Got my tires check and they did a great job plus they didnt charge me anything to check my tire for a flat even better

The tire services are fine but coming from someone thats been in the oil and lube industry for 15 years, Id avoid getting oil changes here.

I waited in line at this location and after telling the associate (an elderly woman that was negative the previous transaction about their system) I need an oil change then tell her I need tires knowing we would have to order them. I ran out to make sure I had my tire size right and wasn’t even gone one minute and they start helping the people behind me which I waited without a word but then they tell me I have to wait behind that customer now which their service was going to be 2 hours. They even had to wait to get my key to move my car cause I was ahead of the other people, unbelievable. Then the woman had the nerve to tell me I wasn’t ready I took my key and left. Absolutely atrocious service! I have never been treated so poorly and I will NEVER go back to this location!!

Fair pricing for oil change . No complaints on that . But the guy wouldnt check my tire for nails. Even said no to pressure check . Okay whatever.

On 4/16 we attempted to have the oil changed in my car at the Walmart on Cleveland blvd in Caldwell, ID)but were told rhst they don’t have the parts necessary to complete the oil change on a European vehicle (I have an Audi I mean an Audi is a major car brand so why doesn’t the companyv require stores to stock parts for every car brand!! I recognize thst it’s Idaho and there aren’t a ton of Audis here...but there are enough here to justify stock. And what happens when a BMW or mercedes or Volkswagen irked, Mercedes come inThose European cars ARE prevalent in Idaho!! So why exclude Audi?We own 2 other American made trucks...Chevy & Didge...guess who’s not getting my business even for the trucks ever again??? I mean ADVERTISE rhst you can do American & Asian vehicles but European is a full stop NO!! Significant time wasted today!! Thanks! Oh and we were told rhst Audi covers the first few oil changes for free...only if you spend $3500-4500 on a maintenance package which not everyone can afford!! will be getting the middle finger on the drive by and o will find rferyÿ

Went to get an oil change they didnt change my oil filter went back and the guy at the cash register called me a liar will never take my car back there again

The manager has the worst attitude and customer care. I called into the customer service about how he treated customers and they knew exactly who I was talking about before I even said his name. I called at 4:45 to try and purchase two tires and he said he would not accept me as a customer because he was too behind.

I called ahead of time to make sure there was room to fix a flat and when I showed up 10 minutes later the lady turned me away because they were full all the sudden. Dont tell a regular customer to come on down to your place of business just to turn them away.

Called before to check time got there an hour before close guy there said we stop taking cars 30 minutes Before close .... I said its an our before he said ya we stopped already . Didnt make sence. I left spoke to manager came back 2 days later and got passed on an oil change 2 time had to be there an extra 2 hours

Stopped at walmart to get my tire fixed as we got a flat and are 6 hours away from home. They were able to help us and put a new tire on. Everyone was real friendly until we saw them just throw a book on the hood of the car. The book scratched the heck out of my car. They said there wasnt much they could do. I told the manager on shift that it should be common sense not to put stuff directly on the paint of a car. He said its not common sense to him. WOW!!! Im frustrated and disappointed.

I went on Saturday night to get new tires and they were really backed up, I asked if I could go the next day and the lady up front said yes I asked her what’s the latest I could be there and she said if you come by 5 you should be helped. That day I left work early and I made is by 5 and the man said he they couldn’t help me because they closed at 6. I understood that I wasn’t angry at that situation I was frustrated how I was told differently and I left my shift and got nothing. The workers showed no importance in what the lady before had told me..

Great prices, worst than horrible customer service. Had my tires there 2 times and they cant balance a tire to save their life.

Crew at Walmart did a great job on my car and vacuumed it as well. Im very satisfied with the oil change and plan return for my next one in the future.

WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED HERE. BEEN A DEDICATED CUSTOMER FOR OVER 5 YRS AND TODAY WAS AWEFUL. I dont mind the long wait for services but today came in for an emergency flat tire repair-visible screw and pulled in completely flat and I have the lifetime road hazard warranty so flat repairs are free and discount for not repairable tires. They couldnt fix my flat due to tire being too warn and my warranty and discount was not granted due to same excuse. They charged me full price and said if I couldnt afford it I can go somewhere else.. how do I do that when I had 3 tires

One of the best place to go for an oil change. They are polite and professional. I am glad that they are so close to me.

We were from out of town for work and while in town we got a large screw in our tire. They were able to fix it fairly quickly. My 1 star review is because after finishing, me and my wife watched the tech back out of the bay and hot rod through the parking lot, not something you do with someones new 60k+ truck. My first and last Time to a Walmart service center...

Walmart Tire Center - I purchased a set of 4 80k mile tires at Walmart with road hazard warranty. I got a flat tire after 40k miles, and Walmart took 2 hours to put a new one on while giving me the impression that it would be covered under warranty. After the job was complete they told me that my tire was too worn out to fix and I needed to buy a new tire at full price(which they had already installed). I asked them why I am paying full price for a warrantied tire that is supposed to go 80k miles to which they replied that the warranty is only until the last 25% of tread life. If an 80k tire goes 40k miles and gets a hole, they should replace it, period. I didnt spend the extra money on the warranty program to have them find loop holes and waste my entire day.Absolutely horrible waste of time. Never get tires from a Walmart. I will be going to Les Schwab for now on.

Great place to go, if you dont mind waiting 2 hours for an oil change. Also, dont get anything over the Pit Crew option because even though the website and the signs in store say they do, they do not check or refill transmission fluid. Also didnt have the air filter for my car, which is a pretty common Honda. I will never, ever go back here for any kind of automotive services.

The store was very busy. The sales associate were very friendly and helpful. There is some remodeling so things are not in the same locations

The people who changed my tires were inconsiderate and broke multiple things, my car is 30 years old and was all original when I bought it I had a hub Cap go missing after my tires were replaced my seat lever and my light cover to my hatchback were broken, not worth going back

I came for an emergency tire on a Sunday. I hate Walmart. I do not shop at the one in my town, but they do not have a tire center. I would rather go to Les Schwab.

The reason why because they was do a oil change on my car and the slice my raider house and I had to replace that and it start to overheat and then had to replace the tempest and now have to do a water pump and all done it cost me over thousand dollar
