This location is very friendly and helpful. They worked up until the last minute and stayed late to assist with billing for me. The value I got with my new tires was awesome, buy 4 Toyo tires and get a free alignment! They were very upfront and everything they quoted was correct at the end. Thank you for everything!

If there was an option to choose less than 1 star I would. This is hands down the WORST “shop” I have ever been to or done business with. Customer service was bad, service in general I’d trust a 2yr old to do it better. I will recommend everybody to steer clear from this shop owned by Jason. I have contacted my lawyer to get an issue resolved the hard way since he does not want to resolve this issue. STEER CLEAR OF THIS SHOP.

Had a nail in my left rear tire . Had 4pm time to arrive. Got there they immediately took car to repair aisle, fixed the tire, and didn’t charge me a dime !!! Can’t believe the kindness from this business !!! Hope they like cookies cause dang pandemic or not in baking them guys some !!! Thank so much sandy

I called and ordered Two tires for my BMW in a very specific tire size of 275/35r19 as my car has custom wheels on it and they called me and told me to bring my car in at 10:30 am to have my two tires mounted. A process that should take all of about 30min - hour at most. The service writer informed me that they didn’t get the 275 series tires until they had already mounted the 285/35-19 tires instead and they were hitting fenders, quarters and bumper. They told me they were going to adjust the suspension to “try to get the tires to tuck” when I promptly told them not to and that it wouldn’t work due to the specs of wheels I have on the car, and they needed to get me the correct tires I ordered. They informed me that ATD their primary supplier was closed now, and they would make a couple calls. After some time I walked into the shop to see my car’s suspension in complete disarray and disassembled. My car was very specifically setup and aligned for my suspension setup and wheel/tire combination. I asked why they had my car torn apart when all I wanted was 2 tires, that’s it and that’s all I gave any authorization for. They told me they were going to try to put a “spacer” in to raise my car, which is not the correct repair even when you want to raise the car to begin with, let alone the fact that they were specifically told not to touch my suspension. Long story short they couldn’t find tires, and I had to have my girlfriend bring me tires from eagle that WE had to find and buy ourselves! I have been here since 10:30AM for two tires and it’s 5pm and still am waiting for them to fix what they shouldn’t have touched to begin with! This is the most unprofessional and wildly stupid thing I’ve ever had to deal with. In my professional opinion (I work at an automotive repair shop) I would avoid American tire at all costs. We will be going to la Sierra from now on.

Jason and his team at American tire, are the people I turn to when I need tires. I just had then put tires on my camper, they also put new wheel bearings in as well. Good price and were able to get me taken care of quick.

Great place for good cheap tires

Took two days to quote me $1400 for something I got fixed for $220 at another shop. Lied about having called me with the quote. I had to go to the shop to get it. Wouldnt recommend.
