sell patio furniture and that is already out in the stores now. The staff are very friendly and will help you find what you are looking for. Ski and tuning is great, and their wax club is a good deal.

Terrific experience today shopping for new skiis and boots. Gentleman was very informative about the various widths, materials and shapes and steered me to a few models along their selection. He started with the lower cost items and then we worked up a few notches. I could get a set of nice skiis and bindings for $599. I actually ended up buying boots though. They didn’t have a lot of selection in my size though - size 9 men’s foot. Still we found two options and one felt much better. They heated up the boot liner and installed a new footbed - and that was all done before I had to decide if I wanted the boot! That was awesome service. They offer a boot for guarantee which means they will make other adjustments if I come back with any discomfort. Let’s see how they do with that!

Steve, I think it gets the 4s stars instead of 5 because of the rental quality. We rented 3 boards for the season, and 2 boards bindings broke.

Just bought my daughters second snowboard there and they were awesome! We dealt with Travis for the second time and hes great. He listened to my 11 year old daughter and guided her to the appropriate board. He didnt try to sell us the most expensive board either, he actually said she would do better with a board that was half the money and she loves it. I wont go anywhere else, in fact Ive sent a few people to them and theyve had a similar experience.

My boyfriend and I just had some terrible customer experience here. We bought both our skis, helmets and goggles from here last year. we’re bringing skis back for tuning, and my goggles back for some warranty issues. The cashier lady was pretty rude to me after I described what I was there for, she just put me to the side and called the next customer in line. While I was leaving my contact information she interrupted me while I was talking, and was extremely rude when I told her I didn’t remember what email address I used for this purchase - she just said “well I don’t know either, that’s your problem.” And the guy in the back was pretty rude when my boyfriend brought in some boots he got online for custom fitting. It’s pretty clear they only want people to spend money there to buy their stuff but not providing good services. while the online market is going so strong I don’t know why ski haus is doing nothing to keep their customers.

Second visit this year. Everything is on clearance. Picked up nice jacket and helmet for daughter. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Ski Haus is the worst. The staff is completely over-whelmed, for ski rental season, which just started, they had lines out the door and staff members giving poor information. We were told that things were dying down, only to show up and see a wait list of 50 names (which would take hours to get through). No thank you. While they may be a little less expensive than other places, I will gladly pay more for better service and less hassle.

Good deals. Good advice. Solid selection. Lots of helpful staff members.Ill be back and would recommend to others in need of snow sports gear.

The team at Ski Haus is knowledgeable and always friendly. They will never try to sell you something you dont need and if you have a problem, they are quick to address it. Best ski shop around!

4 day wait for a 5 minute ski adjustment.

They had good service. I went to buy boots and skis from them. They had a great selection of skis.The employees did a good job finiding the right skis and boots for me. They had lots of gear needed for skiing. They had some delays but multiple updates.

Went to Ski Haus saturday 3/18. I purchased two pair of ski goggles for my daughter and son and one ski jacket for my son. My wife did not like how the jacket suits my son outfit and I tried to return the jacket Monday afternoon. A very rude man told me that it has been a clearance sale and I can not return it. I was not told this is a clearance sale Saturday and I explained that to that man (store manager I guess). He said there is nothing he could do (he did offer store credit, which I do not need). He said it was written on the bottom of the receipt. Well I did not read the bottom of the receipt when I purchased it. Even if I had read it, what is changing, the sale is done and no going back, no returns. I guess he does not want my business. Very poor customer service. Be careful if you decide to shop there.

Best ski store in the East, got fitted for new boots in no time and Steve made me feel part of the family he washt pushy at all and actually recommended the right boot, been skiing on them for a while now and these are the best boots ever....before you go elsewhere give these guys a chance you wont be disappointed they are so professional and courteous.

Clean, yet sometimes slow and unorganized. Dogs tend to walk through the store; but perfect if you just want to get some new skies or gear.
