We were traveling through Caldwell towing a fifth wheel when we developed a bad tire on our pickup. We spoke with Dave about our situation and time constraint. He got right on it and within just a few hours we had an excellent set of new tires and we’re on our way. His initiative and the great service was outstanding! Thank you!

Excellent service. Had a bolt in my front tire, they repaired it, mounted it, and even put my spare tire back in its place for free. Of course I tipped the Tire Technician for his hard work in 95°+ weather.

I like the tires that I bought from them but they have bad customer service and the road hazard insurance that I bought for the tires, is the worst and a waist of my money.

They were efficient and kind! 2nd time theyve gotten me out of a nasty nail situation. Did it with a smile and no charge!!!

Service was terrible the 2nd time around. They didnt do my allignment corretly and never rotated my tires. They even sent me out with a crooked steering wheel. Only leaving 2 stars because they didnt give me an issue when I asked for a refund.

Had an appointment and they took way longer than predicted to get done and they forgot to tell me when it was done and I was in the lobby waiting. Ended up waiting 30 extra minutes. The actual work done was OK, I got an alignment and asked for my steering wheel to be straightened and its still a little off.

Had appointment for new tires and alignment t 8, is now 9:30 and come to find out theyre just about to work ony vehicle now . Ok! I Know is busy sometimes but service is taking longer that a expect.out at 11:15 ... Thats not all had to go back, because the rear passenger tire was low, not even a month with new tires ..

Service by an older women was terrible. I showed up to have tires swapped out that I had purchased from there, and the lady was insisting on charging me $78. I explained to her that the eagle location was informing me they’d do it for free since it was an easy process and she didn’t care until her manager came over and told her that there should be no charge for that. Throughout the rest of my time there she was very short and rude to me. I did my best to be as kind and patient as possible, despite her attitude.

Best tire place hands down. Ken is an amazing guy. My tire blew out on the free way. He gave a loner tire while he ordered my tire (which got there in an hour) and got me all squared away. Totally stressful situation turned into a stress less situation. They have my business for sure.

My daughter bought tires here awhile back. She just took me in with her to see if they could fix one that went flat. They did. Immediately. No charge. They werent even the tires she had purchased there! So I scheduled an oil change for the next day. Very happy with the service, the price, and the honesty. Highly recommend!

When I arrived, nobody was at the counter. I was leaving when someone finally noticed me. It turns out there was a large vehicle blocking the view of the lobby. Once they saw me, the service was helpful and efficient. All they need to add is a door chime.

I hate getting my tires rotated. Actually to be more exact I hate anything to do with any type of vehicle place. It’s always an awkward experience for me so it’s something I put off until I absolutely need to go in. I drive an old 4runner that has 250K miles on it... I use it a lot for hunting and fishing so it’s dirty and not in the best of shape...it’s not brand new I’m very aware, but I do take care of it. A lot of times I go into places and they are just trying to up-sell me, or they seem annoyed about rotating my tires... and it’s just an uncomfortable feeling. My experience today was very opposite of all that today. They treated me as if the knew me... they took my car back as soon as they could and didn’t make me wait long. I also had a VSC light that has been on for years ... and no one has been able to take it off. It turned on from one of those cell phone company hum things... so it wasn’t a big deal but annoying to look at. They offered to take it off with out me bringing it up. A guy named Dave took time out of his day to sit there and try to figure out how to take the light off ... which he did! They all were just so friendly. I was actually disappointed that I didn’t have to pay them for anything, because it’s definitely a place with great people that I wouldn’t mind spending my money with.

This is the place you want to go, they have skilled technicians when it comes to fixing, balancing, rotating, or replacing tires. Also when servicing your vehicle, if you need any electrical work done for accessories or even trouble shooting electrical they have a highly skilled and knowledgeable technician there to take care of you. I am very happy with everything they did for me and would recommend this place to anyone. Even transporters. As I am one, not from the area and they took care of all of my problems and did an amazing job.

I had a flat repaired, I dropped the tire off at 8 am, called to get a time for pick-up, was quoted 20 minutes, this was at 9 am, I arrived at 12 (lunch break) and the tire was not ready, it took 20 minutes for the tire to be ready. Why bother dropping the tire off at 8 am if you dont do anything until a person is standing at the counter 4 hours later to pick it up. Not very good customer service, just tell me you are busy and tell when to pick it up...please dont waste my very precious lunch hour.Overall, I have had a wonderful experience with Commercial, this was very sad service day.

Took my car in to get a tire fixed. They were very friendly and explained everything they were gonna do and gave me a price before they did anything. It was reasonably priced and they were prompt to get my car done and get me on my way.

I can not begin to tell you how impressed I am with everyone at this location. A few weeks ago my wife brought her jeep in to have the tires checked and rotated. They did all that (free of charge) as long as we promised to return for future business. Well, it worked. We took the jeep back the other day for new tires and the staff were extremely knowledgeable and professional. Not only did they get us the tires we wanted, but they had them in stock the next day and installation took less then an hour. Well Done 👍

I started using this tire store about 8 years ago when I moved to this area. I wont go anywhere else and completely trust them and their high quality work. I have them do tires, oil changes, brakes, fluid flushes, timing belts and shocks. They maintain all three of my family vehicles. Kevin is a superb manager and always makes you feel important. I did have a complaint one time after a repair and Kevin completely handled it quickly and at no additional charge with minimal disruption. I will keep coming back for years to come. Great dedication to their business.

Took the wifes car in for a flat repair first thing Saturday morning. Got me right in with zero push back. Even reinstalled the spare under the car. The guy that helped me got me a quote on tires as well. Seemed to know his stuff. The young lady at the front counter, Ashby, was very knowledgeable on the credit card, payment options and rebates. I have not been into Commercial Tire in a number of years but I will definitely be returning for tires very soon.

I went in for a oil change, I had a skid plate that was hanging down and asked them to fix it. After the oil change they took me out to show me that the skid plate was gone, I had looked at it before going in and it was still there. They then told me I needed a brake job and my pads were at 20%. That was two years ago and my brake pads are still good now. They acted as if I knew nothing about cars and tried to sell me stuff I didnt need. I wont go back and wouldnt recommend them.

We dropped our car off and walked down the street for lunch. We got a call that the car was finished before the allotted time. Exceptionally nice people.

So, I used to take three cars and five trailers here. EVERY BEARING JOB, NEED TO BE REDONE, REWORKED OR REPLACED. The final straw that parted my money from the coffers of this business, is that I had my bearings replaced in my truck, I got that tell-tell shake at 70mph, and another Commercial Tire mechanic told me my bearings were not good. I brought the truck back to this store and I got a song and dance about it not being a bearing, but a tire. Putting the spare tire on showed the problem remained and the mechanic still insisted it was a tire problem. The tire wasnt even on the truck, and the truck shakes. Jacking the truck up off the ground and the truck shakes. This store refused the warranty, or stand behind their work. I be seeing them in civil court.

They have always done a good job for us. This last time they changed the left front turn signal bulb. They quoted me to both sides thinking they could do both in 30 minutes but it involved too much labor. Otherwise they did good on the one side.

My experience with Commercial Tire in Caldwell was outstanding. I had been doing business with Les Schwab Tire and had a bad experience. So when I needed some new tires on my Cadillac I choose Commercial Tire. Kevin the manager there went out of his was to help me and assisted me in applying for their super convenient credit line. Kevin treated me like family and that is what I like. I just want to give a shout out to the business who go above and beyond the job, Kevin and his crew at Commercial Tire in Caldwell did that.

I was not happy at all with the service I got from Commercial tire. Every time I talk to someone, if it was a different person than I had talked to the previous time, I would get a different story. Then I would get a response, like he wasnt in the loop. Just kind of made me feel like they really didnt care about my business.

Visited here the first time today for a tire rotation. Staff was very friendly and even though they were a bit busy they got me in and were done in under an hour. They even checked the slow leak on my tire and found a nail stuck in it. Really happy with my experience and will return!

I was happy to get my car back after a week in A half and when I went to pick up my car I had 4 low pro tires inside my car that I told them to look at them cause they were bent, because I hit a hole and wanted them to look at them! Anyways they had taken my rims and tire and took the tires off the rims and was gonna recycle them without telling me!! And those tires were still good tires but two of them were bad tires and rims so I only got two rims without tires!! Why? Im still paying for those 4 low pro tires, you guys arent

I live in Middleton and tried to call Commercial Tire this morning as soon as I said how busy are you he hung up on me. So I drive the 15 miles or so and get there they are booked up for two days. Thats why I called a#$h@@@

The customer service at this store is great! Less than two years ago, a commercial tire in Boise sold me a set of Bridgestone Dueler ATs for my F150. Expensive, high-quality tire that should have lasted 50,000 miles. I only got a little more than 27, 000. I was told that it was the wrong application by the corporate office and the guy in Boise. The Caldwell store worked with me to replace what was probably a defective set of tires. Much thanks to Caldwell Commercial Tire.

Spent a lot of money on tires at this place. Came in with a flat and was treated like garbage. I guess once the sale is done you can forget about service. Told the guy I was headed to Schwab’s instead; response was whatever. Les Schwab’s treated me well and fixed the tire for free. Will NEVER go to Commercial tire again!

I have gone to Commercial Tire on different occasions. One with a Pontiac Grand Am to recharge the AC system since I had to repair it and put new lines in. They somehow managed to break the lines twice and the AC condenser and refused to pay the damages. But they had no problem offering gift cards and over priced parts. Another time I came in with a Ford Ranger with tires I bought online for it. They didnt replace the old cracking valve steams that were there when I bought the truck and didnt balance the tires correctly. I pointed it out to them when they handed the keys over and got all pissy. The weights ended up coming off down the road somewhere making the tires to start cupping. I made them redo their work which the manager ended up doing and claimed they reblanced the tires (which they didnt). After the work was done, and telling me before hand that itll be on the house, he tried to make me pay for it in cash, I told him no, called him out on it, suddenly became on the house again and when I said I wanted something to cover the cost of my now damaged new tires, he gave me coupons to come back. Never coming back
