In the interview I was not told that I had to purchase my work shirt(9.99). I was not told that pay period was bi monthly with a one week holding period. I live 8.8 miles away and they offered 11/he. If this info was not left out of the interview I would have politely passed on the offer, as to not waste my valuable time and resources. And how is working 5 to 6 days a week considered part time? When employees are leaving left and right, it might be time to look at the company.
Save yourself on horrible customer service and go to the Auto Zone on Cleveland Boulevard. We showed up here on a road trip needing our code read and a part. They were condescending, rude, and awful to work with. Needing to replace the part, we asked about the tool loan service to which the guy behind the counter said we dont do that. Its clearly posted on the sign in the window that they do? We went to the Auto Zone down the street and the experience was a complete 180. Cant believe we even wasted time at this auto zone

Bad customer service, went in to get a gas cap, after getting bad customer service at another AutoZone, and the employee at the register acted like it was the biggest inconvenience, like the 1st AutoZone I went to. Definitely much prefer OReillys.

There was no sale today. Thou the internet listed them as having an item in stock they didnt. There were 4 employees visible behind the counter. 1 female employee out on the floor heading towards the counter. With no other customers in the store but me and my wife. We walked in front of them across the store. No help was ever offered.May I recommend that they reduce the number of staff and make the others work for their pay.

Today I went to Auto zone because I heard that you guys help replace windshield wipers with new ones. I bought new ones from your guys store and the employee asked If I wanted a liquid defroster gallon for the windshield. He showed me the price for it which was $3.99, it was not bad of a price and it was a big jug. So I accepted the offer. He helped me replace the wipers. He almost poured the whole gallon into the windshield washer tank in my car. We both noticed that their was a leak going on for a bit. I did not know I had a leak. he said it should be fine. I see that the leak kind of stopped. So I believed him. Then I went grocery shopping real quick. That leaking part was bothering me so I checked the liquid washer tank and the liquid defroster that I bought had a tiny bit in the tank. I went back and asked if I could have a refund or exchange with a little amount of liquid in the gallon that I have AND with a receipt. A different employee, he was white, said There is nothing we could do since it has been opened. I said Even though it was not my fault and did not know I had a leak in my tank!? he said yeah. I said okay and he said okay and I left. He did not apologize either about it. I couldve asked for the manager but I was mad and didnt want to make anything worst and I had to go somewhere. I rather not go to this place again. I was satisfied that you guys helped me on the wipers but NOT satisfied about you guys not making me satisfied. The employee that helped me, I dont know his name but he is brown, black hair, with glasses. It it important for me to be satisfied and feel welcome to come back here. I really do want a refund because the employee saw what was going on with a leak. Isnt that acceptable with a refund?! I mean at the moment I couldve asked for a refund but I trusted him.

This location of AutoZone was not helpful whatsoever when I ordered a part over the phone. I ordered said part on a Thursday, at which point, I was told it wouldn’t arrive until the upcoming Sunday. I called on Sunday to confirm it was in, when I was told it would be a day late due to the “holliday weekend”, which should have had nothing to do with it considering the fact that Memorial Day was on the following Monday. I thought, “fine, I’ll grab it tomorrow. But no; I called on Monday, when I was told, “it won’t arrive until tomorrow because it’s Memorial Day”. I told the representative that I was told the part would arrive today, but she pretty much shrugged it off. I called today (Tuesday) at 12:00 as I was told it would likely arrive then, to confirm it was in, and was AGAIN told that it would not arrive until anywhere between the time that I called, and 4:00. I called back at around 3:30 just to check, and was told the following by the now male representative, “Sorry sir, but it doesn’t look like it will arrive until tomorrow”. I asked why, and told the man that this has been continually happening with this establishment, and he told me that he didn’t have the time to check at the moment, but was “sure it will arrive tomorrow”. I then inquired if he could give me his word on that, to which he replied, well, due to the reorder of the part, it should arrive tomorrow. “REORDER?” This is the fifth time I was told it would not arrive at the expected time, and I did NOT reorder the part. Nor was I informed that it had been reordered. Overall experience: TERRIBLE. Next time, I’ll go to just about ANY auto part store BUT this establishment. Not happy.

Sold out of the paint I was using to paint my car and there was no more to be found or ordered or anything. So now my car is 90% finished in one color and I cannot finish it as there is no paint that will match. Customer service was good though.
They barley have any sales and they have terrible service, we try to tell them whats wrong with our car and they stand there like they dont even care, terrible customer service

Great place to shop when there are deals on National Brands, though certain things are bound to fail purchasing from China! This is the only place to get your stuff for an oil change always use Premium Oil. And buy when they have the oil change specials save $10-15 on conventional or semi-synthetic high mileage oil, and $20-$30 when buying full synthetic or full synthetic high mileage oils! Cant beat the price anywhere!

They have English and Spanish speakers that work here. They have a good variety of car products. The lines can get backed up sometimes so it can take a while just to buy a small item. I like this place better than NAPA Auto parts and just about the same as OReillys.

Great customer service. There was several items I was looking for. But they didnt have any of them. I was told that theyve cut back on stocking less purchased items. Theyre prices were higher than Wal-Mart and Fred Meyers. I wont be going back.
Saved the day! Dead battery in my car 4 blocks away. Laren drove me back out to it, jump started it, tested the battery and alternator, found the problem and within 1 hour I had a brand new battery installed. Its nice to go somewhere and be treated with excellent service by people who enjoy what they do. THANK YOU!!
The staff is very good, theyre over worked because the store is extremely under staff the wait is ridiculous just to pay for the items you need.They dont have a dedicated cashier, God help you if youre in need of a part from behind the counter! Better take your next meal with you

Showed up with a tail light out. Asked if they guy would change it for me while I was there.He did, told me it was working, I left, only to get home to still have a tail light out. I had the receipt and was going to go back, instead I went to the Emmett Autozone because I was closer to that location, and the man suggests fuses for ONE tail light being out?.... Had absolutely no idea what he was talking about. Never have had such a horrible experience at not one, but two locations. I could’ve saved time and money by asking my brother or dad 🤷🏼♀️Also just realized I got another item at the Emmett Autozone, and they charged me more than the price displayed. 🙄Might not be back to auto zone at all after this.

If you want people who will come out to your car and help you figure out what you need and then help you get what you need to to the store In Nampa and not the one on the Blvd either. None of the other stores will help you like the one across from Napa in Nampa.
Bought an exhaust manifold here for my SUV. Installed it to the engine block, however the nuts that came with the kit to attach the exhaust pipe would not tighten on the bolt. I looked at both nuts and they were oval shaped like they had been bent. I took them back, and I was told to go to another Autozone store. I went to the other one and I was told to try Fastenal or another store. I think I will do that from now on at the beginning.PS Went to the OReillys across the street from the second Autozone I went to. They looked at the bolts I had and saw they were actually machined wrong, as the threads were not deep enough. They had me set up with new bolts and screws in less than 5 minutes.

Good selection, but everything is overpriced. Six people standing around doing nothing while two people actually help the long line waiting to make purchases. Then the gal who helped me stopped midway through getting me my change to answer a text.
Gentlemen behind the counter must have been having a bad day. I was the only female in there and he was grouchy to everyone but to me he was rude and talked down to me as though I didnt know what I needed for my vehicle and tried to tell me that it was stupid to buy that part and he knew better...apparently more than my ASE certified mechanic.
Really helpful and knowledgeable staff. They are willing to help identify your problem and resolve it without having to go to a mechanic.

Mostly remanufactured parts it seems, and far less OEM. Brand name merchandise is marked up substantially. Especially lubricants, coolants and the like,the local supermarket compeats at 30+%less on these items. Staff members are not the brightest either, more worried about up sale on ignorant customers than problem solving.Just what I observed in my twenty minutes standing in line for a six dollar quart of conventional engine oil.

I went to this store just to get supplies for an oil change. They overcharge me even when i show them the sticker price.They tried to reimburse me the money and well they probably have a mental deficiency cause they end up double charging me and took my money from the rewards card. Nacho the manager has the same problem too cause he was rude and told me he couldnt help me. I think he was afraid of the computer cause didnt even tried to look at the problem.If you want to deal with smart people I suggest going to Napa or Oreilly autoparts.Still waiting for an answer from distric manager.
