John, Gary, Dave, and Kevin have all bent over backwards to help me and my family with top notch service with a smile. Im sure theres lots of good mechanics in the area, but as long as John and his staff are in business, I wont use anyone else.

Cant say enough about this business. The owner is a terrific guy. They have gone above and beyond for us a number of times to get something fixed for us while giving us options to make it as affordable as possible. They always explain everything about a repair and answer any questions I have. The kind of place and the kind of people I feel good about giving my business to and recommending to others.

The first time I came in, they got me an appointment and didnt charge me to re-attach the exhaust tube to my engine on the car. I came in a second time for a purge valve problem and they fixed it in no time at all! Honest guys and just a great business! 10/10! Breidensteins made room in their busy schedule to check out a vehicle I was interested in buying, then fit me in later in the day with a small repair to my older vehicle. Extremely talented, flexible scheduling, and accurate on repairs.

They didnt have the tires I needed, but they were very helpful in trying to get the tires same day, so I dont know how their workmanship is, but their customer service was very good.

Got my car in quick, free diagnostic, called me with problems and cost, had everything done within a few hours, and prices were extremely fair. 10/10 recommend and will be back when needed.

In the last month I have had to take a vehicle I was borrowing to 2 different shops in Cadillac. I had huge issues with both and spent a lot of money at them. One even caught the car on fire and hid it never mentioned it to me so when my car needed work after sitting for a few months I tried this place. They were amazing from my first phone call all the way up to pickup and it ended up costing $30 less than quoted which never happens. They explained to me everything that they noticed and how soon they felt it would need attention so I didnt feel like they were just trying to get more money out of me. They were great and im going back tomorrow to get a tire put on. Also the precautions they are taking during covid were great. I had been to another shop the same day getting the borrowed car fixed after they messed it up and I didnt feel like they took any precautions. Well done I wont go anywhere else now! Thank you

John and Gary had great advice about the best value tire for my needs. There were a few to choose from, but based upon what I use the truck for, where I drive, and mileage, they had some reccomendations. These are name-brand (Firestone Winter-Force II) tires, with a good warranty, at a fair price. I called ahead for an appointment, and Gary had everything done in under an hour. I hope to see you in the Spring, for some warm-weather shoes. Thanks again!
