The Burlington store staff were extremely helpful, patient and professional in providing me design ideas and facilitating my purchases.
DO NOT BUY THE BELGIAN LINEN SHEETS!!! After 3 washes, all the color comes off in big splotches. I bought the Ivory king size sheets, duvet and throw pillows. All, came out of the wash with color removed. I call Pottery barn, they said: yeah they only will replace in it happens in the first 30 days but because it was the first 90 days, we can’t replace them. That’s over $600 work of bedsheets destroyed!!!
Yesterday I received my new sofa after 4 weeks, I payed more than 4000 dollars and the sofá has torn fabric and is dirty. They couldnt even align the sofa from the back. I feel very disappointed with this company, I was very excited about my purchase and now I cannot trust in the solution of this incident until I see that I receive a sofa in a good condition, just for what I have paid. Aswell, they made me pay more than $200 for the delivery of the sofa but they didn’t tell me before hand in the store when I was paying for it.
We usually buy a number of items here mostly for accessories for the house that sort of thing.I also have the habit of when everybodys shopping like at primark and one of those stores nearby I usually just walk into pottery Barn and pretty much take a seat. I called it they shop I plop!now this past Sunday was a little bit interesting I was sitting on a couch and I had this one of the attendants there actually came over and told me to move because there was somebody interested in the couch. I thought it was a little rude but obviously I did move.the customer came back about 20 minutes later and was looking at that couch as well as the one directly across from us and I told her I said you know I said personally Id go for the one thats directly in front of us because I just thought it had a nicer look to it and to put it on and see she agreed with me on that and I think if she bought she would have bought that one.because thats certainly the one I would have bought I like the way the slipcovers appeared on there and gave it a very homey look to it. You look like would be very comfortable in your living room.
Went in to look at their unique deco
I ordered something from this store that was damaged. The staff was awesome in helping me get a replacement item. Terrific, friendly and helpful service!!!
This was my first Pottery Barn I visited in person. It was beautiful but was mainly bedding and furniture. I was hoping to see more merchandise that Ive seen online. It was nice to see the items in person after always having to look at it online. It was a pretty big store with lots to look at. Their sale items were tucked away in the back. The Pottery Barn Kids is located to the right of the store but its own store, its not attached. Stop by if you have a chance to experience the store!
Customer service was not helpful at all and they were very condescending. I was not helped and I left feeling very frustrated.
Terrible customer service. After a pleasant phone conversation with an employee apparently in the Natick store, I went in to address damage to my sons 4month old backpack that made it unusable. Upon arriving, the man I was talking to was unfriendly and quite dismissive. I was flatly told if it was done a week ago, he maybe would have done something, but since it was the great age of 4months - I was out of luck. No apologies, no intent to keep my business, just a see you later.I ended up going to the Natick store to see the employee I had my pleasant conversation with and she not only apologized for the Burlington teams behavior but also fulfilled my need for a functioning backpack.Burlington management stood by and gave the green light to this man’s disparaging remarks. I will never return to this store.
Ordered a set of chairs. They switched the delivery date to June (6 months in the future) and told me they cant cancel the order until it ships since it was in process. Absolute scam of an organization.
There were only 2 associates when we visited here this weekend and they were busy and not actively greeting us. Definitely short-staffed and their manners are rather curt.Since their space is limited, their display of furniture range is limited for us to explore, or, the store did not display their items properly to inspire us, compared to my previous experience to the other PB stores.Their typical farmhouse concept is unfortunately happening everywhere (shifted from french farm house) and they are challenged by the cheaper discount stores without sticking out better with great items except for a few superior silk flowers and curtain hardwares, and some repeats of industrial designs.Still the best quality with the correct proportions for mid-price ranges, no doubt. But this store doesnt carry all that much and I will have to shop on-line.
Second visit to a Pottery Barn store in 24 hours and I faced more incompetent employees at this location not seen in years. This location is a cramped space in the corner of Burlington Mall and is loaded with a mess of stuff lodged into a space too small for the amount of stuff they are trying to sell. I went in to see if I could find baskets that fit under a table I bought and the employees here could not of been more worthless. The guy here was clueless and one of the women was dancing around not caring I was even in the store to assist me, signing to herself. What a joke Pottery Barn has turned into. Not sure I would ever bother to visit a store again seeing they hire lost employees.
Pottery Barn has quality products at decent prices, but I couldve received better customer service from a goldfish than from the staff they have employed. I entered the store hoping to purchase a lamp. It shouldve been a relatively simple task. I picked out the lamp I wanted and approached the cashier to ask a question. I wanted to know whether the lamp and shade were sold together or separately, and she told me they were sold separately. I then asked her what the shade cost as there was only one price on the tag, and then she mustve had what I can only assume to be a mental breakdown. She didnt know the price and had to find it. When she did, she didnt even get it right. She returned and said, Shades cost between $50 and $70. How does that help me? I cant pay a range. I need to know the specific cost. Then, another employee approached and said that the lamp and shade were sold together. The two then started bickering like preschoolers over how the lamp was sold. I excused myself and began to leave in a huff, enraged at the staff but hiding it somewhat. One of the employees yelled to me, Be happy! I responded with a cynical Be helpful! and was off. I have come to find out that the lamp and shade are sold together for less online. Dont head to Pottery Barn. Buy their merchandise online and quit wasting your time with their boneheaded staff.
Rude customer service. They were not helpful at all. Wanted us to go to another location.
So expensive but such beautiful furniture and accessories!!
Called long-distance to check to see if an item from a bridal registry was in-stock. Phone rang for 10 minutes before anyone picked it up and then the sales associate who answered put me on hold for over 10 minutes. I finally gave up and hung up. You just lost a $600 sale.
Not my store type but found my moms Christmas gift! Shes hard to shop for.
I had a great experience
Gerard furniture and accessories !
