I usually dont go to Napa but I had a great experience at this one. The customer service was fast and friendly and the prices werent too bad at all. They didnt have the item I wanted but was able to find an alternative with their wide selection.

Not happy all all with this store I called in for brakes and rotor. On August 31 they took my order and told me they would be there in the morning. I should up at 8am they all denied the conversation from the day before. I pulled out my phone and showed them the phone number I called and time. So they apologize and still couldn’t find me any brakes or rotors. Crazy thing is I called Napa in meridian and they got everything I needed within an hour and a half. Wired Hu? They lost $2,000 sale. Get faster service in meridian

I tried to order a part for my car and they said they wouldnt have it till tomorrow. I said thats fine and he said I would have to pay for the part first and that they do not accept debit or credit over the phone. So I would have to drive into town today to pay and tomorrow to pick it up. Why waste my time. Everyone can take a CC payment its 2020, get with the times. I got the part from another store, they had no issue not making me drive to town twice for nothing

Big huge dark cloud over this place employees have a personality of forks they dont sanitize anything I hate this place I dont go in there unless its a dier need even then I avoid it at all costs

Horrible customer service. Offered VIN for vehicle that I wanted parts for, was told it was not needed. Ordered part on a Tuesday and was told it would show up Thursday plus an additional part that would show up Saturday. It was the following Tuesday before they showed up. They were the wrong parts. Couldn’t return on of the pieces. Waste of time and money. Found both parts online for far cheaper and the correct pieces. Should have started there. Will never recommend this location to anyone.

No run around and nearly 1/2 the price of the competition. We were in a bad way with one of our vehicles and trying to get an emergency repair complete. Knowledgeable staff located our part quickly and had it waiting for us. Much appreciated!

I called to get some parts. They didnt carry any of the parts I needed. No biggie I understand its an old truck. I start talking to the guy about different opinions as I still need the truck going. All of a sudden he says Im being rude and hangs up the phone. Im guessing he just didnt want to deal with a complicated vehicle.I call back and ask for a manager. This manager just lectured me on how hard it is dealing with the rude public. I told him since he dnt care Ill call someplace else.After calling a different NAPA I found out I didnt talk to the manager at all, because the manager is a woman.So apparently they dont like dealing with the public and dont want anything that doesnt pop up on their computer. Then they have there friends pretend to be the manager when they have an upset customer.

Staff was not overly helpful. The cashier was the only truly friendly person. They didnt have the part I needed and didnt offer to order it or where I could go to get it. Not great customer service. Being busy is not an excuse, for not being helpful.

Our service at NAPA AUTO Parts.-Caldwell,Idaho was excellent ..the customer Rep looked at the battery tender I had brought in and another tech went for one of their good batteries to test it out and see if it was a bad one or what was happening as I had tried for 2 weeks to get it to work on my truck..What I didnt know was that they have a fuse and it was blown..the tech replaced and it worked like it is suppose too..I was very happy as I had bought 4 of them and they all worked except this one..Thank you NAPA AUTO PARTS for your excellent service and helping me..😊

This store has three employees that are darn good parts men. Generally if you have a difficult problem theyll point you to one of them, and often manage to bust those tough issues. On more than one occasion, this store has pulled an item off the shelf that other stores told me didnt even exist.

I was ready to be a new customer as I’m new to the area. Knowing their prices aren’t the best but hoping convenience and customer service would make up for it. I bought 8 spark plugs to swap out and they gave me 4 of the wrong kind. Didn’t notice the model number difference until I was halfway done with the job.Had to drive all the way back and they told me “all we can do is say sorry, nothing else no discount or anything to compensate you for our error.” I won’t be going back since they wouldn’t even be willing to work with me on something like this. I won’t recommend anyone to go there either. Plenty of other auto part stores right in the same area. I recommend going elsewhere, not here.

Not only is the staff rude.They have outdated parts books fur reference for parts that ended up breaking our wiper blade.Their excuse, We have to have them outWhat a load of BuLLWill never shop there again!!!😠

I went in to buy an extension cord... price was wrong on there system and she told me I had to pay the newer higher price than what was on the shelf...the manager fixed it and I felt like buying a car was easier! The lack of customer service, knowledge of where items are, and honoring there mistakes was sickening this team has no skills. Go to a different store....

I go here to get quality parts. Also the employees are far more knowledgeable than a lot of other auto parts stores, in my opinion.

Went into Napa in Caldwell to get a Lightbulb for my Jeep. I showed him which light was not working. He sold me a Lightbulb when in fact the entire light assembly is what I needed. So I ended up with a light bulb that I dont need. Not very knowledgeable and should have explained that in the book he was looking at for the part. Waste of my time and money.

Fantastic staff, but the parts selection isnt what it used to be.

You sell motor oil, gear oil, and transmission fluid but you do not recycle it? Why would I come to your store to buy the oil then drive to another store to recycle the oil I brought with me? Stupidest thing I have ever heard. Im moving all my business to AutoZone, where they actually think about the customer and environment.
