After driving from Traverse City to work in Cadillac today my tire light came on and I noticed my tire was slightly flat. When I left work it was much worse and Merrills was right down the road. I stopped in without an apt and then squeezed me in without a second thought. I truly appreciate them helping me out, they were all so kind. I would definitely return if I need work done and am in the area. Picture of the staple they found in my tire. Thankful I didnt try to drive back home to TC.

Fast reliable service at a fair price. I realized I had a flat tire when attempting to go to a meeting. I was able to make it to Merrills after refilling the tire. Chad and his team got my tire fixed in a few minutes and I made it to my meeting on time. Thank you!

Was Very disappointed. Took car in to get ball bearing fixed and it made noise pulling out. Chad said it would cost me 200 but they charged me 300 . Never paid this much to have that part replaced and Called immediately and spoke with Chad about noise he said it was No big deal and it was Feb snow storms. Took car to another mechanic and in safety inspection Bearing was bad. Chad then went to this other repair shop and asked about the Crazy Lady referring to me. Ed the Other Mechanic told him the bearing was bad. Chad would not replace it. Do not go here they are Not what they use to be. I will be suing

Visiting Cadillac from out of town. Had a screw puncture a tire and cause a slow leak. Merrills was a great help and got me back on the road quickly at a fare cost.

Great customer service and VERY reasonable pricing. Was in a pinch with a popped tire and these guys hooked me up with a tire patch and had it fixed and put on in less than 30 minutes! Definitely recommend to anyone in the Cadillac area!

Good service & reasonable prices

Took my truck there they charged me $880. The truck died in my yard doing the same thing. Called Taylors the guy running the phone said they couldnt help with the Tow. Had it towed back 2 years later cause I didnt have a license and didnt have the cash. They told me they could fix it. Charged me $330 this time. Got the truck home yesterday, and it died in my driveway doing the same thing. I called Chad and he refused to fix it or tow it back. Told me hed mail my $330. I got insurance and plates and Chad knew this. Oh, and my windshield got cracked there and he just denied it. He asked me if Ive ever had the ignition checked? Yeah WHEN I BROUGHT IT THERE TO HAVE FIXED!! I GOT BURNED ON $1,000.... Ive had numerous vehicles fixed there when Kent ran it. Never had a problem. Hey Chad??? Kent would have made this right. You are definitely not Kent. I have never in my life received such horrible customer service. Maybe I should call Kent and ask for the $900, but Ill see you in court for it...

This is a great place, they were able to get what I needed that day and even do the job for me, so they got me in and out in a timely fashion and were at a standard for pricing I feel like. Will definitely go back to them.

Merrill’s is a great place for your auto needs. They are a clean service center that seems to be well organized with and this is important, nothing to hide! These people let you see what they are doing to your vehicle and if you need to look before during or after they want your mind at ease and show you. Wonderful Service! Friendly smiles and so helpful! They make sure you have a ride to get home if your vehicle needs will be awhile too. I just can’t say enough about the service here! The guys here were awesome. We had to have a vehicle towed there after hours, they were able to diagnose the issue, which turned out to be a battery that was under warranty. Didnt charge us a dime and gave us a ride. Amazing service. Wish I lived closer so they could be my normal repair shop

The day after Christmas I had vehicle trouble. Even though they were very busy and couldn’t take my car in Chad looked at it, hooked up a power pack so I could make it down the road, and took me to another shop which was able to work on the truck.

Edit: Called me in the morning and had the service undone. Still no excuse for taking 7.5 hours to diagnose an ac leak, or to perform service without my knowledge.Horrible experience, had my ac condenser and lines fixed due to someone backing into me last year, insurance covered it. One year later (2 months of ac use) it stops. So I brought it in at my acheduled appointment time. 7 and a half hours later they figured out it was my ac valve core, replaced it without asking and now they want to bill me for it. They said the one of the managers or someone would call me so we could work it out, never did, now Im stuck without my car for the night and a bill I did not ask for.

Great service with friendly and honest owner/employees. As a female, I do not feel intimidated walking in, I have spoke to other ladies who have said the same thing. Highly recommend!

Good people and wonderful services

Helped me very quickly and the tire price saved me money.

My vehicle is making a creaking noise when the temperature warms into the 80s. Chad and his technicians have looked for the source of this noise for several days but have been unable to pinpoint it at this time because of its inconsistency. I have not been charged for all the diagnostic work they have done on my vehicle. It has been a pleasure dealing with everyone at Merrill’s and I am highly recommending them to my friends and family.

Been there with my son in law, took them a month to move on anything to there qoute was 2 weeks,1& 1/2 months, later i had the insurance cancell,& we went else were

Used to love it but it takes a 2 a half hours of waiting just to get an oil change. Sometimes they say come back tomorrow.

They did a good job figuring out the problem and fixing it.Kind of expensive. Charged 100 dollars for a part that ranged from 35 to 60 dollars online.

The Taylors are the best of the best.
